Facilities tv not working water not providing soap not providing

Nothing was arranged properly. drinking water not provided .. bedsheets were not clean.even we paid extra charges for two children but pillow and bedsheets were not provided.toilet soap wash not in toilet.you could be better.facility and hospitality was not as per your charges.

Behaviour of the Staff Was not cooperative we got room on second floor.and lift was not there.we lift our luggage own to second floor.

2023 oyo room i think changed facilities Oyo room not good specially this hotel

There was nothing to like except such a bed service / dirty rooms

Such bed customer service i ever had, staff were not coperative at all, not even listing the concren, rooms were full of insects and A/C was not working in most of the rooms

No lift or assistance to carry the bags to the upper floors.
