Very nice property and just a short walk to the beach! During one of the busiest weeks of the year, the beach was not overcrowded. Owner is very easy to work with, asking us several times if we needed anything.

My family and I had an a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home located in the Inlet Beach community. Brett is the property manager and went above and beyond with his prompt communication and willingness to help throughout the week. I highly recommend this amazing house.

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room. Each bedroom except bunk room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with all essentials. Brett the owner was on site and would ask if we needed anything every time he saw us . It is a short walk to the beach. The pool is right by the house. I am looking forward to coming again!

We have now started to look elsewhere due to the number of people along 30A and always being 4 deep on some "private" beaches. This beach was great. No public parking so really only the community people show up. We were always either seaside front or staggered to be almost ocean front or a clear view. For what we have paid to always be 'south of 30A roadway' this was by far the most reasonable. Seaside beach chairs are fairly okay, rosemary has way too many people for the beach space. This is better than seaside but with a little longer walk so if you carry a bunch to the beach, get a buggy or cart. That is all that is needed. All in all, I am very happy with the rental, the owner is superb, and I do feel it to be one of the best beaches for the money for sure. I would rent again from Brett without hesitation and would recommend him to friends.

Our group of 13 had an awesome time staying here! Having the beach access within such a close distance to walk was really a highlight of our trip! Since the beach access is not available to parking the beach never seemed overly crowded every day that we went down there. We also enjoyed walking over to Rosemary Beach a few nights. We loved playing board games on the third floor patio too!! Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Thank you for an awesome stay!

This is a come back to. VRBO. Accommodations were superb. Brett was amazing and location was perfect for our first time to 30A.

We stayed at this property for a family fall break trip. Brett is great at communicating, and the check in process was a breeze. He’s also on site and super helpful if you need anything. The house itself was awesome - just as pictured- and we loved the pool! The walk to the beach is not bad at all. We made it several times a day with a group ranging from 71 to 3 years old, and it was super easy. We even walked to Rosemary Beach (.6 miles to the Sugar Shak!) for ice cream. We would definitely stay here again!

First class property, very clean, all appliances and electronics were top of the line. Close to beach and tennis, lots of bike riding for whole family. Nice to be on beach side of 30-A so children don't have to cross busy road. Owner was very responsive to requests.

Brett was the only owner on sight every day since we’ve been coming to Florida the past seven years and he went above and beyond to help us during the pandemic to make our vacation happen! Many thanks to him !

This was the perfect house for our extended family vacation. We loved the large bedrooms. Each had their own bathroom. We put all the boys in the bunk room with queen size bunks! The kitchen was well-equipped and had lots of seating. Brett was quick to respond to all of my questions. He is on site throughout the week and will give good tips on where to eat etc.. We really liked our beach access because it wasn’t as crowded as other areas. It’s an easy walk over to Rosemary Beach and other areas, but the Inlet Beach community is not as congested. I’d highly recommend this property.

We loved Brett and his family. They were so attentive but not intrusive. The house was new and clean. Maybe an extra chair or two but perfectly decorated. Walked to the beach. Restaurants and Rosemary close by. We will be back. I have been to this area several times but this was the most relaxing. Lovely pool. I did not want to drive away. I don’t usually give reviews because I am hard to please. This place was perfect for me and my daughters and their families. It was also easy to clean. Gave washing machine a workout but went home with clean clothes. Perfect place for family reunions because the houses all face each other. I am praying for success for Brett and his wife. They are doing this perfectly.

We absolutely loved the house, location, and the close distance to the beach. We did communicate with owner about our concerns with the overall cleanliness of the house and he was very receptive to them which is why I am giving the review an overall 5 star rating. When we did have questions he usually answered within minutes. If we decide to make a repeat visit to the area we will definitely rent from him again. The town of Rosemary was very quaint and loved the walking paths. Just a short bike ride to Alyse Beach which was nice. We will be interested in seeing how the rest of his little development looks when he is all finished.

A group of us were able to rent out 2 of Brett’s wonderful homes for a reunion! We made the best memories and hope to make this an annual trip!

We had a fabulous time at this house! The house is exactly as described and included everything needed to make the stay pleasant and enjoyable! It was well decorated and had enough seating for large parties. The walk to the beach was very short and easy to get to! The owner and his wife were very kind and helpful when I asked questions at booking. Will definitely be back!

