This two bedroom condo was great! Easy access to the beach, pools, tennis courts and docks. We stayed two weeks and had everything we needed in the kitchen including a full size fridge, pots, pans, some spices and coffee filters and more. Plenty of towels and some cleaning supplies as well. We will definitely stay here again. Pinnacle Port is the quiet end of the beach with no rowdy spring breakers, yet there's plenty to enjoy! 30a is two miles away and there are great restaurants in either direction from the gated entrance. Love West Panama City Beach!

We enjoyed our much needed getaway to Pinnacle Port. The unit is in a great location on the ground floor and very nice. Love the decor. Just a walk around the building and we were on the beach. Carolyn is great and fast with communication. Although we have never met I feel like we’ve known each other for years. Hope to return again one day. Thanks for everything.

Unit was clean and well stocked. Great location and 25 feet or less to get on the beach! We will try to rent C2-103 again !!

We always love staying at Pinnacle Port. It is quiet and has an away from it all feel. This unit was spotless and well-furnished. Very beachy feel with a great view! The owner was very quick to communicate and respond.

Very nice condo with a great location. The air conditioning was out, but the owner had portable AC units and it stayed nice and cool. She was upfront about the issue which was nice. We would stay again.

This property was great. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, the view was fantastic. The property provided pretty much every essential you could need, even though we brought our own. It even had sand toys and boogie boards for the kids to use. I would highly recommend this property.

This property is on the ground floor and only a few steps from front door to sand. We will definitely be staying there again!!

LOVED OUR STAY! IT WAS SO MUCH NEEDED AND THIS PLACE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PLUS MORE. LOCATION WAS PERFECT. IN BETWEEN THE BUSY OF PCB OR RIGHT OVER THE BRIDGE TO THE QUAINT ROSEMARY BEACH. WE PLAN TO RETURN ASAP.

Nice condo, well equipped. There were a few draw backs which were not the owners fault, but would deter us from renting again at this particular condo. Guest bedroom window is right by the sidewalk and elevator which was very loud when people were waiting on the elevator. The condo above us was under construction and a constant 8:00am wake up call with power tools. We did have a good time as long as we stayed in the master bedroom, family room or on the patio. Very nice art work and the owners checked up on us midway through our stay. Love Pinnacle Port! Thank you!

Great location and ground floor was really convenient. Close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Loved that we were in within a gated community. Beach was gorgeous with social distancing going well re: COVID. We felt lucky to have landed in such a perfect spot during this scary time. A much-needed retreat for our family! Thank you, Carolyn.

When you first come to Pinnacle Port you drive through Security Gate (very simple) The resort is private which we love and gives you & your family a feeling of safety. Pinnacle port has multiple Pools, tennis courts and it has its own little Cafe at the pool which is really good. Outside the condo It’s close to everything for Grocery shopping (2 stores within minutes) and more restaurants than you can pick. But more importantly to us the condo had everything we needed to be super comfortable. The condo is also on the first floor which makes easy Access. One of things my wife and I will probably miss the most is the porch because of the sound & view of the ocean, amazing!!We are definitely going to stay here again next year.

Overall the condo was ok it was a basic condo. We went with our travel baseball team so I saw lots of other condos. This place needs some new appliances and upgrades. It is easy to get to and was nothing wrong just outdated for the money paid.

We enjoyed staying in this unit! It was very nice and clean! It was updated and had everything we needed. We loved the first floor location. The owner was very quick to respond to our messages and we will be requesting this unit again in the future!

Great place to stay! Easy access to the beach, pool, playground, and to your car! Park at the door, makes unloading and loading so easy.

The wife, kids, and I really enjoyed this getaway! The resort location was tucked away but covenant to town and full of amenities for the entire family. Between the on-site recreation and beach, we had no problem either staying active or lounging around. Turned out to be exactly the vacation we were hoping for. The condo was great especially the convenience of being beach level. We were able to backup right up at door for loading and unloading luggage, etc. The unit was very clean, and the layout and available bedding worked great for our bunch. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, etc. Absolutely no issues during our stay and we have and will continue recommending this place to others.

The unit was great for unloading luggage/groceries since it was on the first floor. The beach access was right around the corner of the building...super convenient. One of the pools was directly across the parking lot...also super convenient. We enjoyed coffee/lunch/late night snacks on the balcony and listened to the waves. The view is just what the pictures portray. We even used the tennis courts since there were rackets and balls provided. The complex is in the perfect location between Panama City Beach/Pier Park and The Beaches of South Walton (Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Ally’s Beach). You can enjoy the best that either have to offer and then retreat to your own little corner of paradise.

We had a great stay at Carolyn's condo. It was wonderful being on the first floor! We had only a short walk to the beach. Even though it rained much of our visit, we enjoyed lounging in her well equipped condo watching the thunderstorms roll across the beach. In addition, we were pleased that it was so quiet on that end of the beach and that restaurants and shopping were near. Had a little "bump in the road" when we arrived; however, I was able to reach Carolyn by phone, and, she resolved the problem quickly. Will definitely look forward to staying in this unit again!

We had a great vacation and everything we could have needed was provided in the condo.

I loved this condo- it has everything you need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the problem with the cable otherwise its Gray!

My wife and I are partial to Pinnacle Port because we owned a unit there for about 17 yrs while our daughter was growing up. The complex has a very long frontage on the Gulf. If you ever feel like you want more space on the beach, just walk 5 minutes west and you can be all alone on a snow white beach with turquoise water. They have a lot of stuff on the property for kids and adults to do: tennis, 2 pools, boccie, shuffle board, basket ball, etc. etc. We are partial to the first floor where this unit is located. The unit faces directly the setting sun (at least in Nov). Wonderful pictures! The condo is clean, very nicely furnished, chairs and other stuff for the beach, lots of stuff in kitchen so you don't have to worry about washing dishes or pots and pans until the dishwasher is full. We had our daughter and family down with us for 3+ days of our 10 days and it was great. Can't guarantee it, but we had 70+ degree air and water temperature. Sitting comfortably on the beach in mid-November is really nice. The owner went out of her way to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. We tentatively will be down there again next year, same time, same place.
