We had a great time staying across the mountain and a short walk from town. Truly a great location, only concern is that there are a lot of stairs so it’s hard with a 1.5 year old but we knew that going in. We will definitely look to return in the future.

Hoping this place is available for future rental because the location and amenities are perfect! Lots of space for 3 families with kids under 10. Extra twin mattresses for kids is such a convenience. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to prep food and with basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Bathrooms were also supplied with shampoo/conditioner, body and hand soap. Cherry on top is the management of the property is A+. We’ve rented a lot of vacation rentals, and Tim is top of the top, he is great at responding quickly and just so helpful in general.

This was our second stay at this wonderful Park City House. Three families with college age kids who all traveled to Park City for an annual ski trip. House is directly across the street from Park City skiing. Great location. Well-stocked house. Highly recommend.

Family of 11 and plenty of room. House is amazing… lots of attention to detail and amenities included. Very upscale decor, yet comfortable and homey. Best location ever to walk across the street to the ski lifts and resort. Everything was close and convenient for skiing, shopping and eating out. We had the vacation of a lifetime and will remember our home in Park City!

We had a pre-Christmas gathering with the family. There were 14 of us (parents, kids and grandkids) with the youngest being 4 yrs old. The kids camped out in the media room when not on the slopes. The house is an 8 minute walk to the lifts so kids could come back for lunch and head back out after a rest. It was a 5 minute walk to pick up lift passes (highly recommend EPIC Passes) and equipment (several places to choose from). It was less than 10 minutes to the grocery, drug store and coffee house. It was about 12 minutes to Main street. We went ice skated, tubed, and went dog sledding. The only thing that would've made it better is if it would've snowed more while we were there. It was just an incredible stay for us. Thank you...thank you...thank you.

Wonderful house with lots of great spaces for different groups of our party of 12, including 7 young kids. Downstairs is like it’s own place with 3 rooms, movie room and hot tub. Tim was excellent to communicate with. 2 minute walk across parking lot to village.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home located across the street from PC Village. Our group of 11 consisted of adults and children and the home fit us perfectly. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to the lifts and downtown. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Park City.

We had an excellent stay and hope to come back next year. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. It is literally across the street from Park City skiing and a 15 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping. The house is well stocked and groceries are easily delivered. Perfect place for a group vacation. We had three families with high school and college age kids. We all had a fabulous time. Just need to fix that gas fireplace!

Great experience
The location was great, right across the street from park city parking lot. The place was very nice, perfect for 2 families. We really liked the layout with 2 masters upstairs and kids rooms downstairs. Awesome tv room downstairs too.

Wow - this place is outstanding. Tim was extremely helpful and responsive. Perfect for our group of 4 families with kids. Easy walk to ski school and the lifts. Excellent amenities and furnishings. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. Very nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom- great privacy and quiet in each room for peaceful sleeping. This house made our Park City experience over the top!

Thanksgiving in Park City
This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving reunion. It was big enough to allow everyone to get away from the crowd yet cozy enough for us to spend many memorable moments together. What we really liked was that each bedroom had an adjacent bathroom allowing privacy for all. The theater was awesome for watching all the football games and enjoying family movie time. TIm was super responsive to all inquiries and even helped track down my missing Fitbit!

Senior trip success! Spring ski!
Had an amazing time with 4 senior girls and 4 sets of parent! Girls loved staying in the media room while each couple got their own bed and bath. Well stocked -we cooked in several nights. Walkable to downtown but wouldn’t say an “easy” walk. Can’t get any more convenient to the lifts and rental facilities. Lots of technology in the house with lots of remotes, but good directions. Enjoyed the hot tub! Everything worked well in the house. We were a large group but had plenty of room for lounging about and having our own space. Tim was AMAZING! So helpful before our trip and the few questions we had upon arrival were responded to very quickly! Enjoyed our trip! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great location and Management
We were 12 people (3 families of 4) and had a great time. Location was next to parking lot at base of mountain. Hot tub, kitchen, bathrooms, and theater room were all a plus. And Tim, the manager, was extremely responsive. It was worth every penny!

Ski trip
Property was wonderful. We all had a great time. So much room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen well stocked with spices and equipment for cooking. Walked to base each day and some came back for lunch as it was so close. Easy access to downtime park city for dining and shopping. Would stay there again.
