Great location in downtown. Neighborhood is a bit loud, if you leave windows open in the evening.

Beautiful, cozy, comfortable and safe apartment near Pikes place. Sunsets (when it’s not cloudy) are amazing from the floor to ceiling windows. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and good restaurants.
Parking for 1 car was very convenient.
Well equipped and clean unit with responsive guest services staff. Overall a great location and nice space. Thank you, we had an enjoyable stay for a week and would recommend this apartment.

We stayed for a week and loved everything about this space. Excellent central location for Seattle sightseeing. Close to transportation hub with monorail to the Space Needle and more. One block from Pike Place Market and only a few blocks from the waterfront, ferries and harbor tours. Apartment had a beautiful view of Puget Sound and more. We had everything we needed. Communication with Vacasa and the building was great! Definitely recommend!!

Perfect location in downtown Seattle to pike Place Market, tours, shopping, the waterfront, ferries and public transportation. We were here for a week and didn’t need a car. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for including spectacular views!

This property is located in a great spot, with a water view and about a block from Pike Place Market. Parking is free too.
The unit itself is adequate. It could have been cleaner. The furnishings are showing their age and could be replaced or updated.
The area feels generally safe but there are occasional squabbles of homeless people that frequent the areas in close proximity of the condo building.
Overall, I would stay here again despite the minor shortcomings.

We had an enjoyable stay. The property is in a great location for walking to many places without having to Uber. There was not an adjacent balcony to the unit but it did have huge windows which made for lots of light and great views. The property manager came over very quickly when we called him. It was a little more difficult to speak to someone to ask questions ahead of time. We would stay there again.

Large, comfortable space and responsive management when we had a leaky shower. Very clean except for undersides of counters and appliances in kitchen (sticky). Handy location, but Seattle's large displaced population (some strung out) is omnipresent.

Plenty of room in the apartment the doors were locked for check which made us feel safe, great pool, exercise area, and deck. Close to a lot of must see locations.

Right in the center of downtown clean unit everything you needed they didn’t leave us enough toilet paper but other than that it was a fantastic stay!

Best Stay
Loved the convenient central location with walking access to pike market, target store in same building. Overall apartment is fully stocked in kitchen with good living room facing to the bay.

Ideal location
We loved being near the Seattle Art Museum and Pikes Market. The apartment space was somewhat small (expected in a high-rise) but quite adequate in size.

Prime Location
The property was a great location and convenient to Pikes Place and Convention Center. The beds were hard though. Additionaly some of the furniture was in disrepair and needed repairs or replacement. Overall I would book again and likely will for future conventions.

Amazing location and views
We stayed in this condo for 9 days in July. The best part about the place is the location. Literally a block away from Pike's Place market. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The views from the window give you a look at the market and the bay beyond.
There was no air conditioning. I don't really blame them for that as most places in Seattle don't have A/C. It was just unfortunate that it was in the middle of a heat wave when we arrived. There were several fans left in the place for cooling.
Overall we had an amazing stay.
The chair that was reported broken back in 2019 was still there and still broken. Both showers did not drain very well. These are the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice condo
Check in was easy. Condo was clean and great for a small family. Nice central location. Really liked security at the front door. Target is literally in the same building, which was a great perk. Steps from Pike Place Market. Only complaint, which the owner can’t control, was way too many homeless people. Throwing stuff in the streets, drug deals right in front of us, the city needs to do something about this. We felt safe in the condo but not stepping outside.

Beautiful views
The apartment as a whole was good. The chair was broken when we arrived. I reported it. The TV is very outdated. Could use an update. The amenities were good. The business center was nice to work. The pool was nice. The hot tub however does not bubble.
The front desk staff gets FIVE STARS! They were wonderful.
We felt very safe and we had a lot of fun. Target is right downstairs. As well as a nice coffee shop. And Hard Rock right across the street.
I would book this location again.
