We had a party of 11 and the space was great. We toured both Napa and Sonoma wineries and found the location perfect to access both. (Napa further away obviously). Great outdoor space.

Our family enjoyed the house and pool. The location is convenient to historic Sonoma and nearby wineries as well as a short drive to the Napa Valley.

The home itself was very accommodating for the value. We were unable to use the nice amenities like the hot tub due to a large amount of chlorine that appeared to be recently put in the tub - we couldn’t breathe from the fumes. We also couldn’t use the entirety of the pool because the cleaning equipment was left in and took up half of the space. Finally, during our last stay, what appeared to be due to remote control from the owner, it was 88 degrees in the home most of the day and night. It never cooled off, making it unbearable to be in the home.
All in all, it’s a nice place to stay if better attention would have been given to the property.

Our Maryland family gathered in Sonoma for a mini vacation following a family wedding in Berkeley. This home was perfect! The size and layout worked well for our large family and the backyard with pool, hot tub and lounging areas was great for relaxing and catching up with each other. The location was convenient for touring both Napa and Sonoma. Highly recommend!

My friends & I had an absolute amazing time in Sonomoa at this property. Everything was spotless, the bathrooms were clean & new and Tom was a wonderful host! He was responsive, gave us great recommendations & worked with us on our early accommodations. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Perfect girls getaway!
We had a wonderful time at this property. Super well equipped kitchen complete with spices and good knives (iykyk). Each bedroom was perfect for our 6 person girls getaway. The back area was an oasis. It even had peach and plum trees! Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Great for a large group!
My large group had a lovely long weekend here! The many bedrooms and bathrooms left us own our spaces, while still having a great living room and kitchen for gathering. We loved lounging in the backyard by the pool. It’s also an easy drive to downtown Sonoma and wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful large home for a girl’s trip!
My 5 girlfriends and I stayed at Tom’s beautiful home in Sonoma for our Napa/Sonoma trip. The home is perfect for 6 gals, and I’d imagine for 6 couples as well. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, and the hot tub was on the fritz while we were there, but Tom was very communicative and offered to make up for it. We still managed to make good use of the grill and fire pit area! The kitchen is well-stocked, including coffee for the morning. The bathrooms are also well-prepped with everything you need, including makeup washcloths. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic House with Fabulous Location
We did a girls weekend with 9 friends and it was the perfect spot! Plenty of beds and just enough bathrooms. The hot tub was definitely a plus but the real draw for us was the central location. Checkin was super easy and closing wasn’t excessive list. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Couples Getaway!
A group of 6 married couples were extremely comfortable in this home! We spent three days exploring Sonoma and Napa. The house is perfectly situated, roomy, clean and hosts were extremely accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home large enough for our group of 10. Backyard perfect for outdoor entertaining. Pool and hot tub were clean. Nice large picnic table and sitting area large enough to seat all 10 of us. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Fantastic Accommodations for Large Groups
We vacationed with 5 other couples and it was the perfect location, along with great accommodations for all couples. Each couple was given their own private room, and three bathrooms was key.

What an experience
It was a crazy 18 month ride of booking this stay, needing to postpone for a year, and then making the trip out to Sonoma this past weekend. Tom was incredibly kind and flexible at every step. The house was perfect for our group, and is conveniently located a short drive from the square in Sonoma. I can't recommend this place enough, what a great experience we had.

Just what we needed
Thomas was very accommodating and helpful throughout the trip. He was gracious to extend the limit from 12 to 14 so that our families could all stay together and have a nice little getaway weekend from current events. When needed, Thomas was very responsive to the minor issues we had, which were our own doing (child locking a bedroom door and being locked out).m Was very easy to move indoors after a nice long day in the pool and hot tub. Would definitely come back again.

My family and I had a great stay at this clean, cozy home with a great pool on a nice, quiet street. There were family games, pool floats and plenty of towels, which we appreciated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking up meals. There is plenty of room for multiple families or couples to stay. The owner was friendly and very responsive.
