What did I not like! The staff is very friendly, the room is super nice and the bed is really comfortable. There is a/c in the room, which I really appreciated. There was also a balcony for the views all around. We did not know this place was on the mountain, but it was really nice, and we wish we stayed longer.
Although i really enjoyed the comfort of their beds, what really amazed me was the breakfast.
This is a nice little hotel in a quiet place on the mountains of Trento, and people love this place for a reason - us included. It is also pet friendly and adults only.
Parking is also available in the property, which was very convenient! :)

Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Propere en grote kamers. Rustig gelegen en toch op wandelafstand van de stad.

Instalações novas e tudo muito bem cuidado. Toda a equipa de funcionários são extremamente competentes, simpáticos e acolhedores. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso, uma variedade enorme de itens.

Mi è piaciuto molto la cortesia e la gentilezza dello staff, appena arrivati il ragazzo della reception ci ha subito accolti gentilmente e spiegato tutto ciò che riguardava la nostra prenotazione e i vari servizi.
L ultimo giorno ho trovato in camera una cosa che non volevo vedere, ed era la muffa sulle tende bianche con anche qualche segno di bruciatura.

Esteticamente molto curata, camera molto ampia e pulita, in più è stato effettuato gratuitamente un upgrade.
La posizione, siccome eravamo senza macchina, risultava un po’ lontana dal centro e scollegata con i mezzi, anche a causa delle festività.

Great location, great views. The place is easy to reach by the bus since it's on the mountain. The staff was helpful and nice. It was lovely since the hotel gave us a city guest card that gave us free public transportation. The place was clean and quite comfortable
The breakfast was very really expensive considering the variety of it. Also, the cleaning team would clean the room even when the "do not disturb" card was placed.

Das BePlace ist ein ganz großartiges Hotel. Es liegt oberhalb von Trento. Die Anreise mit dem Rad war deshalb etwas mühselig. Und der abendliche Gang runter in die Stadt war entsprechend schweißtreibend . Aber die Zimmer sind schön gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist bombastisch gut. Mit das beste, was wir auf unserer Via Claudia Augusta Radtour genießen konnten.
Lage oberhalb der Stadt - weitab von sonstiger Infrastruktur.

We loved this place, so beautiful, modern, far from the mainstream "wood everywhere" alpin overrated design. very nice aestethics, spectacular view to the valley.
Incredible breakfast and we liked a lot that it was mentioned next to the products where are they coming from.
The shower gel was very nice.
The cleaning ladies were so kind!
The hotel was spotless clean.
Given that we are in April, the duvets were too heavy, they could be changed with some lighter ones, they were too warm.
There were no makeup removal pads in the bathroom, which a girl would highly appreciate.
The hair dryer is not the best (doesnt blow very warm air - maybe for safety reasons? I dont know)

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is modern and cool. There is free parking on site so it’s easy and convenient. The staff were super friendly and we were also allowed to keep our luggages in concierge for a day.
The breakfast is limited and it took time to replace the food trays that were empty.

We loved our stay, the staff were all very nice and welcoming really super satisfied. the rooms were clean and luxurious and the location was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a perfect stay we do not have even 1 complaint. Thank you we will definitely come again!!

We got the superior double room which was huge, clean, big balcony with view, good breakfast. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.

- Very friendly staff, made check-in even after 11pm possible
- Very spacious and nice room
- outside parking is not protected, there is just a useless barrier that can be reached from both sides without any access restriction
- wifi with login page instead of a password, makes problems on some devices
- quality of toilet paper
- not very close to the city center
