Great clean accommodation. The host Christian was very friendly and willing to communicate if we had any issues. Although we only stayed for a short period of time we are looking forward to visiting again. Fantastic for both families and small groups as they have a room with a double bed and a room with two singles. Both of which have their own bathrooms which are clean and new. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend it. As having stayed in different places in the region this was definitely the best quality and value. A real highlight was how with it being an apartment it is fully stocked up with everything you would need for cooking (spices, salt, sugar, pepper, etc.) As well as all of the kitchen equipment is clean and well maintained. The free parking is also a treat as it is easy to access and very close to the property and fully enclosed by a fence and gate around the area.

It was a bit cold in January but once we turned on the heaters everything warmed up very quickly.

The villa is lovely furnished and very well maintained. Christian is a great host, helpful, attentive and efficient.

Plenty of space, host was very helpful, WiFi and TV channels were good.

Outside space had not been cleaned following a sand storm and there were items of laundry from a previous tenant lying in the garden.

Christian ( host ) met us by the main gate. Christian was in touch with us all the time since we have booked his place.He is an excellent host.

There was nothing that we didn't like.Everything from the beginning of booking the place to check out was perfect. Highly recommend it. Christian did explain to us were the closest shops, restaurants were.

The property is within an urbanisation with direct access to the beach, extremely clean everywhere, very quiet and well maintained communal areas , just off the motorway, within driving distance to Estepona, puerto Banus or Marbella

Although there was a little supermarket in the area you definitely would need a car to bring her supermarkets and to get around, the beach is fabulous but very rocky and you will need swim shoes

Wonderful location, beautiful landscaped gardens, close to beach, peaceful.

Sofa a little bit uncomfortable, needs replacing soon.

Amazing location, very well kept resort with lots of character.
