We go on a girls weekend each year and we stayed here this year! It was a nice drive and easy to find. Our RV was the first one,there are 4 on the property but you are spread out,there was another group there and we didn't see them. My Mom got the big bed and my daughter (26) and I slept in the upstairs loft,it was small but it was super comfy and we had a lot of fun up there. The shower didn't get super hot but it really wasn't that big of a deal. We didn't use the hot tub but there was a qr code to scan to schedule your time which was cool. The clubhouse there was really nice,it had a pool table and chairs,a workout nook and seemed like a nice place to hang out. We didnt hike to the cave but we did walk down to the creek and it was very pretty and would be a nice place to read. We were able to watch our movies and make our snacks in the full kitchen. There were a lot of lady bugs around the upstairs beds,they didn't bother us but keep in mind you are in the woods;-) We would stay here again,it was a lot of fun.

I highly recommend staying here. The property has so much to offer for kids and it’s a short drive from the famous Hocking Hills. We had a small issue with another tenant on our last night there and the property manager was on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of with no complaints. The RV was perfect for the family with lots of room. Some areas of the RV were a little dirty and needed some deep cleaning but overall it was clean and ready for us when we got there. We will definitely be back one day.

Nicole and her family were fantastic! The swimming pound was one of the highlights for the girls! They had a slide, swim pad, floats and chairs for the adults!! Great location for all the Hocking hills hikes and adventures! Great place!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! When we first arrived, we had some issues with the A/C in our camper. We contacted the hosts, and within minutes someone was onsite and problem solving the issue with us - even though they had a major life event happening, they took time out to assist us. They were WONDERFUL.
While here, we spent our mornings hiking, and our afternoons lazing around and enjoying the property. Both of my kids spent ample time in the pond using the waterslide and swimming. My kids and husband spent hours doing the catch/release fishing. We explored the cave and the river. We played volleyball and we frisbee golfed. We spent HOURS sitting in our private lounge area reading, playing guitar, and spending time as a family.
I also can't over-stress how wonderful the outdoor lounge was. It was my favorite spot on the property - a gorgeous table, couch, and ample covered seating. A grill for our personal use - it was amazing.
My only suggestions for possible improvement:
- Add more blankets in the camper (it can get quite cold at night)
- Build up the wall between the Villa 1 lounge area and the main lounge area for added privacy for the Villa 1 guests. It got awkward for everyone when our family was lounging in our area, and other guests were trying to visit the main lounge.

I would totally stay here again. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was cozy and like being at home. Very clean and nice.

Locks on the thermostat so that was a bummer & the shower water wasn't very warm so showering was fast & not that relaxing. But everything was clean and comfy, as advertised. So glad for the wifi since my phone didn't have a signal otherwise. My kids loved that the loft had it's own TV with lots of choices.
Owners were very attentive & even came to check on us when the strong winds were causing problems in the area.

From the VRBO pictures I saw when I booked this vacation back in February 2022, it showed the inside of a two-story building with a kitchen, the bedrooms, etc. Nowhere did it state that a person would be staying in an RV, nor did the pictures show that. Instead of misleading customers, identify that there are 4 RVs (not Villas) on the property, and now 3 newly renovated bedrooms in the big building.
I was not contacted by VRBO or the owner and was not provided any other information besides the reservation info, until I called the owner to reschedule the date for this vacation (one of the 3 ladies got Covid). Again, I was not communicated with by anyone until I called a few days before the arrival. The owner told me she would email me the booklet with the Do’s and Don’t’s, fun places to visit, places to eat, etc.; however, I did not receive it until after I had arrived at “Villa 1 - TheBirds Nest, AKA a 5th Wheel Camper” with its back up against the big building.
The advertisement indicated the ‘Villa’ slept 6 adults; however, there was only one full sized bed in the only real bedroom. One couch in the living area could be opened up into a double bed, but the 2nd couch you could not - nor could you sit on it properly as the bottom structure was not holding up the cushions when you tried to sit. The other 2 “beds” were located above the only bedroom, in a crawl space of less than 3 feet, and the “beds” were actually 2 twin mattress-like mats on the floor of this crawl space. This area would be fine for young children or younger adults, but totally inappropriate for people with back or knee problems, people with arthritis, or people with certain disabilities. The 1st night was cold and we had no extra blankets anywhere in the RV, so we had to bundle up in extra clothes and use our jackets as blankets. The inside of this RV was infested with ladybugs, and on the deck right outside of the main door, we were attacked by wasps preventing us from sitting outside to drink our coffee first thing in the morning. When we sat under the outside table under the overhang of the big building, the wasps weren’t as bad. PART ONE

Located close to everything we wanted to do and the property has a creek, a short hiking trail and a swimming hole. Also a game room with a pool table. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Owner was very nice and checked on us often and we chatted with him alot. Great Guy! Very friendly! The property was perfect for a get away. A few minor things but was not bad. Air in back or upstairs had issues and beds kinda thin but it was great anyway! They had everything we needed even a grill and the pond with paddle boats and a slide theckids loved not to mention fishing in our own pond and catching craw fish in the mornings! I loved it and will go back! He added a beautiful shower house now too! Thank you!

Relaxing
Very peaceful and quiet with a lot of privacy. Many outdoor activities to do very near our place. Owner was an excellent source of information on activities and directions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Really nice.
Owners were very attentive. Stopped in frequently to check in on us. The pictures showed a Kuerig on the counter, but there wasn't one when we got there. Told them, and they had one there in an instant.

Perfect quiet retreat
This property had everything we were looking for in our short Hocking Hills getaway. Very close to all the trails we wanted to see and a very quiet location for some much needed rest and relaxation. Dave and Nicole were great to deal with and addressed any issues we had promptly.
My only recommendation is bring your own toiletries as their selection is limited (not their fault, I just didn't think to bring my shampoo with me)

Home away from home
Amazing little place. Everything was so close to us but yet far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness. The kids really enjoyed the Pond and creek on the property. The owners were awesome and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed!
