We hebben een heerlijke week gehad, heel fijn huis met alles erop en aan, met een adembenemend uitzicht. Complete keuken met uitgebreid servies, apparatuur, kruiden, olie. Alles superschoon. Prachtig zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden. Top vakantie gehad, prachtige omgeving, goede uitstapjes gemaakt. In zee gezwommen, maar het allerfijnste vond ik het huis. Wat een luxe.

Begin juni hebben wij een week in dit fantastische huis vertoefd. Dik boek mee en die moest uit. Nou dat lukte wel in deze omgeving. Heerlijk zwembad, prachtige tuin. Iedere ochtend verse moerbeien uit de boom geplukt. Hoewel er in de omgeving hele fijne restaurants waren met top mezze en vis, vonden we het ook wel erg leuk om thuis te koken. Ook dat was een feest, van alle gemakken voorzien. In de keuken ontbrak het aan niets. Volop kruiden (waar vind je dat in een gehuurd huis?), olijfolie (gemaakt van de olijven uit de tuin), keukenmachine en bedenk het maar. Heel goed georganiseerd, zoals eigenlijk het hele huis was. Het liefst verbleef ik daar de hele dag in de luie stand. Op een paar minuten lopen was je in het dorp, met de markt op woensdag en dan even zwemmen in de zee. Het enige minpunt was de duur van de vakantie, ik wilde niet weg, een week was tekort. Absoluut een aanrader.

Zeer compleet en royaal huis op een mooie plek gelegen. Leuke omgeving. Huis voorzien van werkelijk alles wat men nodig heeft. Mooie tuin, heerlijk zwembad, ligstoelen aanwezig. Groot balkon. Werkelijk top!

It's very fine furnished, very comfortable and offers full privacy and very sympathic atmosphere. Not only for the kids but also for us, parrents, the private swimming pool was really very enjoyable. We didn't meet the owners of the home (they were not in Turkey at that time), but the people who were in charge of the service (from check-in to check-out) were very friendly and competent. They were always available for any question or help needed. Also Yeni Foca is a very nice seaside-town. You can walk to downtown and sea-side for a dinner or for swimming within 5-10 minutes. Shopping for the daily needs, kitchen, bakery is with the car only few minutes away. Car is needed only if you need to buy big volume (i.e. for the cooking, kitchen etc.). The whole area offers lots of possiblities for sightseeing, historical places and swimming. We absolutely recommend this wonderful home and the location very sincerely and hope to visit it sometime in the future once again. Thanks to the owners of the home and the servicing-team. Wir haben mit meiner Frau und drei Kindern im Alter von 4,11 und 14 Jahren, einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub genießen dürfen... Marita und Carl haben ihr Domizil in einer wunderschönen Lage , nach Herzenswunsch gebaut und eingerichtet... Ihr werdet euch wundern,wenn ihr die Anlage erst vor Ort zu sehen bekommt... Auf den Fotos sieht die Anlage schon sehr toll aus, aber im Original Wahnsinn... Wir hatten für 11 Tage gebucht und fanden es so schön, dass wir uns entschieden haben noch 4 Tage zu verlängern... Wir müssen auch erwähnen das die Eigentümer und der kandora Service jederzeit uns mit Rat und tat zur Seite standen... Liebe Marita und lieber Carl, wir werden bestimmt wieder von einander hören und hoffentlich auch sehen...

Eine wunderschöne angelegtes Feriendomizil in Yeni Foca. Marita und Carl haben alles mit Liebe im Detail und mit Verstand gebaut und eingerichtet. Wir sind eine Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 4,11 und 14. Wir haben volle 14 Tage den Pool und die Tolle Landschaft geniessen dürfen. Der Verwaltungsservice und die Eigentümer waren immer, für uns ansprechbar. Es war für uns alle Erholung pur und wir würden jederzeit das Domizil wieder buchen. Wenn Marita und Carl irgendwann ihr tolles Ferienhaus verkaufen sollten, dann sind wir gerne einer der ersten Ansprechspartner...

Het huis ademt een prettige sfeer uit. De keuken is goed ingericht en er is zelfs een diepvries aanwezig. De bedden zijn prima. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Aan het zwembad is het goed toeven en er is ook gedacht aan schaduwplekken in de prachtig aangelegde tuin. Het plaatsje Yenifoca ligt op loop afstand en heeft voldoende middenstand voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. De weekmarkt op woensdag is een aanrader. Er is ook een behoorlijke keuze aan horeca voorzieningen, met name aan de boulevard.

