Room was clean. Overall nice place. Not sure why but there was a bandaid on a light switch. I guess was used to leave the switch on. It was clean but kind of gave an eww factor. Some of the bedding had stains on it. A quick call to the management company rectified the issue. My only other wish was that there were gas grills available to use versus the single charcoal pit.

Could not have been a better place to stay

We loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The location was great and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back and would like to stay again for the same week next year. The property manager had excellent communication asking how our stay was and asked if we need anything.

The unit was very clean and as described in the ad. We had a great experience.

Our original trip was supposed to be in Fort Myers but was canceled due to hurricane Ian. So, we chose Tampa and loved this property. It was so close to the ocean and walking distance to many restaurants as well. The condo itself was decorated very nicely. After walking on the floors for a half hour our feet were so dirty so obviously the cleaning people are not doing their job so that was disappointing. The chairs on the balcony need to be replaced as every time we sat down, we had to sit down very slowly in fear of them breaking. Also, the patio door and screen door need some help. Many times, it was hard to get open and closed. One other thing would be to have the grill on the property replaced. It is so old and all the grates we full of rust. Overall, we had a very nice get away and the views were spectacular.

This matched the online pics and descriptions. Location was great- nice little plaza right across the street with places to eat, grocery stores close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Only thing I would say that was negative about the unit is the carpet in the bedrooms needs to go. Other than that- had a wonderful time!

The room was exactly as pictured. Pool overlooking the sandy gulf waterfront was beautiful. We would definately stay here again.

The person I spoke with didn’t help us out much when we had to leave on very short notice . Really think we should be refunded half of our stay or 4 days as we had to look elsewhere for accommodations

Unit was clean and The kitchen and restrooms were updated nicely. The building is on the smaller side so not a ton of people to deal with which was nice. Great views of the beach and easy beach access.

The condo location and views we amazing! Upon arrival we did immediately notice the cleaning company definitely did not clean as they should. Floors and bathrooms were dirty and bed linens needed to be washed. I did reach out to property management and immediately had a response from them. Later in the week the ac went out, they did go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation offering to move us as well as sending an ac company out to try to fix. Not only all of those but they also credited us back for the inconvenience to us for cleaning and ac. I would recommend renting with resort rentals again, but this particular property could also use some tlc to the appliances, carpet, and doors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and view.

This was a perfect little spot to stay. The view was decent and was right on the beach with easy access. The inside is well decorated, clean, and up to date. The bucket of beach toys and extra chairs came in handy. The complex itself is a little outdated and has some issues with the keys to unlock the pool/beach/doors. I was super thankful for the keypad entry to the actual condo though and the code for the front door!

While our overall experience was very good the property would benefit from cosmetic updates. The carpet was worn and frayed and there were holes in the bedroom doors with the veneer separating from the bathroom doors. Kitchen was well appointed as we "cooked - in" for all breakfasts and three dinners during our stay. Welcomed the new blended for fruit smoothies.

Reviewer Comments: Actually really liked the condo but we have stayed at numerous places along Redington, Treasure Island, Madeira and we have never had to use a key for EVERYTHING! We are a family with 2 teenagers so we are not always together. Only given 2 keys and you need one to go in lobby, to enter pool gate and to exit pool gate. We found ourselves following each other and throwing the key off the balcony to make sure we had one when we wanted to return to the room. I understand locking everything at night but during the day is just too much! Many other places with same feel and price that do not have so many locks! If this one aspect was changed, we would definitely go back.

Needs to be remodeled and updated. Kitchen stove and refrigerator absolutely disgusting. Roaches in the kitchen drawers. Carpets in bedrooms need to be replaced. Window coverings broken or missing slats. Bathrooms need remodeling and entire condo repainted. Air conditioning not working when we arrived. Coffee pot unusable.

Beautiful beach. Condo was tastefully decorated. The biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. I found long dark hairs everywhere when we arrived and the carpet had not been vacuumed and was disgusting. Also…asked a couple questions about whether there was a blow dryer and cooler provided in room. The answer was “no” by the property management company. They were wrong. It was like they were answering me w “canned answers” instead of truly knowing about my specific rental. Elevator super slow and it was the only way to get to and from your condo (unless you carried the keys to the stairwell that only worked half of the time.) Bug treatment company showed up during our vacation to treat for bugs…wasn’t expecting that. Also found a live worm in our condo in the living room. Pretty gross!

If I had to suggest anything to future guests, bring extra pillows, extra towels, garbage bags, hand soap and dish soap as with this unit, these items were very scarce or non-existent.

The Keurig was broken, the beds were very firm, the sliding glass door was very hard to open, the pool was very cold, and they had some beach items that you couldn't use because they were literally chained up. The location and price is what makes this condo stand out. The view and location was great! Not as busy as maderia but still close by. Rates four stars because of cleanliness and check in process. The condo could use a deep clean, ex the cabinets had old food crumbs in the drawers. The check in process was easy but only works if you have a car. Wasn’t aware that we would have to pick up keys 15 mins away from condo until after booking.

Our time here was awesome! Great location, beautiful view and clean and comfortable unit. It made for a very relaxing week. My only complaint is the lock situation. There are locks everywhere, from the front of the condo complex, into the condo, in/out of the pool and in/out to the ocean. And they are old and do not work well. It was a big hassle. I understand the need for security, but it shouldn't be this difficult, a key pad would be much easier. Otherwise, it was a great week.

Just some concerns related to patio door missing door handle on outside part of door and loud stairwell door outside of unit that slams extremely loud throughout early morning and late night. After bringing in patio furniture as requested tiny little ants were seen in condo.
