We definitely enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Our group was quite diverse in age: 60s, 20s, teens, And seven years old and below. We all loved it! The staff was extremely helpful and replied to request in a very timely manner. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were five minutes from Big Cedar Lodge and 10 to 15 minutes from Branson. Most likely will be coming back to this area next year and will either request the same cabin or one similar!

We stayed in the cabin and absolutely loved it. The beds are the absolute best, so comfortable I didn't even want to get out of the bed. The hot tub was nice and hot, it was clean and the managers were awesome! We will definitely be back!

Went with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was a beautiful cabin that was very comfortable and had a great selection of things in the kitchen so it was quite easy to cook. Loved having a piano there as most everyone in the family plays. Would love to do a longer visit there as we didn't get to spend much time in the cabin.

We stayed here for a family trip/dance nationals. We had a great time! We would love to stay again.

Perfect location

We were impressed with the beautiful neighborhood and closeness to everything we wanted to see. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The hot tub was working and our teenage granddaughter enjoyed lounging in it because the pools were not operational yet. We also were close to the lake and boat launch. Everything about our stay was enjoyable!

We found spiders and other bugs is the master bathroom Hot tub would not heat up We found the cleaners left childrens underwear in the bedrooms (what else wasn't cleaned properly?) Management company are scammers. We contacted them before our trip to remove the extra fee for bringing our dog as we were able to find someone to stay home with her. They said they would credit the amount after the trip. Turns out they never intended to credit it back - they claim they found dog hair and pet "slobber" on the windows. We never had any type of animal in the property and if we were going to try to get out of the pet cleaning fee we just wouldn't have added it in the first place. I will edit this review if the management company fixes this issue.

Parking was limited but it was nice and clean overall.

We enjoyed our time here. It was unfortunate that the hot tub didn't work but everything else was great.

Disappointed overall. We picked this location partly due to the hot tub listing. Unfortunate, the hot tub was not ready when we arrived. We were unable to use for two days while it slowly got up to the correct temperature. Not at any point did they offer any discount, sure I could have asked for one, but that's not how I work. Lets us know what is important to them and it's not customer satisfaction. There also was a lot of dust and dirt under the furniture, in fact we found items left from previous people. The rugs need to be replaced; you can see and feel the years of grime especially on the living room rug. The quality did not match the dollar amount. I felt the quality was around a motel 6 with a theme. Lots of room is what you get at the end of the day.

We came down for a cheer competition and this cabin was everything we could’ve asked for. Beautiful, clean, close to everything without the constant noise. Highly recommend.

The cabin was a wonderful getaway from our busy life. I noticed in other reviews the privacy for the hot tub was an issue. But let me assure you this has been fixed. The added lattice provided plenty of privacy for us to enjoy the hot tub. The cabin had plenty of room for my 3 kids, my husband and myself. We will definitely come back on our next little getaway!

This property was beautiful inside and out. The accommodations were just as described and super comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect trip.

Best cabin we have stayed at in the Branson area yet.

While the cabin was cute and clean, it was not wheelchair accessible as listed. Between the steep gravel drive and high door threshold it was dangerous and almost impossible to get my Mother-in-Law in and out of the cabin. The photo in the listing is deceiving as it makes the entrance appear to be level, but the cabin sits down the hill from the street. The inside of the cabin is lovely with comfortable furnishings. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub.

The property and location are amazing. I love staying in these cabins, and I’ve stayed in almost all of them, since they have all the amenities I need and they are warm and cozy. My only issue with this particular one is there is absolutely no privacy on this back deck. You have 3 cabins looking at this back porch area and it’d be nice to have some privacy screening.

Very nice rental cabin, great location that's outside of the bustle of Branson but only a short drive away. Very close to Johnny Morris's Top of the Rock / Lost Canyon Nature Traip and Cave / Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum.

This property and neighborhood was great. Just wish the hot tub had some privacy from the neighbors. The cabins are extremely close together so you don’t get any privacy on your patios without other neighbors being able to hear your conversations. Overall though it’s a great property.

Excellent cabin can't Waite come ba k

Needed a3 bedroom for my husband and both sets of elderly parents . Perfect split floor plan with two thermostats. One for the freezing old people and one for our side of the house! Great jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub. Big, white fluffy towels. Comfortable beds. I demand 3 things in a cabin. Big tub, hot tub and a fireplace. This one hit all the buttons. We’ll be back again for sure!

The cabin was amazing. Hot tub, fireplace, decorations, furniture, beds, x-mas tree - all very nice. My only negatives was that the fireplace chimney seemed to be partially obstructed, probably just needs a good cleaning and right in the front by the entrance it needs some more gravel as it was pretty muddy.

Overall we really loved staying here-but do not take your pets!!! The property was as pictured. Clean. Very well stocked - we brought our own toiletries as they told us, and didn't need to use them. There were 7 of us who stayed here (2 small children and 5 adults) and the space was perfect for all of us. Hot tub was a nice touch- very clean. We didn’t end up using the pool but, it is as pictured – good size with a lot of pool chairs. Location is close to Hollister and very close to Big Cedar and Top of the Rock. Fairly short drive to State Park Marina. Our main issue is the lack of transparency, heavy billing, and dishonesty of the management. If you take a pet, you are charged extra fees and pet cleaning fee-which we knew we would pay extra for during this trip. What they do not disclose (at least that I could tell from the initial booking) is that they have breed, weight, and age requirements of your pets. They also require a refundable deposit- which was not disclosed until after you have booked your trip. You sign a rental and pet agreement which are not fully disclosed until you have booked your trip. Pets must stay kenneled when you are not at the property (which is reasonable). We went through the check out procedures listed in the property handbook. I waited a little over a week and never heard anything about our deposit. I emailed the rental agency as to why we had not received our deposit. They responded that there was excessive pet hair and a trunk had been chewed on – to the point that it had to be replaced. I was never notified or provided with any proof of pet hair or the damage done to the trunk. Their fees include both pet and cleaning fees. I believe that these charges should easily cover the ability for a cleaning service to vacuum the property for "excessive pet hair". The trunk had existing damage that we noticed while staying at the property. Our dog was NEVER left alone in the property and was ALWAYS kenneled if we were not there. The damage was NOT caused by our dog or anyone in our party. I requested proof of the damage and never heard back from the management company. Unfortunately it will be tough for our family to stay with this company again. I highly recommend that you DO NOT take your pets, kennel them instead. Unless you don’t mind paying a bunch of extra money (more than what it would be to kennel your pet) for them to come with you.

It was good for the family. The cabin is a great place and has a great location! We enjoyed stay here
