We loved the villa! Set a short walk from the beautiful village of Valbonne with its excellent cafés and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and the manager, Tiff was always quick to advise on any queries. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful views and a super pool and facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We, a couple late 30s, stayed at Villa Valbonne for 5 nights. The villa exceeded our expectations (and due to previous great holiday houses we’ve experienced, they were high to start with). The previous good reviews was one of the reasons we chose this villa and all theses reviews are 100% accurate. Booking process was smooth , the owner replied within minutes and was friendly, the house caretaker Tiffany was just the best, easy, straight to point, very welcoming but also left us alone for our 5 days but still with feeling you could contact her anytime needed. She has been taking care of this house for many years and you could feel it was personally important for her that everything was well. The house has multiple places for dinner with a gas bbq (which worked splendid) and the view's to match (the pictures could be updated because in our opinion doesn’t do justice to house or view's - they’re a bit blurry?). The pool is awesome, it’s big and especially deep (approx 160cm) so great even for adults! The villa was 100% clean, it had everything we needed, it was very well equipped, it was cosy and it felt like being at home. There was a lot information in the books about the surrounding area and inner workings of the house , a lot of time went clearly in making those books covering every need or problem one could have. This is great holiday house, you can trust the reviews, the owner, the caretaker and you can trust you will have a true France holiday feeling here.

It was a pleasure to explore the Côte d’Azur from this little jewel of a villa in Valbonne: perfect for my wife’s 80th with her daughter and 3 of the 6 teenage grandsons. Very clean, superbly functional, Restful pool and a joyfully great Tiffany as the property manager. Just perfect!

We have just returned from an excellent stay at this lovely property. Tiffany is very welcoming and the whole process of booking and checking in was seamless. The house is in a great location for exploring this beautiful area and within walking distance of Valbonne. The walk back is steep so you do have to be able bodied. The house is extremely well equipped and very clean and organised. Wonderful warm pool! Lovely places to sit outside and relax. Would definitely love to return!

We have stayed at this house for two weeks and we have had a wonderful time. The house is just as described on the internet. Everything in the house makes you feel at home- everything is very well thought through. We were lucky to have one week of really nice weather where we enjoyed the front deck every day. The outlook from there is just great! We were also very lucky to have the heated pool. Without the heating the water would probably have been too cold to go swimming at this time of the year. Valbonne is a very beautiful village, just as you would expect it. It is really only a short walk, but you have to be fit because the way up to the house is quite steep. Its good training! We want to thank the owners and the property manager for the great time we have had! We absolutely enjoyed it! Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish. Owner was responsive and helpful during our communications before and after booking. Gave me specific useful information that really helped to make sure that all of my family members would be comfortable. Local manager was terrific - very friendly and helpful. Resolved an issue quickly and professionally. The house is the most comfortable and well-equipped that we have had across many rentals. Lovely setting and extremely comfortable. Plenty of places outdoors to enjoy the view, the pool or just a good book. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels available and the kitchen is better equipped than my own at home. Couches, big dining table and even bean bag chairs in the loft that my daughter loved. Valbonne is lovely and there are many interesting and beautiful places within 20-45 min drive. Would love to come back some day.

We had the most wonderful week in Valbonne and we are so happy we chose to stay in this villa. Jacqui, the owner, was wonderful from the first moment that I contacted her. She answered every question that I had with kindness and patience, and made us feel so warm and welcome before our arrival. I researched where to stay for a long time, and I am so glad I picked this villa in Valbonne, as it was the perfect place to stay and enjoy a relaxing week in the French Riviera. The villa is beautiful and met all of my family's needs perfectly. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool every day, and relaxing outside and enjoying the gorgeous views day and night. We also loved that we were under a 10 minute walk to Valbonne Village, where we went every day to shop for the most delicious food, such as meats, cheeses and bread. We had lovely dinners a few nights in the village, and it was nice to be able to walk home and not have to worry about driving down and parking. We followed the suggestion of Jacqui and took the shortcut down to the village, instead of using the main road, and it was so easy. The villa is also a perfect location to make day trips to neighboring towns, and we were able to visit Nice, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Villefranche sur Mer during our stay, and the drive to each of the towns was easy and around 30 min to each (a bit more to Nice, but not much). I loved being able to explore the neighboring towns for part of the day, and then to be able to relax at the beautiful villa for the remainder of the day with my family - the kids loved swimming and we enjoyed cooking dinners a few nights, and eating outside at the large table together. We had the most perfect week here and I highly recommend this villa, as well as sincerely thank Jacqui for her kindness and hospitality. I want to also mention that Tiffany, the caretaker of the property, was lovely too, and she was so kind when we first met, and explained everything about the house to us when we arrived. We loved our Valbonne villa! Exactly as described, a perfect little stroll to the quintessential French town of Valbonne. Check in was a breeze and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Highly recommend!