This home was perfect for our stay. The location is just a really short walk from the beach. The house was very clean and modern. We really enjoyed the top deck where we could see the beach. All of the beds were very comfortable and the great thing was majority of the rooms have king size beds. The bunk room was great too. Our kids really enjoyed staying in there and the queen size beds in there were big large enough for them to sleep on. All of the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had all of the cookware we needed. We will certainly come back to this house. Brett was so accommodating and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. He was prompt to respond to any questions we had. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, basically brand new with top of the line amenities. Plenty of space for at least 4 families plus a huge bunkbed room that the kids loved! Very short walk or bike ride to the public beach access (only two blocks). We had the best time and the beds were comfortable as well. We definitely recommend this house. Brett Clark was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay! Top notch all the way!

Just got home from vacation from this beautiful property and I had to say what an amazing time we had! Brett the owner is so professional and kind ... came in to greet us and see if we had any questions and gave us the history of the property and a bunch of great info to make our stay wonderful! So the property is amazing with everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals... literally had everything we needed from wine glasses to cooking sheets! Outdoor grill was awesome we used it for several meals! The laundry room was the perfect enterance after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower and spicket for removing sand. Top notch washer/dryer with ironing board/iron brooms and floor vac and plenty of storage in there for all your beach needs. The bedrooms are huge and decorated perfectly without any clutter... the beds are heaven!!! All the bathrooms are wonderful we would have a mad dash to the showers after the beach and always had hot water! Outdoor areas were fantastic! Living room open to the kitchen was a great... everything was really really wonderful! TVs galore.. plenty of parking right at your doorsteps... so much room in the house...a really good floor plan! The best part of it is everything is brand new from the appliances to the linens! We got a 6 person street legal golf cart from Reef Rentals(Logan) and used it for trips to the beach if we wanted to bring a lot of stuff. Beach is an easy walk away maybe 3 min/2 blocks. There is no parking at the private beach for motorized vehicles but you can park a car or golf cart right down the road at the public beach. We drove our golf cart down to Seaside every evening for ice cream and to joy ride. It was all girls on this trip and I felt very secure in this quiet area! The location is great being so close to the beach and to shops across the hwy... Publix 5 min away! Just wanted to share my review because I’m pretty picky and searched for a couple months trying to find the perfect vacation spot! Brett really has a passion for this area and making your stay wonderful and it exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!!!

We love Inlet Beach and have been coming for years. This house is brand new with tons of space. Master king suites on all floors with a queen/queen bunk room. There is tons of closet space as well. Obviously it was super clean being new construction, with a fully stocked kitchen, high end appliances, and outdoor kitchen for grilling. Brett was super helpful and gave us a great walk through/orientation on check in to acquaint us with the special features (working the TVs, working the grill, door locks, etc). He was very responsive and helpful with advice on any question we had when we reached out... overall just an awesome and professional guy. Yes, there is construction adjacent to the properties, but they are all being built by the same developer, so it should be easy to discuss with Brett any anticipated disruptions. We didnt have any noise issues or interference. There are a couple extra vehicles from workers here and there during the day, but we never paid attention. You will be hard pressed to rent ANYWHERE in inlet beach right now that is not near construction. If the site of a house mid construction freaks you out, then it may not be the place for you. The location can not be beat. It is south of 30a about 1-2 easy blocks to the beach. If you have a ton of beach gear, you can park at the public beach access point for free about 4 blocks away. The bedrooms are spacious and private and spread out enough so that multiple families could easily enjoy the house. The kitchen, den, and a king master are on the ground floor if someone can not climb steps. Otherwise, consider that there are 3 levels with no elevator if you have elderly guests or those who dont do well with steps. It wasnt an issue for us, but it is good to know so as not to be disappointed. I am told a pool will be added soon, making this the perfect spot! We loved it so much we stayed extra days until we were absolutely forced to leave due to obligations back home. Dont hesitate to rent this one.... (or do so it will always be available for our return)! Awesome vacation, awesome house, awesome owner... we WILL be back! Thanks again Brett!

My entire family came and stayed at the beautiful beach home in Inlet Beach, FL! Brett was incredibly responsive leading up to the trip and so helpful during our visit in the beach home. The home had a wonderful layout and we loved every minute of our stay. Convenient to the beach and near restaurants, it was an ideal location for our family! I highly recommend this as an option for a family beach trip!

The house was awesome. Brett, the owner, met us there when we arrived. Great guy who made sure we had everything we needed. The location was very nice. A 3 minute walk to the beach and you didn't have to cross any busy streets. As far as the house, it had everything. The four master bedrooms were nice for privacy and the outside 3rd deck was amazing. We will be staying here again.
