Very spacious and accommodating house a 5-10 minute drive from the Fenwick Island beach. Perfectly set up for kids, and the two decks made it feel even larger than it was.

Beautiful well kept home. Came with our four adult kids and aunt for Thanksgiving. Loved the backyard and being able to jump in the kayaks and paddle boards. Great location near plenty of restaurants and kitchen well stocked for us to cook. First floor bedroom and access to everything was wonderful for our 93 year old aunt. Being near Bethany for fun on the boardwalk and a turkey trot was great and the outlets offered plenty of shopping. Thank you to our host; we had a wonderful time!

Only downfall was the weather, however, we still had a great time with the family. I thought the lighting was very dim in the bedrooms and living room. Difficult to read. Other than that the place did not disappoint. We hope to see you same time next year!

I love this property. So convenient to so many things. But just far enough off the beaten path to give you some privacy. The house is great. The views are great. We will definitely come back.

House was just as pictured- very clean and loved the location on the water. Nice quiet neighborhood on the bay side! Loved the deck out back and the grills so we could cook out. Our dogs loved the back yard. House was very clean and loved the kitchen! Check in process needs to be updated- the instructions stated to look for the lock box behind a red chair on the front deck. We found the lock box on the front door, but the detailed instructions should be updated. The couches in the living room were somewhat uncomfortable- would have given 5 stars if they were more comfortable. There was one hiccup with the a/c- but the owner was very responsive and apologetic. This was fixed in less than 8 hours- thank you for the prompt response, I would stay here again and would recommend this property to others!

Great vacation house on a canal, convenient location to both OCMD and Delaware beaches. Lots of seating areas on back deck with views of the canal and access to 2 gas grills and outdoor shower. Kids really enjoyed using the included kayaks and paddle boards in the bay. We also used the included beach chairs, life jackets, and boogie boards. Fenced-in back yard was perfect for our dogs. Had minor issue with toilet during our stay that was immediately addressed by the owner. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and great location

This house was awesome. It was as advertised. This house has everything that you could need plus some. The owner is great to work with. This was the cleanest house I have ever rented. We totally enjoyed our stay and rebook in the future.

This house was great - really good set up room and bath layout. My 2 son’s family’s each had a Master bed with attached bath. The one master was large enough for the one families 11 month old and 2 year old to sleep in that room with them. The bunk room was shared by other grand kids. The other Queen bedroom is attached to a bath, it also has a door to the hall that was used by Great Grandma who had the double bed bedroom. The house is stocked better dish and cook ware than my own home! Do not bring anything. It has plastic plates and sippy cups for kids. It has baby stuff galore! It has a pack and play, 2 bouncer chairs / high chair. A bed rail. Extra cot the closets are Packed with stuff. Lots of extra pillows. Cleaning supplies. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The kayaks with paddles, 2 boards and a huge variety of sizes of life jackets - probably not for XL size. There are crabbing traps the kids loved using. The back porch was the best and the wood dock - kids spent hours fishing and crabbing The house location is the best - it is really quite - just a 5 minute drive to the busy restaurant/ put putt golf / ice cream. We liked Fenwick Beach the best - maybe 5-10 minute drive. Go early like before 10am to not worry about parking It was a 20 minute drive to Ocean City boardwalk. The pool was really nice in the Community. Lots of toddler toys and board games for all ages. Seriously we brought way more than we needed!!

We had a great time! House was in perfect location from Delaware Beaches and Ocean City Beaches. The kids enjoyed Paddle Boarding and Kayaking. The house is well equipped enough room for family!

The home was amazing there was every thing you would need including items for your pets. The water front was beautiful and relaxing. Would recommend this home to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious and everything you need. It is great when you feel the owner is sharing their home with you by giving you access to their beach items, games, books and everything you would need in the kitchen. There was nothing missing! They even supplied containers and baggies, etc. I like to keep things clean while I am there and there were cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms. The decks are beautiful and well furnished. Brand new dock and two round picnic tables and 2 grills. I agree with the other posts regarding the online pictures. It is much brighter and beautiful in person. Just a note for dog owners and small children. The yard is fenced in from the street and neighbors, but the water is still accessible, so be sure to bring life jackets for dogs. They have a closet full of life jackets for kids and adults! My pug snuck through the slats in the fence, but there were so many beach chairs, we were able to block it. The dogs had a blast seeing the geese every morning passing the house in the water! My daughter has terrible allergies and had no issues the entire week, since there are hardwood floors throughout and it was so clean. We did not realize, but the pool was not open during the week, so she was bummed, but so many other things to do. It is still early in the season. All of the neighbors were very friendly and it was so quiet at night! A perfect, relaxing vacation!

We stayed to celebrate my sons graduation from college. Perfect size for a large family. The outdoor space was wonderful and the use of the kayaks was a huge plus. No paper towels, no toilet paper, no linens, no towels so remember to bring all those items. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will return.

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen with pots/pans,serving dishes, dishes and cups Although we didn’t have little children with us, the house had so many toys (adult and chid appropriate), games, safety features for small children.

For the past 32 years the same group of girls have stayed at various areas of the Eastern Shore. This was our first stay at this great location. House was everything we expected. Very clean, quiet area and great outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend stay on Fenwick Island. The house was great; warm and cozy, lots of seating and all the rooms were a nice size. The kitchen was well-equipped, 3 full baths which was was really nice and the neighborhood was very nice for dog walks. The house narrative indicated a fenced-in yard, however it is only fenced in on three sides so dogs could run the risk of falling in or deliberately jumping in the canal. Our weekend was very chilly and windy so we could not take advantage of the super nice back porch, new wooden deck by the canal or all the water toys. Good reason to return which I am sure we will. 40 minute drive to Salisbury Univ. if you want to visit a family member there and still be on the water. Restaurants in the area are terrific. Over all, a nice house and location with lots of conveniences nearby.

We stayed at this property last year and then again this weekend. The house was lovely as before and now there are additional touches that really make the stay more comfortable. We had everything we needed (except linens which we brought). We are planning another stay already, and definitely recommend this property!

This house was perfect for my family, 7 adults, 1 baby, 2 children and 3 dogs. The house had many extras that were unexpected- toys for the kids, lots of movies and an x-box 360 which we played Family Feud. The outside was a very nice location on a waterway, which allowed us to play with our remote-control boats, it had a fenced in yard for the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a very peaceful location inside and out. When we reached out to the owner she was very prompt with her response. I would highly recommend this home.

Great house with lots of room for groups.

We loved our experience at this beach house, and it was a great way ring in the new year. Tina was always helpful, flexible, and communicative. We loved the space, the amenities (especially the fireplace), and the surrounding area. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

After searching for many vacation homes in the area , this home was one of the best. Noted awesome reviews which weighed heavily in our choice. The home is very beautiful, welcoming and cozy. Tina is a wonderful host, easy to work with and communication before, during and after the trip was great. My family has rented many homes and we love this house. There are plenty of rooms for my parents, my brothers family and my husband and I. Each family get there own bathroom and there are plenty of sleeping options. Just a short drive to the beach, bike trails and great restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice area just to take an evening stroll to see Fenwick’s Painted Ladies. The owner was very responsive and timely with questions that we asked. The house was extremely well equipped with indoor and outdoor activities, spices, many kitchen supplies that you may have neglected to bring and great furniture.
