It's a great location by the river with wonderful views of the surrounding hills. The house was comfortable and well equipped and felt very homely. Nice to have two outside areas with seating to catch both morning and afternoon sun.

The drains in the bathrooms didn't smell good - could do with some drain cleaner being put down the shower and bathrooms sink drains. A new fridge is needed. The door shelf in the existing fridge has broken off and so there is nowhere to store things like milk which was very inconvenient. Could do with a bigger fridge as not much space for good and drink for 6 people in the existing fridge.

Remarkable location! Stunningly beautiful and very quiet. Superbly well equipped cottage with a fabulously furnished interior. We loved that our 2 little dogs were allowed to holiday with us! The river immediately beside the cottage was perfect for rinsing them off after walks. The spacious porch and the drying room were a bonus for getting out of wet gear/towelling the dogs and then drying everything at the end of each day. We didn't want to leave and booked another stay the moment we got home!

The beds were very hard - we are used to a firm mattress but found them very uncomfortable. There were also a few things broken (e.g. one of the shower heads) but to be fair, a lovely young man came round and fixed it whilst we were there so fair enough. Although cleanliness throughout was good on the whole, there were a few less obvious places in need of attention (e.g. dust webs higher up the bathroom wall and a small patch of damp/mold on the wall behind one toilet). Sort those few niggles and it really will be a solid 10!

Fridge door shelves missing, fridge -freezer could have been bigger for the property.

Property was spacious and laid out well. Having the river Coe running through the garden was a massive bonus .

Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Tidy kitchen and comfy lounge.

Shower in one of the rooms ran lukewarm at best and temperature regularly changed during use.
