Loved the Condo. Fantastic view just sitting on the couch! Cool neighborhood. Many unique resturants in walking distance. Almost everything you want to do is within 20 min. Would stay here again.

Having 30 + steps to deal with when handicapped was difficult I did not see that there was any mention of those in listing. I tried to call host but never reached them Although it has stunning ocean views: there was no visible beach to walk ( all rocks)

This condo was as advertised - stunning views, beautifully appointed, conveniently located!! We enjoyed a wonderful two week stay. The condo had everything we needed and more!! San Diego sights are all within a reasonable distance, including the airport! We enjoyed walking the few blocks to the restaurants in Ocean Beach many nights. We highly recommend this condo as a great place to stay if you are visiting the San Diego area!!

What an absolutely beautiful property. The house was exactly as pictured and the view was incredible. The Ocean Beach area had so many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within walking distance. Just can’t say enough great things about staying in this house and hope to be back soon.

This place was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. We enjoyed the wonderful view and access to the ocean. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and roomy for six adults. Our host was very quick with communication when we had questions. We’d definitely recommend this home and we’d certainly entertain a return visit!

As advertised - this property has fabulous ocean views! During low tides you can walk along the beach rocks all the way to downtown Ocean Beach. It was a rainy weekend when we were there, but still enjoyed the comfortable living room furniture hanging out with friends and looking out on the great view of the ocean. During warmer termps - this place would be great for those who like to hang out at the beach and enjoy exploring the tidepools.

The house was perfect! Right at the ocean, close to restaurants and things to do. Layout of house was great! There was enough kitchen stuff for my family of 5. Views are gorgeous! Described the house spot on. Highly recommend!

The condo was comfortable and location was excellent. Kitchen had good supply of dishes, cooking equipment. Having a gated parking garage was bonus.

When we arrived (around 10:15 pm), the master bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned and sheets/towels had not been changed. We were able to contact the owner of the property the next morning, and it was taken care of while we were out sightseeing. A rocky start BUT, the condo was lovely, the view was spectacular and our grandkids liked the little beach below the condo the best of all the beaches they went to. Ocean Beach is a wonderful, funky community and we will stay there again - most likely in the same building because the location was close to everything. The instruction/information book needs to be updated, however!

The property blew us away. Everything was pretty much prefect about it. The place was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were also spacious and the beds themselves were so nice I desperately searched for a tag or brand so I could buy one for myself when I get home. The location is close to all that is going on in OB but just far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful around the unit. 10/10 will definitely be looking here first for any future trips to San Diego.

When we arrived we had a code for the front door - no code for the front gate or the parking garage -- nothing ever mentioned about needing additional codes - the cleaning lady was still on site - she let us in the gate and informed us of the codes for the gate and the parking garage -- she assisted us with our luggage as we had no idea we were on the 2nd floor - my emails included the fact that we were four sisters all in our 70's --- get the picture... the unit itself was fine - the view spectacular. Finding the unit with the instructions took over 45 minutes after we reached OB -- really! Turn towards Bacon -? which way - needless to say this along with the lack of codes was not the way we wanted to start our time together in OB. We had a good time overall but will never used VRBO again.

Great location. Walk to everything. Beautiful little cove below the unit or a short walk to a bigger beach. Parking is so nice to have - a must for San Diego or Ocean Beach. Would not be good for handicap - stairs. We’ve stayed here twice and hope to come again!

From months before our stay, the owner was communicative with us about our stay. When we arrived, we were blown away by the view! The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful this vacation home really is. The home had a lot of things in the kitchen to use for cooking etc. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Just knowing we could walk a few steps to the ocean was so nice. Downtown Ocean Beach was walkable and was a great option for us for dinner nights. Overall, I would give this place an 11 out of 10 because it was way better than I expected. I appreciated the communication from the owner and we loved the time by the ocean. We plan to rent again here.

This property was perfect for our vacation which was a mix of visiting sites and just relaxing. It is truly within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beaches right below the property and also at Ocean and Missions beaches. All were different experiences. It was also a great place to take day trips to Los Angeles, San Diego Zoo, and walking on the waterfront by the MidWay. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

The front door lock did not work when we arrived. The property owner arrived within an hour to make sure we had access then he took some time to make sure we were well settled in. Quick response. And the condo is as promised on the ocean cove, easy walk to restaurants and nightlife, and quiet. We will be back!

The property sits above a couple of smaller beaches with cliffs that are easy access. During our stay we swam on the beaches below and Ocean beach just a few blocks away. We enjoyed the zoo, sea world, lake Jennings and walks by the bay and viewed awesome sunsets off sunset cliffs. The weather was perfect during our week long stay. The house is well stocked, quiet and secure. One of the best vacations we’ve been on for sure.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Right on the beach, just a few blocks from lots of stuff to do. The kids could’t get enough of the ocean waves that rolled into the cove. Would definitely recommend.

Robert was extremely communicative & the condo was wonderful. We loved the sound of the ocean from our patio and the access to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Each bedroom was comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The view was amazing and the area was quiet. We would definitely go back!

Recommend this property as it was very accessible to restaurants, breweries, beaches, and beautiful views. The sunsets from our condo were amazing! We really enjoyed our time in San Diego!!

This condo is just minutes from the zoo, SeaWorld, Belmont, Midway, Cabrillo and Balboa. It has stunning ocean views, three large bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and a dedicated parking area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’re delighted to explore the shops and restaurants that are within walking distances. We had no issues with the gates or keypads. Be aware that this condo is the top floor, so there is about 30 steps to climb from the garage to the condo. The carpet could use a cleaning, but everything else was great.

Was great place- beautiful views and condo was very clean and what we expected! Close proximity to local pubs, restaurants and shopping! We had a great stay here! Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay. I have attempted to contact the property manager to notify him that one of my guests forgot to rerun some Keys’s but I have not heard back. I would like to have them mailed to the manager as soon as possible but need an address. If I don’t hear soon I will send them to the condo address.

Top floor, one side of 2 x 2 condo. Ocean view is amazing, but you won't be watching from Patio in pictures, as those are for the downstairs units. Balcony is TINY, fits one chair only. Location is great - just bring ear plugs, as you are directly under a flight path from the airport. The "secure" garage door was not working (although the owner will repeatedly insist that you are doing it incorrectly) which was then propped up with 2 x 4 by the maintenance, so don't leave anything in your car and lock it. The front gate was rusted out of shape, so it has to be kicked in to be opened. The carpet in the unit was not just "soiled from the last renters" as it had stains and embedded dirt all over it. The dishwasher worked, but the top rack was broken. The beds had a sheet of plywood under the mattresses, due to broken box springs and wear. The showers had cracked and permanently mildewed caulk. I'm not a prima donna who needs everything perfect - I lived in 100 and even 200 year old homes. Things get old. But they need to be clean and maintained. This house was not.

This place is amazing! Extremely clean, breathtaking views and perfect location. We enjoyed it so much and for sure planning to go back. It was me, my husband and our two teenage boys. Can’t recommend it enough! Gorgeous!

The apartment we had hoped to rent and confirmed via phone with the owner is not the one we were given on arrival. Robert doesn’t even own the apartment pictured in extensive photos on the VRBO website by his own later admission. Broken furniture and a nonfunctional dishwasher containing dirty dishes plus badly ripped screening in the master bedroom and broken, uncovered electrical outlets make this a poor value in our view, even with the ocean view.

The condo was very clean (I am a neat freak). Loved the fact that it had 3 rooms with king beds. Bedding was perfect. The condo is spacious and has everything you may need. We enjoyed the beach every morning, since it was right there, literally. Check in and check out processes were a breeze.
