The house was perfect for our group of three families. The location was an excellent base for fun summer activities, like hiking, swimming and tubing. We loved cooking at night together and soaking in the gazebo hot tub.
Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cabin, very close to Sunday River and town. Had everything we needed and the hot tub and fireplace were nice after a long day skiing. We booked the private chef for dinner one night and it was an amazing meal- highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights and seriously ONLY regretted that we didn’t book for longer. We’ve travelled fairly often with kids and this was by far the best vacation home we have stayed at. I forgot a couple times it was a rental! You truly ge the full package. Every corner is thought through, family friendly, perfectly clean, smelled amazing upon arrival, & was even perfectly aesthetically coordinated and pleasant. I couldn’t have made a single remark. Blown away and hoping to come back some day!!! THANK YOU

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apreś Ski Lodge! The house itself is laid out great, providing ample space for people to eat and hang out all together while offering full additional spaces to get away if want to do something different. The cabin has lots of amenities (one of the best stocked kitchens we have had) and is very homey, while having some great modern touches (it is super rare to find A/C in rentals in this type of area, but it is so nice). And the hot tub and table in the screened-in gazebo out back was incredible. Definitely would recommend if looking in the area!

My friends and I had a blast. The property was gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for/expecting. I’ve been longing for an idyllic cabin vacation for ages now and this rental was perfect - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life to really soak in and enjoy the experience, but close enough to some small communities so as to not feel too remote. Thanks to the recommendations of our host and some friendly locals, we were even able to venture out and explore some of the amazing natural attractions of the area, too. What a great week!

Diane and Chris's cabin is almost too cute for words. It has a great big porch with big Adirondack chairs, and looks the picture of a cute mountain cabin. Not only does it look clean and cute like a better homes and gardens style layout, but it smells like that too. I'm not kidding, this is the nicest smelling VRBO ever. The beds were super comfy, and they have really great towels (Frontgate resort towels!). My daughter loved the kids books and stuffies, and we all loved the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

My friends and I stayed here New Years weekend as a home base for a ski weekend at Sunday River. Accessing the house was easy, and the home had almost everything you could possibly need. The only issue we ran into was the front door security alarm. Sometimes when the door would open the alarm would sound and sometimes it wouldn’t. We weren’t ever able to figure out the solution but we also didn’t care enough to try and figure it out.
Overall, would definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind being not directly down the road from the mountain!

House was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything we needed. Kids loved the basement area which was filled with games and a wii. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing at Sunday river.

Great spot, close enough to enjoy a week of skiing but far enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. Beds are super comfy, hot tub is a great way to end each day. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return!

Lodging was exactly as advertised and well stocked.
Host communication was great. Property was great. Bonus was generator that automatically activated when power went out. Hot tub was terrific after days of hard skiing. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil tool you could need. All beds super comfy. Neighbors friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Perfect Winter Getaway
Excellent winter vacation in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to Mt Abram, Sunday River and the village of Bethel. Property was cozy and comfortable with enough room for a party of 10. Communication with host was immediate. Definately would stay there again.

Adult family enjoyed the beautiful home from the Dalton”s. Everything you could want from the quiet surroundings, AMAZINGLY supplied kitchen, hot tub and fire pit. Chefs in our family bring a full supply of knives and cookware as often insufficient for our needs —NOT THIS TIME! OH MY Cuisinart pots, sharp knives and all you could want! Hot tube was amazing, fire pit and the stars what more could you want?!

Annual Family Trip
Starting in 2019 my husbands family has done an annual family trip and this year we decided to head to Maine.
I was thrilled to have Diane as a host as she was very communicative! Throughout the booking process our group coming changed and she answered all my questions as well as taking a lengthy phone call from my mother in law.
The space was exactly as pictured. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating areas. We also enjoyed the puppets and all the games provided (we left a deck of cards for the next guests!) there was also a great selection of DVDs - my kids just got into Harry Potter and they were so excited for Harry Potter DVDs!

We had a great trip to this lovely cabin in the woods, in spite of the rain. Beautiful, accessible hikes nearby. Lovely views. Great restaurants within a short drive to Bethel. We especially enjoyed afternoon hot tub and game time in the gazebo!

Wonderful Ski Trip!
We had an amazing time at this cozy cabin in the woods about 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort. The owners were super attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. It has plenty of room to spread out and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus after a long day on the slopes! I'd love to stay here again!