Wir waren 11 Personen in der Villa für eine Woche. als erstes kurz über Yenifoca: es ist ein kleines Fischersdorf die leute sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit, ein Auto wäre wünschenswert weil rundherum gibt es vieles zu besichtigen. In halber stunde entfernung liegt das Efesus Outlet Center für viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die bekannte Badebucht Mambo Beach ist nur 8 min. mit Auto entfernt. Die Strände sind allgemein super in Yenifoca obwohl es nicht soviele Turisten hier gibt. Wir waren jeden Abend zum Essen auswärts weil es auch günstig war. Die Super nette Anni ist jeder Zeit erreichbar und zu beratung zu Stelle. Sie organierst alles was man braucht. z.b Mietwagen, Transfer etc. Danke nochmals an Annie. Also jetzt mal zu Villa. es war besser wie erwartet. Ihr könnt euch dort für 1 woche einsperren lassen, den pool genießen oder einfach nur im Garten relaxen, es ist sehr ruhig in der Gegend. Familien mit Kindern ein ideales Anwesen Die Villa ist sehr kühl, wir haben kein Klima benutzt bei 37 grad. Alle Badezimmer und Wc s waren Top sauber. Aber das beste ist, Ihr hocht oben auf der Terrase beim frühstück und vor euch habt ihr den ganzen Blick zu Yenifoca und zu den Stränden wirklich nicht gelogen. Und das am Abend mit lichtern toller Anblick. das einzige negative an der Villa war, das es nicht mir gehört :) Danke noch an Marita Biz 11 kisi bir hafta Villada kaldik. Esnafindan tut hepsi cok yardim sever. araba sart degil ama tavsi ederim, cünkü etrafta cok görülecek yerler var. yarim saat uzaklikta outlet center var. 8 dakika uzaklikta Mambo beach bulunmakta harika bir koyda. bütün tatil boyunca bizle Anni ilgilendi, kendisi cok sevimser bir kisilige sahip, her aradigimda ulasa bildim ve bize her zaman yardimci oldu. Tesekkürler Anni Villaya gelince Villa umdugumuzdan süper cikti, Bir hafta kapansaniz bile tatilin tatini cikarabilirsiniz, isterseniz havuzda serinleyin yada bahcede oturup dinlenin. En süperi yukarda Terasda oturdugunuzda tüm yenifoca sahilleriyle karsinizda, ayni manzarayi bide Aksamligin düsünün, HARIKA evin ici cok serin 37 derece olmasina ragmen hic klimayi kullanmadik. Banyo ve Toiletleri cok temizdi. Cocuklu Aileler icin ideal bir konut, tavsi ederim. biz 3 aile 5 cocukla cok eglendik etraf cok sessiz kimseyi rahatsiz etmiyosunuz. Araba ihtiyacinizda Anni yardimci oluyo. Tek bi kusuru var, Villanin bana ait olmadigi :)

We spent 8 wonderful days in Yeni Foca in June 2015, six person from three different generations. The house is very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for everybody. The swimming pool is great and was appreciated and used by everybody as the weather was pretty warm. The house has a fantastic view over the bay of Yeni Foca and a big garden, both perfect places sit down and enjoy a meal in a good company. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality utensils. The town of Yeni Foca is nice and you can easily find everything you need for living. The local people were friendly and easy to get along with even if we did not always find any language in common. There are lso plenty of interesting places to visit, Pergama and Eski Foca are must places to see, we also highly recommend the hammam in Pergama. The communication with the owners, Marita and Carl was smooth and easy and they seem very friendly and hospitable even if we did not have the opportunity to meet them in person. The service offered by the service company was good quality as well. We loved the place and would be happy to return there one day. The only possible problem I could think of is that the house has three floors and you end of walking the stairs up and down quite a lot which could be a problem with very small children or elderly people. La maison est confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine a été appréciée par toute la famille, les plus jeunes comme les plus agés. La ville de Yeni Foca est agréable et est entourée de sentier de marche et randonnée dans les collines environantes. Le port est agréable et regorge de nombreux petits restaurants locaux.L' accueil local a toujuors été très bon et nous gardons un excellent souvenir du séjour dans son ensemble et de la richesse des contacts humains et de la beauté du lieu.

De afgelopen twee waren geweldig. Het prachtige weer en de zeer comfortabele villa met de heerlijke tuin en het verkoelende zwembad droegen hier aan bij. De braampjes aan de Karadutboom waren heerlijk om van te snoepen. De grote olijvenboom, volop in de bloei, bood een heerlijke verkoeling. Buiten eten op het terras, aangrenzend aan de woonkamer en de keuken of onder de pergola in de tuin, kon iedere dag. Als je onder de pergola zit met een heerlijk glas raki of wijn met uitzicht op de zee geeft je een gevoel dat je nooit meer weg wilt gaan. Wij zijn in de omgeving vaak uit gaan ontbijten, zo maak je kennis met een cultuur en met allerlei soorten lekkernijen. Ook de restaurantjes in het dorp bieden heerlijke verse vis aan. Ook in Eski Foca zijn er volop restaurantjes en is er een heerlijke baai om op te flaneren. Ook kun je een wandeling rondom het fort en de haven maken. Een erg leuk plaatsje. Kortom, een geweldig huis, goed onderhouden en superschoon.

