Apartment was lovely, fantastic location, great size for a large group of friends.

Bathrooms were dirty, hair on the floor and in the showers. No quilt covers on the quilts...we had to buy some

This is the most terrible rental experience we have ever had. The host forced us to sign a separate contract upon our arrival, which states that the tenant will be responsible for ALL the damages found in the flat, among other unequal terms. The flat is not in perfect state to begin with. The host should have stated all their terms and conditions on booking.com, but not forcing the guests to sign a separate document on the spot, on top of collecting the €500 deposit. They claimed they will not let us stay and forfeit the entire rental payment if we refuse to sign. This is obviously duress - is it even legal in Spain? There is also a cleaning fee of €130 which will only be added on top of the rental price AFTER you have booked this apartment. This makes the apartment very expensive - there are more decent hotels nearby which charge less and of better quality. The pictures of shown in booking.com are heavily touched up and the actual flat does not live up to the expectations. It is fairly basic, and to be honest, nothing special. Cleanliness is a big question mark. The trays in the oven are super oily before we have even started using it. My husband is very sensitive to dust and allergens in bed sheets and he kept coughing nonstop throughout the night since moving in, which stopped after we have checked out. Amenities are disappointing. They don’t even give you some proper shower gel or shampoo. They just placed a small pack on your bed with a few drops of shower gel/ shampoo, which is only enough for 1 night, but you are expected to use that for the entirety of your stay. They also have a coffee machine with no coffee pods. Kitchen with no salt/ pepper/ etc. Not the kind of hospitality you would expect for this price. No baggage storage facilities are available before check in or after check out, even if nobody occupies the flat before or after your booked dates.

The apartment was beautiful and huge. 7 of us fit and we were more than comfortable. It was clean, gorgeously decorated, and felt like a luxury vacation. It was in a great location and the host was very kind and helpful. The deposit was also returned very quickly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The shower in the large bedroom didnt work properly. The handheld part worked, but the top rainfall didnt. So you could hold the shower head the whole time or shower elsewhere. Not a big deal though.

Location fantastic, close to everything in the old town. large, bright modern well furnished apartment, beds v comfortable. Easy to access from airport and within a very short walk from the train station. On 4th floor with good elevator.

Loved the location and ease of access to everything but a few small issues which are easily addressed. This apartment is expensive relative to other options of similar size and location. I feel that it would be helpful to provide some basic toiletries. Not even soap available. Also tea towel, washing up liquid etc. I think for accommodation of this standard that guests would also appreciate tea, coffee, sugar and a few other basics to enhance a stay. One of the showers was not working and needs repair but manageable as the other shower was excellent.

At times no hot water to bathe, eg, if Teo bathrooms used at same time. At night, noise from outside streets

Had to wait around 45 mins to check in but the agent had a emergency at another property so wasn't too much of a issue as there was a coffee shop just next door

It would have been nice to have basic welcome pack when only staying for short stay. I.e some coffee/tea etc. We had to buy food and leave a lot behind.

It was a spacious and modern apartment. If you are travelling in big groups and share the costs then it’s worthwhile. However for 2 families it was very expensive. It’s located amongst cafes and shops which can get noisy at night. But overall it’s a good stay.
