My family (3 adults, 3 kids ages 14,10 and 7) just returned from a glorious stay at Mainbrace, and are already dreaming of our return. The property is impeccable and well-equipped. It feels like a chic resort villa and a well-loved family residence all at the same time. Trish, Clint and Neka were kind and responsive to our needs during our stay. Clint saw us struggling to find a good coconut and dropped off three big juicy ones while we were out - so thoughtful! Pink Sand Beach is literally steps from the door and will take your breath away. To top it off, the beds at Mainbrace are divine! We all slept like babies. Be prepared for total relaxation in a fantastic location within the charming community of Harbour Island. We are so happy we chose Mainbrace for our Harbour Island family vacation! Every part of our stay, including the booking process was easy, enjoyable and we could not have asked for a better experience. Trish was so great to work with, responsive, helpful and her island recommendations came in handy many times, enabling us to make the most of our trip. Mainbrace has everything we needed, the property is stunning, beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable and perfectly located in a quiet area steps away from the spectacular pink sand beach that feels like a private beach. The housekeeping service was very much appreciated also (shout out to Clint for his kindness)! We would highly recommend Mainbrace to anyone booking a stay on Harbour Island and we can't wait to return stay there ourselves.

This is THE place to stay in Harbour Island!

This is our second time staying at Mainbrace and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island! The house was perfect for our small family and we love the chic island cottage vibe. It’s a beautifully decorated cottage that had everything we could need, Nespresso machine, beach towels and roadies, water toys, and more. Trish was so easy to work with and checked on us during our stay. We LOVE Mainbrace and only wish we could come more often!

Mainbrace was as wonderful as advertised, great location, quiet surroundings, well decorated and maintained property. Will definitely seek a return visit when we have more time to enjoy just the island.

Mainbrace is perfectly located in a quiet area walking distance to the beach and a short golf cart ride to the rest of the island. It is on the beautiful pink sands beach side of the island. Clean and beautifully decorated. Trish was very responsive and helpful. We did a day trip with Tyman Charters to swim with sea turtles, snorkel, and visit the swings. We had an amazing time and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing experience at Mainbrace! We just spent the week there with our children and the house was perfect and so nicely decorated! So close to the beach and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in. The property owner and manager were both so accommodating and provided so many great recommendations. Everything was perfect. I’m sad it’s not available for our spring break next year as we would definitely rent it again!

We absolutely loved Mainbrace! It was so fabulous to be so close to the beach and to have the yard for the kids to roam and relax. The interior is thoughtfully laid out and exquisitely designed. The kitchen is really well appointed. We loved the shed full of beach gear as well. Trish was so easy to communicate with and lovely. We will be back!

Trish is a great hostess. The home is gorgeous and well-appointed with everything you will need for a beach vacation. The communication with her team was effortless when we had some snarls arriving to the island and they made sure we had what we needed to get the ground running once we finally arrived. Mainbrace was everything I imagined. Steps from the beach. So close we did not need shoes! The tropical yard is large. When we were not at beach we played hide and seek among the banana trees. The house is beautifully decorated and the space very conducive for families. Daily housekeeping by Anastacia was a treat! Out family will definitely rebook Mainbrace for our next trip to Harbor Island.

So no words can really do justice to my stay at Mainbrace. Firstly I communicated with Trish months before my stay. My trip was a milestone in my life and Trish wanted to make sure my experience in her home was healing and everything that I hoped for and it was. I've been coming to HI for 20 years and always wanted to stay in Mainbrace. So many wonderful touches in her pristine home. Her decor pays homage to the rich history of the island. Every personal touch makes you feel at home. Her kitchen is well stocked in every way... personalized cups, notepads, towels for the beach and for the golf cart. She has an extraordinary speaker system set up and all platforms on her television. It is peaceful and warm. The bedrooms/bathrooms have lovely amenities. Ok... now to Anastacia who comes everyday to clean and make your stay effortless... she is conscientious and efficient and personable and sweet. She's a treasure. Make sure Clint fixes grouper fingers and Mac n cheese! For me, to wake up every morning... fix my french press coffee... be steps away from the beach and come home to Mainbrace... there was no greater happiness. Trish and her home are perfect.

I knew the property would be charming and beautiful because Trish has exquisite taste, but it was beyond my expectations. Every detail was wonderful - from little things like adorable kitchen ware and Matouk linens to the absolute perfect placement of the hammock to catch the breeze and hear the ocean waves. Trish was always available if we had any questions or concerns and she was so helpful with resources like where to rent a golf cart etc. What I love most about Harbour Island is that it is still authentically Bahamian. It has not been overrun with tourists or commercialism. Trish has incorporated that authentic Bahamian charm into her homes while adding modern conveniences and comforts. We will definitely be back!!

Mainbrace was the perfect place for my closest friends and I to stay for a friends wedding. Location was perfect (2 minute walk to the beach!), house was so clean, cute, and well equipped with everything we could need. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

We couldn’t love Trish’s property more. The house is beautifully decorated, super functional and right across the street from the beach. We especially loved the location - having a safe place in the yard for our daughter to play (swing, hammock, roosters!) and then everything you need to be quickly beachside. My husband was already talking about when we could return! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We have rented several houses on Harbour Island over the years at Mainbrace exceeded them all. The house is perfect, very stylish yet comfortable. The owner is fantastic - communicating ahead of the trip regarding health visas and insightful island suggestions. The housekeeper was great - very polite, thorough and helpful - and she came everyday! The three bedrooms were all good size and had very high quality linens and towels. The bathrooms were very clean. The house comes with everything you would need and more. The kitchen and bar were perfect. The chairs/umbrellas/Yeti cooler and beach stuff was greatly appreciated and in good condition. And it is just a two minute walk over the dune to an uncrowded part of the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed dining on the outside table, using the outside shower and lounging on the comfortable outside seating. It is such a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful house - we highly recommend it.
