Modern yet cozy cabin with a beautiful view of Lake Burton! Fire pit and outdoor fire ring, horseshoes, hot tub, updated kitchen! Who could ask for more? Easy access and great communication from the host. My family had a great time!

This house was perfect for a quick fall break/40th birthday celebration for my family of 5. We all enjoyed the big fireplace and the fire pit so much. The house has everything you need and is spotless and nicely renovated. The location is beautiful and there are a lot of hikes and things to do within a 30 minute drive. The kids loved playing in the big yard! We hope to come back!

One of the best end of summer lake weekends we have ever had. Beautiful location and cabin. We brought our boat and parked at LaPrade's, enjoyed Lake Burton to the fullest by eating at Bleu Canoe (right down the street) anchoring at Goat Island for a swim picnic and grilling out on the nice deck at night. We had a blast, cannot wait to go back!

We had a fantastic family weekend. The cottage was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the views from the hot tub were gorgeous. Kids enjoyed playing on the hammock and beating adults in horseshoes. We will be back for sure.

I fully intend on visiting this property again. It was absolutely beautiful. So clean and so comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The bed in the master where we stayed was SO cozy. The view was stunning, and it was convenient to Clayton where we spent the day. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for hosting us!

The house is exactly as pictured…even better in real life and surrounded by beautiful trees. The beds and linens are very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a cooking pots/ pans and accessories. We even found a pizza slicer! Stock up on all the groceries that you need before you arrive because it’s about a 30 minute drive to a grocery store. You really won’t mind because there is really no reason to leave the community. There are very nice restaurants nearby and plenty of places to hike or walk. Or you can just relax in the hot tub. If you are looking to get away from it all, check in at the Overlook at Lake Burton.

Great house and a good location. Bring groceries. There is not a grocery store close by. Good restaurants close by. Convenient to marina and hikes. Go trout fishing on the Soque.

Wonderful Weekend!
The rental and its views were absolutely stunning. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in! My only suggestion would be to bring some extra blankets if you're cold natured (like me) because the rental only had a limited amount. Otherwise, a beautiful cabin and a wonderful time!

Lovely rental
Very clean, cozy, and comfortable home overlooking lake Burton. Loved being able to use the huge gas fireplace at night. Beds were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.
