I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a real kitchen. a microwave and expresso machine is not a kitchen.

Nothing, the apartment was full of mold and I had to leave after one night because I was having an alergic reaction. Booking.com apologized and said I was going to be reimbursed, but almost three months they only credited me 15% of what I paid for. Horrible experience.

Room a bit small.

Great clean and spacious room in the heart of Rovereto. I stayed for a conference and had plenty of options to get everywhere by foot including excellent restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, museums, shops, and bars. The owners even provide a tip for breakfast which turned out great. All the instructions to get to the property and how to get access were perfect! The train station is about a 10 min walk away and a moderately priced car park about 3 min. The staff was very attentive and kind. Everything seemed new and clean in the apartment and there was enough room to cook small meals and even a complementary ground coffee. Be mindful that this room does not have A/C but a fan and enough windows to keep open at night as the neighbourhood is quiet (it is Italy though, so sometimes there is noise until the late hours from the street). We managed with an average of 28°C during the day. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Wifi was generally good but at some corners of the rooms a bit weak, nothing major though! It would be great to have some insect nets at some of the windows to keep all creepy crawlies out, but no more than one fly came in during August.

Very clean. The fan was appreciated. Very quiet and central location. Self check-in went smooth.

There is no place to leave luggage once you check out. The fan was a bit noisy and the short electrical cord limited options. Paper cups for tea are just sad.

We had a great stay! Location is very central, the room are modern and clean. The mattress were a bit hard for my taste though. Staff were super friendly and helpful at any time since I could not open the check in-link immediately. All in all, it was just a perfect for our 1 night stay.

Price and location were perfect, room was very clean and well equipped. No refrigerator in room, but there’s a communal kitchen down the hall.

Room was small, but had everything we needed. If staying longer, parking might be an issue. But for one night we were able to park in the adjoining lot for free.

Hotel in the center of the city, clean and the check in was easy and fast. 24 h parking is 5 minutes walking.

Great room, comfortable, cleaned, with all required (extra blankets, heater in the room, hairdryer, soap...). Breakfast in the shared kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and relax area with TV. Wonderful host always ready to help you and really quick in answer all the questions. I really recommend it for long and short stays as well.

There are not things I did not like at all. It was more than I expected.

Excellent location, very modern and practical (everything one needs), although it might seem too simple for hotel standards, but we appreciated very much this style. Sparkling clean, newly renovated. Despite being inside the old town, parking was easy, on the public parking slot in front of the building (with reasonable fees).

Standard Italian breakfast (croissant, coffee, juice, marmalade). Nevertheless, they adjusted to our request the second day, after we communicated our preference for salty (non-sweet) food.

Very friendly hosts, flawless communication. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean, wonderful clean modern design. Excellent breakfast in the courtyard. Location right in the center, yet peaceful and serene. We parked our car in a public parking lot at 5 minutes walk distance, no problem whatsoever, only 5 Euros for 24h.

Room was on 2nd floor under the roof and therefore quite hot despite open windows. State of the art climate control system is installed in the room, but we were too tired to turn it on, entirely our own fault.
