This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. There were 8 of us and we never got in each others way. Dorio our liaison was amazing!!! He was on and doing anything we needed within minutes. Gustavo the driver was also excellent, you could ask him to take you anywhere at anytime. Would definitely go back🎉🎉

What a week! Everything about Villa Deseo was amazing. Everyone worked hard to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Hats off to Gregory and Anna for cooking delicious meals and their attention to service was top notch. Thanks Ernesto and Dario for all your help throughout the week. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the most amazing weekend with 7 friends!! The house was huge and so much better than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to find out it came with a concierge, housekeeping service, and chefs and drivers available as well. You will not regret staying here!!

Beautiful home and great view! Everything was great, accept for the number of stairs. Be prepared to climb! There is an elevator, however, it did not work all the time. Hit or miss. I would recommend the property!

The property was even more impressive than the pictures suggested. The view was stunning and the layout of the home offered beautiful communal space with private bedrooms. Looking forward to staying again!

All I can say is....we left the home twice. Once to go to Walmart and a 2nd time for our private chartered cruise!! We were so in awe from the views and the beautiful architecture of the home, that we had no reason to leave. The chef prepared our meals each day minus the last day, as we opted to cook ourselves bc we had so much food leftover after each meal. So basically, we had absolutely no reason to leave the home bc it was absolute paradise! The pictures does zero justice...just wait until you see it in person. I along with 6 other friends occupied the home, celebrating my 45th birthday. I was lucky enough to have the master all to myself, and my highlight was morning showers with a view! All of the bedrooms were gorgeous with heavenly views. Just be prepared to tackle stairs bc there are lots of them, or you can take the elevator. Lastly, we spent lots of time outdoors in the hot tub and the pool, as we kept both heated. That was such a huge perk too!! The seating area around the firepit was another fave gathering spot. We enjoyed this home so much and didn't want to leave.....we shall return soon! Oh and I personally made two trips to the beach and it was gorgeous but waters were freezing and treacherous! The walk down was easy and short, but the walk bck up is not for the faint/weak! Pedregal is beautiful and very well kept! Thank you Ernesto for everything from arranging transportation to recommending drivers to get around Town. Thanks to the maid for her daily services, along with the Chef as well. We appreciated all of you so much, as you made my Birthday Vacay a stay in Paradise! 💚

Beautifully constructed and creatively laid out home with excellent indoor/outdoor living space and over the top ocean views.

Enjoyed our stay and owner was super responsive. Listing is accurate. Only feedback is one of the stove burners is still broken and kitchen pots/pans are in need of being replaced. If you love to cook, you may be disappointed. Other than that, great value and would book again.

Chef Gregorio/Christian prepared an amazing meal… stocked the kitchen, and were so wonderful with last-minute requests!… Whale watching from every balcony…drivers…etc Would love to stay at this beautiful property again!

Villa Deseo is a beautiful home with breathtaking views. We were greeted by a concierge who gave a tour of property and explained how to use some things in the home. She was very responsive throughout our stay helping to arrange transportation and answering any questions we had quickly. The daily cleaning was a surprise and so nice to have included. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will return!

Our group of eight adults had a terrific experience at the lovely Villa Deseo. The home itself was exactly as advertised, the supporting services by our property manager Ernesto and house concierge Najalye was superb. We would highly recommend the villa for adults looking for an outstanding experience.

Absolutely beautiful and absolutely would stay again! The house was perfect for 4 couples. Quiet with a beautiful view! Easy walk to Pedregal beach and short ride to town. Property was perfect. We had 4 adult couples that all stayed and loved it. We all had our privacy when we wanted it and great spaces for gathering. The house is very accommodating and beautiful. Views were great and housekeeping every day. We will definitely stay again

