This house is amazing, it was so clean and had everything and more we could possible need. I rented it for my wedding party and they absolutely loved it. The rest of my family had two other of Christa’s properties which they couldn’t enjoy more either!! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Christa was an amazing host! The 12 Armadillos Barndo was the perfect place for our family to gather for the weekend as we celebrated my daughter's wedding in Brenham. The house had every ammentiy we needed plus some! My family agreed that we wished we had more time to enjoy it but the busy wedding weekend kept us away from the house more than we were there. We also rented the two houses on Main/W. Alamo from Christa for the bride and groom's wedding parties to stay. It was a perfect spot for them to have separation but still be connected for certain activities. We will be planning another family get-away to Brenham and will definitely use 12 Armadillos again!

Well, actually it is two homes on the same lot! It was the perfect location for 9 ladies! Close to town, spotlessly clean and well equipped! Planning to stay there again next year!!

Great property and great host! The houses were well appointed and the layout works great for a large group. The VRBO listing format and the fact that this is two houses kind of obscure the fact that there are six bedrooms and five full baths. You are literally a few hundred yards from being in downtown Brenham. So easy walking to lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee houses.

Property was great! We had so much fun playing magnetic Scrabble and sharing a few meals with our wedding party. Thank you for having us!

Great property and the host was very communicative! Fabulous Brenham location and was very family friendly. We were here for a wedding (and we had a big family group) and it couldn't have been more of a perfect set up.

There were 12 of us. Every year we go on a ladies weekend. We all graduated high school. That as 50 years ago. This house was perfect for us. Thank you so much Christa, we really enjoyed our stay!

The pictures on VRBO are fabulous. Yet being there is just a dream. My girlfriends and I couldn't stop talking about how perfect it was for entertainment. Yet, the kitchen had me in AWE .. I am a cook (not a chef) but a cook. I wanted to host one of my you tube's from this kitchen. We are planning to visit another of the 12 Armadillo homes they have next trip. See you soon !!!

We stayed for a wedding. Was THE perfect house for our family! Super cute - decorated so sweet. Lots of things in the house. Great location and the owner was very responsive and very friendly. We are already planning a family reunion to go back.

!2 Armadillos is a perfect place for a family gathering. We were in town for my daughter's wedding. The layout is perfect for everyone from young to old. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Management is very prompt in their responses. I would highly recommend this home.

Loved the property and the proximity to the downtown area. Host responded to all inquiries quickly. Only complaint was master bath had water pressure issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 12 Armadillos! We were in town for my son’s wedding, and we had 12 adults and 4 kids. The boys enjoyed the pool table and video game and the girls loved the karaoke and the ‘find the armadillos’ game. We did have to deal with a neighbor’s barking dog the first night, but the owners were quick to help out. We had so many wedding activities and errands we weren’t able to spend as much time enjoying the porch and patio. Our group came from Oregon, Wyoming, Colorado, Florida, and of course, Texas. I sure hope we can all make it back again one day! Thank you for sharing your fun home with us.

Super picky about renting homes- this was spacious and comfortable- everything you need and hosts thought of anything and everything!!! Super responsive with questions and would stay again!

Pure Perfection! Seriously the best property we have stayed at in a long time. The attention to details, the games, treehouse, the pool table. All perfect. Actually, all my childhood memories of everything I ever wanted. The firepit was definitely the meeting spot every night we were there. S'mores galore! Everything was perfect. My grandson forgot his tooth brush and they even had "incase we forgot items" which he did. Plenty of everything even sheets and blankets. This property was like a big hug of comfort and goodness. Owners were so so kind and went above and beyond in everything they did. Surprises everywhere. They are even sending my sons crocs back home. Someone had to leave something. Ha! Ha! We wish the owners great success! This property is a gem. Oh and walking distance to everything down town. Highly recommend!!

There were 9 of us.. all adult women who enjoyed this house and guest house. Some of us needed a “quite” place to sleep and others could sleep in the ongoing noise and so we made the smaller house the “quiet” house and the larger house was the party house. We cooked slept laughed and relaxed.. here for Round Top shopping 6 days! Had a blast and plan on making it a yearly thing. We would definitely stay here again… the garage was a unexpected bonus as we stores our daily “treasures” there and made shipping pick up easier.

We rented the houses for the wknd for my daughter’s wedding bridal party and family. It was perfect set up for both.

Great property for families with young children. Plenty of room. Loves the big trees and the “treehouse”! Would definitely recommend.

The decor is so fun for the adults and kids alike! We didn’t have great weather and couldn’t use the fire pit, but loved lighting the outside area up anyway and utilizing all the fun things provided for families to stay together and entertained! Will definitely return during the week post-pandemic to see the Blue Bell Creamery! Absolutely amazing stay with room for everyone very well stocked kitchen and baths! The road & train noise in the smaller house is a bit tricky for the sensitive but we rotated who slept there overnight. Overall, very much enjoyed the space!

We absolutely loved this property! We were trying to "socially distance" and have our Thanksgiving dinner outside with our 91 year old grandmother and multi-generational family and this was the perfect place. There was ample seating outside, tons of kitchen space to set up the food and cook - we made s'mores outside on the firepit and strolled the short walk downtown to look in all of the shops with their tiny Christmas lights and the beautifully lit gazebo. The home is perfect for all ages - very clean and they have thought of everything. Job well done!!!

the cabinets were not organized and it made it difficult to find things. the rules of closing up the house was very difficult and makes me not want to rebook, specially with the price of the house. our first night with the train noise kept us ups I would suggest ear plugs by the bed side, just a thought. outer than those it was very nice

Wonderful location and amenities for gathering from Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Beautiful place, with a fun and relaxed vibe. Just a quick walk to the action on Main St Brenham.
