An unconventional interior design, but very nice facilities with a full bathroom on both floors. Surround audio system with amplifier (not wireless) to play music and a decent kitchen with many utensils (including wine-opener). Would work great for families with 2 kids, too.

The process to get the keys was a big awkward as we all had foreign phones and not great Wi-Fi access at the time. Fast response and great customer service, so not an issue overall.

Key handover could be better

The location was grate few minutes walk away from the city center.

There was no heating at all.There weren’t eny blankets and the owner applied that he was to far when we asked for some blanket’s at least.He just give as advice to find the heater and try to fix it by our own by sending him photos of the heater.Of course we didn’t fix it.The air conditioners controllers they were missing from the apartment too..

What a disappointment! The property was not as advertised. The pictures on Booking.com were from a while ago and show a wonderful, clean, bright, colorful property. What you get when you arrive is an apartment in disrepair. The terrace was filthy with pigeon poop and algae and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was pigeon poop on the walkway and window sills....not just a little but a lot. In the apartment there were drawer fronts in the bathroom that were broken, water damage in the upstairs bathroom on the ceiling and flooring boards removed, 3 automatic skylight window shades were broken, No cushions on the couch and living room rugs and coffee tables missing, numerous light bulbs burnt out and overall evidence that a good cleaning had not been down in a while. Overall, a once lovely place gone to ruin...but still advertised in its past glory. Feels like a bit of bait and switch......and shame on Booking.com....who has been made aware of this issue but chooses to ignore it.

Awful check in. Despite the property asking me repeatedly what time we would arrive, when we did I arrive there was nobody there. I rang the contact number and a man answered who was driving with his radio turned up. He gave me broken instructions to find the apartment but the worse of which were to find the green door…it’s was very dark, we had to use phone torches to get about. there was no way we could see a green door in the dark! thankfully a resident neighbour came out of her apartment and pointed to where she thought the room was. in the apartment there was nothing at all to welcome us. no coffee, water or fruit. whilst this isn’t listed I’d usually find something left as a greeting. the lights were complicated, the air conditioning units had no remotes or instructions, the powered velux blinds got stuck and I had to stand on the bed to close them manually. There were also speaker wires all over the place, seemed very unfinished or well dated. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially poor value for money.

The apartment was clean. The location is good to explore the city. The host provided good information for checking in and it was very easy. We had a good time .

We arrived and the unit was very clean, not cluttered and warm being that it was a cold January month. Everything was as advertised, the rooms was spacious with plenty of storage. The couch was already set up as a bed when we arrived in the evening nice and clean. The shower could use a little adjusting, the floor is damaged a bit because of the faulty shower but not a major issue. I would definitely recommend this place, it was very nice for the price and the owner was easy to work with, great communication. Thank you!!
