nessuna risposta o contatto con gestori; accesso all'alloggio completamente al buio con difficoltà di trovare alloggio assegnato; wi-fi segnale ZERO; piastra induzione non funzionante; sicuramente posto carino e accogliente in estate, ma fuori stagione meglio se chiudono se trattano così i clienti.

C'était parfait. Fin octobre, nous avons été ravi de trouver cet hébergement sur notre route.

l'arrivée a été un peu chaotique, l'ouverture du boitier n'était pas facile mais quelqu'un nous a aidé dans notre démarche.

Molto accogliente, check in in autonomia, i proprietari rispondevano subito alle domande in chat e sono sempre rimasti disponibili. Ristorante posto sottocasa (letteralmente), ci hanno trattato molto bene e i piatti erano buoni, la locanda in se molto curata, la stanza pulita e il letto ampio, elegante e comodo

Posizione comoda un po' distante dal mare ma sulla strada principale per raggiungere il centro. La ragazza in reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo comunque buono nonostante i dettagli di pulizia che vengono a mancare.

La camera era davvero sporca, muffa nella doccia e capelli/peli degli ospiti precedenti in terra. Ci sono degli oggetti come porta carta e carrellino del bagno tutti arrugginiti.Il pavimento non era neanche aspirato mi si sono attaccati peli di cane sotto le calze. La colazione imbarazzante, siamo dovuti uscire a cercare un bar. Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella e di recente rinnovo.

The flat is designed in a modern and nice way, great kitchen equipped in everything you need to cook a nice dinner and beautiful furniture. The air condition works perfect. You can buy everything you need in the nearest Conad store. Locanda has great staff with great English and they are doing great job. The real treasures of customer service 😊 We also have to admit that the restaurant is perfect with great food, nice and helpful staff. It is the best restaurant in this area. If you stay in the hotel, you will get 10% discount. Due to fact that the pool was not ready we got the possibility to enter the pool in the nearest hotel, which was very kind of Locanda as this pool was really great. The parking is free which is also an advantage. My daughter was also very happy due to small lizards on the yard, which she loves to trace. In general very resting and nice 4 days we spent in Locanda, ♥️ SIMONE, IRENE THANK YOU 🤗

For the price paid, I found the apartment rather small and I really missed having a balcony or a terrace.

The room could have been more clean, too many little spiders and webs around for the price. Also the Wi-Fi signal was very poor

Great 2 night stay in the heart of tuscany in a newly decorated building with still refurbishment to be done. The interior looked fabulous however they are still working on the bistrot and the outside which I'm sure will look immaculate once finished. Our room was perfectly clean and spotless. Nice touch was the coffee machine with coffee cups and capsules for our mornings and the fridge to keep water and food. Air conditioning fully functioning, decent size TV and a very shower. Great location close to the beach and to the city centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Laura was extremely nice and informative and the communication was very clear for our self check in and check out. They prepared everything and gave us instructions on our arrival day. If I could give a little advice as owner myself of a B&B it would be to also have some toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) and a hair drier in the room. Overall a great experience, we didn't try the restaurant as previously said however we surely will go back when passing through Vada as it was really great value for money. Complimenti!!!

The whole place is just amazing, the outdoors and indoors is the real tuscany theme deal! Really loved everything😁

It would be good if they added some rags for cleaning kitchen and to wipe the dishes clean.