The views from the top patio of this beautiful villa are simply superb. If you're lucky you can see the mountains on the border of Italy. We spent a lot of time idling away the hours gazing at the hills! It is a short stroll down the hill to the restaurants and bars of Valbonne and a slightly longer walk back up (but very good for the waistline) so you don't need to drive in the evening. The quality of the food in the shops such as the boulangerie and charcuterie in Valbonne is quite something. The beautifully-kept villa is perfect for a family holiday , with a lovely pool and a sociable open-plan layout. The kitchen has been kitted-out by someone who obviously cooks (not always the case in my experience). Lots to do and see in the local area and further afield. We hope to return and gaze at the hills again. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed in this villa a few times now and it never fails to provide me with everything I could think of from a holiday. The location and surrounding area is simply stunning, with a short 7 min walk into Valbonne village and a 20 minute drive to Cannes. Local independent shops and restaurants are in valbonne whilst there are a large amount of chain shops in Cannes if you are into shopping. The villa has everything anyone could need on holiday, nothing has been forgotten and it is clear that a lot of consideration has gone into the making of this home. The restaurants in Valbonne are great - my two favourite were Café des Arcades and Le cadron solaire. The swimming pool at the villa is great and there are also local beach clubs which do great food and service. Would recommend to all families or groups of friends. Will definitely be returning hopefully next summer!

I stayed with friends at this beautifully located property with fantastic facilities and superb views overlooking the mountains and valleys. The host has provided a well equipped kitchen and has supplied extremely useful information about the local area and how to get the best out of staying in this beautiful area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the swimming pool was superb. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a restorative holiday in the South of France. It is within easy walking distance of Valbonne and has good transport links to Nice and Cannes. Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful property.

This is a wonderful villa in a beautiful setting. There's so much to do nearby but it's also lovely to spend time by the pool - the largest we've ever had with a holiday villa. Lovely indoors and out and very well stocked, it's the perfect base for a family holiday.

This villa is perfectly located, it is in a very peaceful location and yet after only a short walk you are in the center of the charming village of Valbonne which offers plenty of restaurants and small shops to enjoy. The villa is very well and thoughtfully equipped and the owners have provided a comprehensive guide which includes all the practical things you need to know about the villa together with lots of suggestions of places to eat, shop and visit. The outside space is really well planned enabling you to make the most of the sunshine and the view. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

Gorgeous private pool to relax in and extremely peaceful. Only a very short walk to the beautiful town of Valbonne where there are numerous lovely restaurants and shops - just perfect!

Lovely villa for a family holiday, equipped to a really high standard with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. I can honestly say we've never felt so at home, so quickly, on holiday before. Tiff was really friendly and welcoming, running us through the essentials then left us to enjoy the villa. The choice of outdoor spaces allowed us to make the most of the lovely weather, enjoying the pool area with the kids in the daytime, then moving round to the side terrace to eat together outside, then up to the front patio with a drink in the evening to enjoy the stunning views of the mountains. The inside space is very cleverly arranged, with a lovely kitchen, indoor eating space and lounge area within an open plan main room. A mezzanine over this space is setup as a kids snug and our kids immediately made themselves at home up there. Bedrooms were very nicely appointed with individual AC units and very comfortable beds. Valbonne is a short walk away and is a beautiful old town with enough little shops and restaurants to keep us all happy for a few visits. Overall we can't praise the villa highly enough and would recommend it for a peaceful and enjoyable family holiday

This villa in valbonne is perfect, it has everything that you would need for a wonderful holiday, was clean and spacious. It has amazing views overlooking the mountains from the top terrace and the pool was great. If you wanted to eat in it has everything that you would need but Valbonne was only a short walk away and had more than enough restaurants for a two week stay (I would recommend café des arcades in the square but all the restaurants that we ate at were good although some are a little pricey) if you are there in high season I would recommend that you booked. You can reach Valbonne in a little over 5 mins going down (10 mins on the way back up but I had a 16 yr old son to help push me up the steps!!) it's definitely worth going via the short cut, which is explained in the welcome manual, as opposed to along the road, it goes a little cross country but nothing too strenuous. Once at the villa there is lots to do in the surrounding areas, I would recommend a visit to the Verdon gorge, stunning scenery and clear cold water, really worth the hour plus drive. We did an aqua trek which the whole family felt was one of the highlights of the holiday, you need to book before you go though. Evenings spent sitting on the top terrace watching the sun go down before going to diner and then star gazing with a glass of rose after diner were fab. We look forward to returning x

Quiet location with stunning views. Great facilities, clean, well laid out. Easy walk to fantastic restaurants in pretty Valbonne. Hired bikes and great cycling in the mountains and by the coast. Planning to return. Can't overstate how stunning the views are!

Fantastic 5 days cycling holiday! Great location for Nice airport, the coast, and straight out into some fantastic cycling routes. Stunning mountain views to be had with evening drinks on the terrace. The villa is well kitted out, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. And complete with heated pool! We look forward to staying again.

We were a family of four with two teenagers, who enjoyed the space and the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely comfortable house with modern quality interior. A very well kitted out house, nice and warm in February, with lovely terraces to enjoy breakfast in the sun, and a great view. An Italian mokka machine does not work on the induction hob.The house is ten minutes walk from Valbonne centre, and is well located for visiting the Côte d'Azur.

From initial enquiry and booking everything was handled with great efficiency. Valbonne is a short drive from Nice airport and an ideal centre for a south of France holiday. The accommodation is superb, with all equipment provided including a welcome pack and more. Whilst we mostly ate in the wonderful restaurants in Valbonne, all facilities for dining in the property are first class. BBQ’s on the well equipped terrace after a swim in the heated swimming pool are memorable. We can recommend this rental property to anyone – you will not be disappointed.

Very well done renovation to a very high standard both inside and outside. Booking and check in so easy and efficient. Location is ideal for restaurants and visits to coast and countryside. Description on booking perfectly matched all extensive facilities, and on arrival was very clean and well maintained. Have no hesitation in recommending to friends and relatives and indeed returned for another visit in Sept 2015 with friends. Have now booked for two weeks in June 2016
