The view of beach and how easy it was to locate. Condo was furniture & decorated for nice. The only issue was the last day the temp in the refrig. started rising to 68degrees, but other than that the stay was awesome.

Pool is nice and big. Grounds are well manicured.

Condo wasn’t clean. Blinds in master bedroom were broken and maintenance couldn’t fix them so we weren’t ever able to open them to see the ocean view from our bedroom. Air conditioning stopped working the last 3 days. Caulking was moldy on the bathtub. Carpet was white and in desperate need of replacing (there was a urine stain by the master bedroom window upon arrival). Food was slopped all over the oven handle. The pool has tables and umbrellas but you aren’t allowed to eat at them. Pool closes a half hour before sunset so no night swimming is allowed. Watch out for the poisonous snakes on the dunes as well

Nice, quiet and clean place. The beach is beautiful. The pool is nice and big too. Nice getaway.
