Hôtel très bien placé à 20 min de la gare et proche des principales attractions de la ville. Chambre propre et personnel accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

A washer and dryer in the room! Also, it’s close to the main points of interest so that helps. Getting to the railway station is easy as well - both on foot and by bus.

Very good location to explore Kanazawa. They offer coffee as a courtesy during the whole day in the reception. That's it.

The room, specially the bathroom, was very dirty. For me, it's obvious the bathroom was simply not cleaned before our check-in. There was hair from other people in the bathtub and in the sink, and the toilet was very dirty. They also don't include any drinks on the minibar, not even water. I had to go to the reception to buy it in my pijamas. We asked for the reception to help with a restaurant reservation when we cheked in, and they said they are not allowed to assist with that. It didn't seem we were in a hotel, the feeling was we were in a bad air bnb experience.

Beds are sooo comfortable - not too soft and supportive. Rooms are clean and facilities good. Staff are nice.

Breakfast has minimal options and didn’t look great for a buffet. The most difficult thing was that the Hotel Staff WOULD NOT (could not because of a road rule..) CALL US A TAXI. Because we can’t speak Japanese we could not also we needed a bigger taxi due to luggage. And it was raining. Anyone Japanese staying I could see just called a taxi themselves to the hotel..

Bright, light and spacious room. Location convenient for sightseeing. Bus stop adjacent to hotel made it easy to get to train station. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops and convenience shops.

I asked for a glass/bottle of water and it was not possible to get it even if the water was in front of me but technically the restaurant was closed… after many complaints I had to get the water in the store at 5 mins by walking: no sense

Breakfast. I understand that is Japanese breakfast. But will be nice if they have a few options for some people.

We enjoyed the beautiful setting in the Iya Valley and the spacious family room. The traditional dinner (at additional charge) was delicious and good value. Access to the onsen was also a bonus for the stay. Overall a great experience.

we order 2 rooms one for us and one for our teenagers, and they put us not in the same floor. and when we asked for another key ‘cause the elevator can’t connect to another floor goes only your floor or lobby, they refused.

This hotel is luxury for the price. It was excellent. It’s only 3 stops on the bus from the station and free if you have a JR Pass and catch the JR bus. There are other buses from the station but you need an IC card. It’s a bit too far to walk. We chose this hotel as it was right near the Omicho market, Kanazawa castle, gardens etc. The rooms were quite large with a small seating area with a table. Very comfortable and the best hotel we experienced for our 3 week stay through Japan. Family Mart and 7 Eleven just down the road as well as a new Tourist Info office which has English speaking if that’s what you need. The cafe downstairs is great for relaxing. We didn’t bother with the breakfast option. An absolute bonus having a washing machine and dryer in the room. It was superb and a godsend! A fabulous place to stay which we found quite luxurious. I’m not sure if all Tokyu Stay hotels are at this level but this was impressive.

Own washing machine in room, super handy to get laundry done. Free coffee in the lobby.
