Very clean and lovely place.

Location

It is not correctly described in the site. It is one apartment with one kitchen and few separate rooms, which can be rented by at leas 3 separate couples. Our was 2 bedrooms with only one bathroom, while it was described with private bathroom. This is absolutely inconvenient for 2 adult couples to share 1 bathroom, irrespectively if they are one family or not. In addition the key for our 2 rooms was spanner-like key. You could open our rooms with any type of key. This is not acceptable when there are few other families in the facility. In addition there are cameras in the corridor and in the kitchen, which constantly are monitored by the manager of the place, which is also unacceptable, despite that there is a sign for video-monitoring. There is discrepancy between the description and reality.

The communication, the room was spacious and quiet and clean, and the little kitchen where you could get coffee/tea. It's very peaceful.

The rooms were very commodious and comfortable, there was a separate kitchen with a range of choices to go with coffee/tea and, best of all, the hostess, Antonella, and her co-hort, Rosario, we’re unbelievably attentive. We felt like family.

Easy and helpful check in process, comfy beds and very good AC. Large room, good shared kitchen facilities. Helpful, friendly and accommodating customer service. Very nice breakfasts provided by the cafe they are partnered with, a 2 minute walk away in the main square.

Nothing, was all good

This was a very charming place to stay and we loved our short time here! The host is very quick to respond, extremely helpful and check-in was really easy. We had trouble with our taxi driver and she came out to help us sort it out (don't take a taxi from outside the train station, call an uber or call radio taxi instead!!!). The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is in a very walkable location and Antonella the host gave great recommendations on day trips and things to see. We didn't use the kitchen but it was a nice, clean shared space with some coffee and tea and light refreshments provided! I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
