Premetto che recensisco una struttura diversa da quella prenotata, perché, per il giorno successivo al mio arrivo, a Crotone, è stata prevista una manutenzione straordinaria delle tubature urbane e il proprietario si è premurato di dirottarmi su altra sua struttura, situata, nel Centro, proprio sotto il Castello Carlo V, vicino al lungomare, dotata di cisterna, idonea a garantirmi l'acqua anche durante i lavori comunali. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ospitale e cordiale. La struttura è risultata pulita. L'appartamento internamente si presenta bene e dispone di tutto l'occorrente, anche per una lunga permanenza. Letto comodo, ma corto. Bagno con finestra. Servizi comuni adeguati alle esigenze, ma la colazione consisteva nella disponibilità della macchina per il caffè e di prodotti confezionati

Purtroppo, la struttura dove ho soggiornato è situata al piano rialzato di un condominio che non si presenta bene esternamente. La stanza ha vista cortile condominiale (box auto) ed è esposta al transito dei condomini davanti alla finestra. Scarsa luminosità naturale. A causa di lavori edili, in altra unità immobiliare dello stabile, fin dalle 8 del mattino si udivano fastidiosi martellamenti. Penultima notte, svegliato alle ore 6 del mattino, dall'arrivo di altri clienti, ospiti della stanza accanto. Ultimo giorno (sabato mattina), movimentazione mobilia e altro, nell'appartamento sovrastante, fin dalle ore 7 del mattino. Considerato tutto, il rapporto qualità/prezzo non si è rivelato buono: €40 a notte, a Crotone, in bassa stagione, risultano eccessivi!

Only 2 min to the beach which is very nice for small children. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes. At the same building amazing pizzeria. Every day market with fresh fish, veg & fruits. The host was always supportive. Cleaning and new towels every day. Kitchen has everything to cook. We stayed more then a week and enjoyed this apartment! Highly recommend

Very nice and spacious room. Superb shower. Ideal location, just one block back from coast. Very modern and comfortable furnishings. Very good communication with host. This is an apartment rather than how us British understand B&B. Very good kitchen facilities and super strong coffee but breakfast, as such, is prepacked croissants and yoghurt. Crotone is also a very nice place.

The appartment is situated near to the lungomare and beaches but there is no seaview. The sea in Crotone was warm in August. Equipment was new in the room according to the photos.

The small balcony was not cleaned at all, however there was pigeon faces on it. The kitchen is shared and unfortunatelly our neighbours were noisy during nights. The apparment is near to bars and it is noisy. All together it was so uncomfortable for us we left the appartment after 3 nights (but we booked it as non-refundable payment for a week).
