Die Lage ist perfekt. Bett sehr bequem. Ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt.
Sauberkeit ging gar nicht. Müll vom Vorgänger noch da, Müllbeutel voll, Aschenbecher am Balkon Voll
Fernseher ging nur die Hälfte, Lampen mit Stecker ohne Steckdose, Hälfte der Lampen an der Decke defekt. Zumindest kam Limehome dann preislich entgegen.

Bellissimo appartamento molto spazioso pulito luminoso con ogni comfort. arredato in modo minimal ma con gusto. non mancava nulla.
Lo specchio in bagno troppo alto x le persone piccoline come me. opterei eventualmente di metterne uno anche piccolo sulla parete laterale per poter permettere alle donne di potersi specchiare.

Die Lage mitten in Essen war super. Es war alles schnell zu erreichen,in unserem Fall der Weihnachtsmarkt.

Prima studio voor een nachtje weg. Middenin het centrum gelegen met veel parkeergelegenheden (parkeergarages) er omheen. Studio is van de standaard gemakken voorzien zoals een kleine keuken, pannen, servies en een koel- vriescombinatie. De inrichting is modern. De badkamer strak maar doelmatig. Let op! Met grote en zware tassen wil je de trap richting de studio's niet op.
De vloer was niet helemaal schoon en in de badkamer lagen nog haren.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt aber ruhig und ohne Autoverkehr war toll. Die Wohnung war blitzblank, die Waschmaschine tat zuverlässig ihren Dienst. Sehr bequemes Bett!
Die Badezimmertür klemmte sehr stark, dass sie kaum zu bewegen war. Enges Treppenhaus ohne Lift.

The apartment was very clean,spacious and in a very good location. We had some problems when we arrived and the staff was very fast and kind in solving the issue eventhough we contacted him after midnight. When next we visit Essen, trust me, it's still going to be Limehome! Thank you 😊

The code did not work. Took the host 3 codes before the door opened. Wi-Fi was not working and in my five days they did not bother to fix. Instead offered a €10 discount but to have data roaming we spent €50.

Very nice appartment in the city centre. I appreciated the self check-in becase then you are time flexible. The appartment was very clean and well equipped and due to nice weather we really enjoyed the balcony as well.
However, I found some small drawbacks. As it is in the city centre, it is quite hard to find a parking spot, especially during work-days (but we kind of expected that). The wifi connection was sometimes working very slowly and there were wine glasses but no wine opener :)...

Nice, comfortable apartment next to the city centre and next to the mall.
No elevator. It was very difficult for a family with small children to climb over 50 steps in order to reach the apartment. Even more difficult if you have to carry a stroller. Not free parking in the area. Difficult to find park overnight.

The room has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, even salt, pepper and olive oil. Eventhough it is located in the city centre, it isn't noisy. If you are sensitive for noise, they even provide ear plugs.
The only thing I missed was AC

I'm very disappointed. The code didn't work on arrival. I waited an hour trying again and again. No one helped when I called. I received a reply after 2 hours.
When have I already stayed in another hotel. I don't recommend it.
When I inquire about refund,they said they will generate a new code for me if i come back. Be carefull.

Unexpected amount of traffic noise at night - coming not from the small street where the property is located, but rather from big streest/roads a couple km afar. Sleeping with an open window was hardly possible. Our apartment was on the third floor, not sure if the situation with traffic noise at night on the lower ones is the same or better.

The location is great - city center, close to shops, restaurants and public transport, in a pedestrian zone, quiet at night. The apartament is spacious and nicely designed.
The apartment was not cleaned properly: stains on a bed-side table, crumbs on a dining chair, hair in the bath tub drain. Windows were extremely dusty/dirty on the outside. Lack of extra garbage bags and no instructions on how to dispose of garbage. Closet with hangers only, no shelves.

The location is excellent... walking distance from the main railway station. Close to almost everything else in the city. Facilities in teh aprtment were well maintained and absolutely good.
