The place was great we had the best time as always.This was my third year at this condo and has been great every time.

Pass-a-grille is a great little beach town in a bigger city. The place was a nice little condo right in the middle of everything. It worked great for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is not our first time to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-Grill, and this has been the best. The property is conveniently located a street across from the gulf-side of the beach, one block away from the street with 4 restaurants. Paradise Grill is also close for a quick bite for breakfast and lunch. Yet, it is quiet in the evenings. The beach nearby is quieter, and the neighborhood offers nice evening walks. The property management was very helpful in terms of addressing any problems we experienced (lack of a good chef's knife), and they respected our privacy. The only downside is the lack of grocery stores near by; the closest one is Publix about 2.5 miles away. This can be a problem if you plan to cook a lot. We tried both Instacart (as the management suggested) and Uber/Lyft, and both of them worked quite well. A v minor suggestion to the property management: please update the listing to indicate that the unit has washer and dryer. Having them was very helpful, and others will appreciate it as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Walkable to many eateries, beach is right across the street.

This place was great loved the location.we all had a great time and love pass a grill , would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the opportunity

The beach is literally 50 yards away. I would come back in a minute.

We love Pass-A-Grille and plan at least 2 vacations here every year. This year it was my self, my husband and our 4 year old grand. The location is perfectly situated between the beach and the bay. Steps to either one and also very close to our favorite restaurant The Brass Monkey. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A large bed in the main suite ( cant remember but I think its a king) was very comfortable. We had ample space to hang clothes and drawer space. The 2nd bedroom had 2 very comfortable twin beds. We didn't need it but there was also a pull out sofa. The location has a small pool that is clean and quiet. We used this a couple of days when the grand was beached out and needed something different. The location is also very quiet. We enjoyed walking along 8th and shopping at some of the small stores and of course ice cream every day. Its very close to Paradise Grille also. Another of our favorites! Again this location is absolutely perfect. Pass-A-Grille is the only place we stay and we will definitely book this unit again if possible.

Please keep in mind I NEVER post reviews but my wife and I had a terrible vacation , we have stayed several times at the complex in the past but we stayed in different condo's , they were all very comfortable and well maintained , however unit 4 is terrible , there is nowhere to get comfortable , the black leather recliner had a broke back and leaned backward very far at all times without any adjustment , it has a 8ft long board at the base of the rear of the recliner to keep it from tipping backwards , the couch has springs and dips in the cushions , the foot rest in the pictures were not at present the ice maker doesn't work , I texted the property manager a picture of the board 727-477-9933 , the bed in the master bedroom is so hard that it feels like a board with zero cushion , we had to sit in our beach chairs every night to watch TV in living room , my wife and I hurt every day , our vacation was ruined , we paid around 2300.00 for the week from hell ... we are very disappointed as looked forward to a relaxing week , we will be posting additional reviews because we don't want anyone else to have the same terrible vacation

The condo was clean, great location, comfortable beds, updated bathroom and close to the beach. The unit provided beach chairs and towels, but an umbrellas would be nice. There are 3 restaurants in walking distance with shopping on 8th street. The beach is narrow on that end so setup early on the weekend to get a spot up front. The pool is nice, but when too many kids it’s not adult friendly. We stayed lower level and heard the guests above moving around. Your only allowed one car and it’s street parking. Sunsets are beautiful and can end the evening with ice cream nearby.

We had a great week and the condo was perfect- centrally located, clean and had everything we wanted!

We have rented this unit several times. It was great as usual. Wifi needs fixed as you can not connect and stay connected. Parking pass on the counter needs removed as it is very confusing since the parking policies have changed.

We have rented this place previously. It is clean, has a nice swimming pool, and you can't beat the location.

This place was perfect for our wedding vacation. It was only blocks away from the wedding location. Right across from the beach. Shop and restaurant right around the corner. Water on both sides of you. The only thing we had issues with was the garbage disposal didn’t work and the fan and window didn’t work in the bathroom! Otherwise perfect stay!

The location can’t be beat, steps from the beach and great restaurants. The condo is a nice set-up and beds are very comfortable. However it’s in need of a upgrade and deep clean. The cabinets are falling apart and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is wasn’t working. Furniture is definitely showing wear. We had a great stay but would want to see upgrades before we stayed again.

Very nice. Everything in working order. Awesome location with plenty to do within walking distance. Being supplied a parking pass is definitely a plus. Just don’t park facing the wrong way, you will get a ticket.

The location was perfect! The property manager was responsive and helpful. The bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable. The complex and neighborhood were quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The unit was generally clean but needs some maintenance. For example, the kitchen cabinets look ready to collapse, and the bedspreads are quite worn. Some of the beach chairs should be replaced (stained or broken). The WiFi was also unreliable. A little sprucing up and the addition of a few simple comfort items (box of tissues, salt & pepper, etc) would improve the guest experience tremendously.

This is a nice unit in a great location. It’s very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The biggest problem was the cleanliness when we arrived. The bathroom sink had grit, hair, and a band-aid wrapper in it. There were food items stuck to chair cushions. The shower curtain liner was covered in soap scum and grime. We changed it ourselves with a $1 replacement from the grocery store. The first hour or two of vacation was spent cleaning. The place is fine, it just needs a much better cleaner. The rental company did respond and offered a cleaning fee credit and a “free area activity”, but when we put that request in, they never responded.

This location, the space and the ementies made for a perfect vacation for our family of 4! Beach on one end of the block and the Intercoastal on the other end. The pool (which we mostly had to ourselves) out one door and surrounded by quiet and palm trees instead of loud parking lots and the foot bridge to the beach, restaurants, shops and ICE CREAM out the other door! Sunset ans sunrise every day- space for the kids amd grownups to have privacy- somewhere fun to walk to and see. Everything perfect!

Rental experience was smooth and easy and the property location is perfect. The unit itself lacked some amenities and decor but it didn’t impact our stay.

The condo needs updating. Bathroom was not in great shape. Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, silverware, towels, etc) in rough shape. Hair dryer burned out, was quickly replaced after a call. Very good location but will not return unless it is updated.

Perfect location - quiet location one block from quaint downtown shopping, fabulous restaurants, pubs, ice dream shop, coffee shop. Across the street from Pass-a-Grill Beach (our absolute favorite) no water view. iTrip includes free admission to several activities including free round-trip airport limo service.

Clean, comfortable for a family of 4, and the location couldn’t be better.

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and just enough space for our family of 4. Such a nice, short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved being able to easily pop back and forth between the beach and the pool. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location right across from the beach. Quiet location very relaxing. Heated pool but not as warm as we would have liked as sun only hits part of the pool.

Check in was easy, the property was very nice and clean. It had everything you needed for the beach, to cook a nice meal or to just sit back and relax. The location is right across the street from the beach and closer to the beach than many hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend this condo.