Our group was 4 adult couples. It was very important to us that each couple had their own king bed and en suite bathroom. This house accommodated that and we could have fit one more (5th bedroom was unused). EVERYTHING about this house was dialed in. Each bedroom has its own balcony facing the ocean. Property manager communication prior to trip was excellent. He set up our airport transfers R/T, scheduled chefs per our requests, acquired our requested groceries to have on hand upon our arrival, and scheduled the required covid testing to return to US at the house and had results hand delivered. The pictures do not do this house justice, all couples agreed it was nicer in person than in the photos. Finishes in this home are VERY up to date, rooms are spacious, there is an elevator for those who have trouble using stairs (it is built into the side of a mountain so there are lots of stairs). Toiletries, linens, pool towels were provided. DAILY housekeeping service (that was a surprise) so everything was fresh and clean. Amazing views, short walk to the very clean beach (which is NOT swimmable in case you want that--crazy shore break). The house manager was present upon our arrival to give us a tour and the basics of the A/V systems, and coordinated our in town transportation when we needed it for town visits and dinners etc. Very responsive for any need. Kids would be good at this house too as long as they are good on stairs and around an infinity pool and don't mind sharing beds, there are no twins or bunks. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Deseo was beyond amazing. Communication with Ernesto was quick and efficient. He was very patient with all of our questions as if was our first time in Cabo. The house was incredible - the pictures don’t do it justice. I cant recommend this place enough- it’s beautiful!!! The only pieces of advice I have— 1) make sure you bring plenty of cash as grocery delivery and chef is all cash— and know that they don’t carry the typical items we’d look for. There is a small Whole Foods grocery just down the mountain that’s wonderful if you choose to shop for yourselves. 2) we wanted to sleep with all of the doors open as it was such wonderful climate, however, there are a lot of mosquitos so I would advise against doing that if you get easily bitten like I did. One last thing- not specific to the house, but most places don’t take AmEx, so bring a visa or Mastercard. Thank you for everything— great concierge service! Eliza

Gorgeous property! Everything was above expectations

Elizabeth. F Our group consisted of 1 couple and five individuals, so each person had their own room with an incredible ensuite bathroom and a private terrace that would rival any luxury hotel. The house is as impressive as it looks in pictures, all be it a photo cannot capture how you will feel looking out to the ocean from one of the balconies. We opted to dine in for most of our meals and were not disappointed. One of the two nights, we went out to Sunset Monalisa, and the food there paled in comparison, leaving us disappointed and thinking we would have had the same views and better food had we eaten with our chef. Gregorio is a fantastic chef! Most of us are not big breakfast eaters, but he changed that on day one, breakfast may never be the same after spending a week with Gregorio as our chef. Waking up our first day back in Texas, my husbands' first words (still in bed) were, " I miss Gregorio." LOL Working with the chef was worth every penny, and not having to cook breakfast or make snacks ensured everyone stayed relaxed the whole time. I also want to send a big thank you to Jennifer, who came with the chef for every meal. She was so attentive and had such a beautiful smile, and it was a pleasure to start our day with her. Ernesto was great and patient with all of my emails before arriving. We had one minor issue during our visit, and he resolved it within minutes of my call. They are a great team all the way around. Things to note: You can submit a grocery list before arriving, but it is more of a beverage list. I made a list like I would at our local grocery store, which was not realistic. Also, the availability of products is more limited than where we live. Bring cash for Chef and Groceries. We ate well and asked for top-shelf liquors and good wine with meals. Pricing in Cabo was very much like our local groceries, with some items higher than the states.

Such A amazing property!! Everything was top notch !! We had private chef cook the most amazing meals / make drinks to any of our requests! We also where able to have massage arranged and was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had ! Experience was the best I’ve ever had staying in Mexico !! Even had a live band come and play for us during dinner our last night there ! Ernesto was extremely attentive with everything from food , entertainment to taxis ! You will not be disappointed!! The only thing I can say was that I got quite a few mosquitoe bites however there was bug spray at the house that helped a lot!! It might of just been time of year / when evening and daylight occurred to when they seemed to have come out but they where so small there hard to spot ! Regardless everything was beyond amazing and 5 starts isn’t even enough of what I would rate our stay ! I highly recommend!! A vacation we will never forget !!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing property. As everyone says it is even better than the photos. We came for 10 days - a family of 4 couples and had the most wonderful time. Ernesto was available at our every need and some days I felt like I had a lot of needs! From groceries, taxis, massages, dinner reservations and more. Our chefs were simply amazing and went out of their way to cook incredible meals for us whenever we asked. They took the best care of us. This vacation was luxury all the way. We spent most of our time in the back yard relaxing by the pool but the whole property was amazing. They came in and cleaned every day. It was like our own private hotel. We will absolutely return!

We had such a great time at this beautiful home. Ernesto was there to greet us and walked us through all the equipment. He made sure we had what we needed. We had chef Gregorio for two meals a day and totally beyond what I expected. Everything was so tasty and what we wanted. Assistants Christian and Ivan were super too. The house cleaner was incredible and efficient. She washed our clothes, folded them and put everything in order every day. What a treat! Easily the best rental experience EVER! Thank you Ernesto And Villa Deseo. View was amazing, accommodations first class, sound system in perfect working order, pool just right, hot tub relaxing. The pictures online DO NOT do this home justice. Stunner.

