Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. I very much appreciated there were items (coffee, dishwasher liquid and tablets, herbs, etc) we could use to avoid having to go to supermarket first day. There was also a small welcome pack, which was a nice surprise :-). Close to beach, restaurants, shops and Old Town.

Apartment is fine, but a bit worn. Bedsofa is very uncomfortable, but fine for small kids. Apartment is on first floor facing a busy street, which makes it a bit noisy. Air-conditioning is cheap type with a tube sticking out through the window, preventing the window to fully shut (though there are outside shutters).

several items require maintenance. the sofa bed was damaged: a sharp iron was sticking out which injured one of the guests. one cushion was not clean. The door intercom was broken and felt down from the wall by itself when the bell rang. Foto is available upon request, for quality purposes.

Big space with equipment late check out

Some equipment were broken and we had a late check in.

Really nice flat - comfortable, clean and incredibly spacious. It was also well equipped and we were extremely happy we were able to stay there for a full week. We were met at the flat by the owner who was very helpful and welcoming and her communications about check-out etc. were just right. I have no doubt she would have been most helpful had anything needed sorting out. I should add that the location was brilliant. Antibes is a lovely resort and within a few minutes we could walk to a selection of shops, restaurants, the old town, a park. Or do longer walk across to Juan-les-pins, short train ride to Cannes, Nice, Monaco. Great holiday.

One morning the road cleaning / bin collection was a bit noisy - but generally pretty quiet in there thanks to the shutters. For the convenience of an apartment building in town, I don't think you can expect silence. It was a great stay.
