The simple life. Relaxing break. Basic accommodation, but that is all that is needed. Beautiful part of Victoria to explore.

If you are looking for a brand new perfect accommodation don't go here. If that doesn't worry you this is perfect, it's one house made into 2 units, it is not massively spacious but still plenty of room. It has everything you need. It's very close to beach and shops. Pet friendly. A place you injoy coming back to after being out and about very comfortable and the owner is a very easy and helpful person when you need to contact.

Very convenient and clean

Had to ask host about check-in details as I did not get any 2 days in advance but then prompt reply. No Wi-fi or internet reception on phone (Vodafone). No information/map on where to find things in Peterborough, no contact information of host provided. Cannot be googled there. Safety: Front and back doors are sliding glass balcony doors WITHOUT deadlock. Closing the fly screen unlocked the front door (after locking with key). Big sliding window in the back could not be locked. Backyard open - not dog-proof House had a mouldy/musky smell but didn’t trigger my asthma. Looked superficially clean but did not feel clean. Kitchen light flickering. Option between either sitting in the cold and watching tv or sitting in the room with heater (no tv). Single woman with dog: house can be entered from outside, no neighbours around, no internet (wifi or phone provider) to reach anyone or to even find out how to leave. I only stayed one night as it was too late in the day to leave but left the next morning. Host did not bother asking why. For families - potentially okay. But not for solo traveler

Our family of five and one dog had a great stay at this beach house. The house is not glamourous or modern but has an old-fashioned beach house feel which we enjoyed. The yard was a perfect size and secure enough for our dog to be let outside on her own. The location is great - walking distance to beaches and the general store/takeaway shop. Also close enough for day trips along the Great Ocean Road and to Warnambool. Would happily visit again.

As expected a little dog friendly beach shack. It was lacking a few staples for arrival and no BBQ. However it was quite comfortable otherwise.😊

Had a great time. The wood-fire heater was a real charm. Would have been nice to have had some staples like salt, pepper, oil etc. so we left some for the next guests.

The house is in the perfect location for easy access to the 12 Apostles (20mins drive). There is a beach 5 mins walk away. The accommodation was affordable, simple and perfect for our family. There are 2 living areas to allow some space for the teenagers and adults.

Good for price and position. Needs more crockery and glasses. Wonderful position. Great for our dogs.

This is our second time staying in this property. We love it for its location close to golf course, general store and beaches in quiet little Peterborough. Also wonderful to have our dog stay with us, with a fully enclosed back yard. Great to have a coonara heater mid Winter. The shower room is very small and a bit tricky to navigate, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment located in a quiet area close to the beach. It has plenty of room, was clean and tidy with option of wood fire. Check in was easy with the property manager sendng through clear instructions. Located in a quiet area close to the beach

The property is lovely and in a great location along The Great Ocean Road. Comfortable stay with everything you need . Perfect spot if you want to stay here and have day trips to Port Fairy , Warrnambool , Grampians etc . Would love to stay here again :)

Had good time with my family. Property was very well maintained and managed. Recommend for family or friends stay upto 6.

Wish the place is cleaner. There was a half eaten apple in a bedroom and lot of ants in 2 bedrooms, even in the sheets.

The property is well maintained. very clean and well laid out. The bed I slept in was very comfortable, shower and other amenities were good. Overall, a very good experience. I am happy to recommend this place.

Location great, the scenery amazing, a perfect pitstop on our way to SA.

The location was good, the stay was good, the cleanliness and bugs however were not. Back splash in bathroom has dirt all over them, the walls and back of door in toilet has marks all up the walls. Dust everywhere. Then there are bugs, ants all over the kitchen window, cobwebs all on the ceiling.

Perfect. Everything you need in a beach house and nothing more. This was our second stay here and we hope to be back next year.

It was a nice, quirky place for us to stay for a night as a stopover. The layout of the place in unusual (as with original houses from that era) but it made it harder to navigate with kids- shower room was tiny, no dedicated bathroom. Kids room adjoined to the kitchen (hard to clean at night without disturbing them). Third bedroom quite separate to the rest. It's fine for one family but I wouldn't recommend it for two groups.

Great stay for what we needed. Great kitchen with full size oven, fridge and washing machine was great. BBQ rusted. Shower was difficult to get into. No drama thou Great area for our Labrador. Thank you Maureen

Very clean & spacious rooms. Conveniently situated right in the heart of all the main attractions.

The property is in a good location for the nearby attractions and the beach. Quiet location, nice to hear the birds in the morning. We enjoyed the fire also.