Can't say enough good about our family's stay at Villa Deseo. Ernesto the property manager was very easy to reach and super helpful with every aspect of our stay. The house really is as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures - truly a magical spot! The housekeeper, Yolanda was awesome - like being in a hotel but better. And the chef, Gregorio, and his team were such a hit - very glad we made that decision to have him cook two meals a day at the house. He's a terrific cook and the house is so beautiful you won't want to leave to go out anyway!

We stayed here for Labor Day and Ernesto took care of everything from massages in the morning to the chef who cooked for us the entire weekend. We can't thank you enough! The property is much more impressive in person! Best price for the best villa in Pedregal.

We could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation with 3 other couples! We loved absolutely everything about it... the pool, the view (whale watching was spectacular), the outdoor patio area, the kitchen, the beds, the ice makers, the elevator, the service.... what can I say... the service was top notch! Ernesto was fantastic and arranged everything we needed and then some! The chef, Gregorio, was awesome and the food was absolutely fabulous! Homemade pico, salsa and guacamole everyday! Yum! The maids we're great at keeping this place immaculate as well! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and what a great guy! Nothing better than fun times with great friends in a great place! We will definitely be back!

We were a group of 6 adults celebrating a big birthday , each had a lovely bedroom with privacy. Villa Deseo was amazing , every part of the home is beautifully designed and decorated . The views and outside terrace stunning ! We loved the kitchen and spent a lot of time just enjoying being together in such a great setting, we enjoyed the short walk to beach. Ernesto was so accommodating and kind . Wonderful place to stay near town

Great time in Cabo at Villa Deseo

My wife and I decided to take a more reclusive trip this time as opposed to the typical resort experience. We chose Villa Deseo based on the photos and reviews in hopes of creating our own private resort experience. This property FAR exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not accurately reflect the magnificence of this amazing place. Once inside the front door, you are immediately awestruck by the attention to detail, décor, elegance and comfort...and of course the incredible views. The main living area, with its expansive glass walls that open both towards the infinity pool as well as towards the separate "rain forest" dining area, is nothing short of breathtaking. Ernesto was far more than a manager...and was everything a butler/concierge combo could be. He was available and prompt to respond 24/7. Simply put, exemplary service. Our Chef, Gregorio, along with his wife Isabel (and even his son Christian on one occasion) gave us a very professional, yet comfortable warmth of service that made us stay on site to eat most of our meals. The presentations were beautiful, and the quality and taste of all of the dishes and meals that we ate were all 5 star culinary experiences. Even the maid service was fantastic, with Rufina and Yolanda being super sweet, unobtrusive, and amazingly thorough, especially considering the vast indoor/outdoor cleaning challenge (much of the interior of the home is actually outside...so the constantly immaculate condition of this mansion was truly impressive. Our thanks to the owners and all of the staff for a first rate experience and vacation. We have stayed at many first class properties and resorts in the past, and can honestly say that Villa Deseo was second to none. We highly recommend this property whole heartedly and without reservation, and are looking forward to returning to this property again the next time our leisure time brings us back to Cabo!

I surprised my husband with a trip to Cabo for his 40th birthday! This house is the most amazing place we have ever been in our 20 years of travels all over the world! From the time we arrived we were literally in shock, we were greeted by Ernesto the house manager and he showed us around this gorgeous property! We felt extremely secure with it being in a gated community where there were guards 24 hours a day. We decided this house was everything we needed and didn’t want to leave to go out and adventure. Ernesto helped us arrange a chef to come cook amazing dinners for us and paid a very reasonable fee to the chef to get groceries for our week stay. He also arranged a massage therapist to come and give massages on the stunning terrace. The views are spectacular of the ocean from every single room! Each room equipped with a private bathroom and balcony! The detail the designer put into this place is astounding! Every morning the breeze was so nice we were able to open up all of the glass doors and enjoy an outdoor feel throughout the kitchen & living area with a serene waterfall in the dining area! We were able to Bluetooth our phone to the surround system listening to our music and soaking up the relaxation and scenery! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also an outdoor kitchen on the terrace as well. The infinity pool and hot tub was where we stayed most of the week. This was the most romantic trip we’ve ever done for ourselves & cant wait to go back! Whether you’re going with other couples or alone, I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!