Fijn huis met veel ruimte. Mooi en goed afgewerkt. Je kan zien dat alles met zorg is gemaakt en onderhouden wordt. Wij waren met 4 personen, maar met 8 of 10 personen had ook gekund. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien alle apparaten zijn er. Ook een Nespresso en een Senseo, dus vergeet de cups of pads niet! Drinkwater is apart uit 20 liter vaten met een handpomp. Er is ruim voldoende servies. We hebben zelf gekookt, maar ook heerlijk gegeten in de restaurants aan de haven. Wij zijn met een huurauto vanaf de luchthaven Izmir naar het huis gereden, het was eenvoudig te vinden. De eigenaar was zeer bereid om ons vooraf van informatie te voorzien, erg prettig. Bedankt.

Dieses Haus war ein Traum, wunderschön eingerichtet super tolle Lage, Beschreibung und Bilder halten mehr als sie versprechen!! Wir waren im September 2013 da!

We hebben genoten van deze prachtige villa met zwembad en mooie tuin. De olijfbomen zaten vol met olijven en de planten stonden in bloei. Een paradijsje in Turkije! Het huis is ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader voor iedereen die het echte Turkije wil leren kennen. De mensen zijn bijzonder aardig en de Turkse keuken is geweldig. Veel groenten op de kaart, dus ook erg geschikt voor vegetariërs. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in huize Homerus. Het is een ruim opgezet huis.Het heeft vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht over de baai en een heerlijk zwembad en patio in de tuin.De keuken is prima geoutilleerd, en eigenlijk is er alles aanwezig voor een comfortabele week. Het dorpje waar je in 10 minuten heen loopt heeft een paar leuke restaurantjes in de haven. Kortom het huis is een aanrader.

Wij huren vaker huizen in het Middellandse Zee gebied, maar dit huis en omgeving is een buitencategorie! Smaakvol, heel netjes, gezellig en in een heel lief gezellig authentiek dorp. Prachtig uitzicht. Op loopafstand van alles. Een absolute aanrader voor families en vrienden van 4 tot 10 personen. Het huis is nog veel fijner dan de foto's op de site weergeven. Het was prachtig weer, maar de fantastische open haard was 's avonds (november!) nog eens de kers op de taart!

Her şey mükemmeldi, rezervasyon yaptığımızdan ve mail olarak aldığımız bilgilere kadar ve villanın kendisi mükemmeldi. Villa her alanda bir rüya gibi, muhteşem bir tatil için hiç bir eksiği yok. Ic deseni, bahçesi, ve tatbikî çocukların sabahtan aksama kadar eğlenceli saatler geçirdiği havuzuna kadar. Kesinlikle villanızı tüm çevreme, ve herkese öneririz. Umarım en kısa zamanda tekrar bu muhteşem villada yine tatil ve güzel anılar yasamak için geliriz.

We had a wonderful time at this villa, which ended up being more perfect and just right for us than we could see in the photos on this site. It's usually the opposite when it comes to rental spaces' real conditions vs. photos... This was just a wonderful place. We used the house's full capacity during our stay, and despite the number of people, the space never felt full. While some were enjoying the pool, others were relaxing on the top floor's beautiful balcony and others maybe resting in the bedrooms located on a floor dedicated to bedrooms only, making it all quiet and private. Just LOVED this place. We have a 2.5 year old son, and the fact that the owners had even thought about security gates at the top of each stairwell was something you just don't see anywhere (since they don't have kids that age themselves). The garden was really well taken care of and much better than the photos on the site, as it was obvious they did a lot of work after these pictures. There are 11 olive trees in the yard! Makes it look so beautiful and feels purely Aegean. The pool was just right size with I think 6 sun beds by its side. The little covered area by the pool gave good opportunity to have a few drinks and snacks by the pool out of the sun. The top floor, which actually is the entrance from the roadside, has the living room, a dining area and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with pretty much anything we needed - no frustrations at all. The whole house is bright and airy, with huge windows for the sun to come in when you want, and shutters for when you don't. On our last morning, we also had an opportunity to meet the owners Carl and Marita, and I'm so glad we did. A wonderful couple, whom we hope to meet again in the future. If we don't get a place for our own on the Aegean coast, we will be retuning every summer!

We stayed in this house for 1 week end of May with 3 people - so the house was extremely spacious, but even for the max. of 8 people it it still very easily sufficient. The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor are nice and plain, spacious for 2 people + luggage and all with a great view. (The ground floor bedroom was not open, which was ok.) The living and dining room on 2nd floor is large with fire place and TV - but we never were there. Because of the wonderful weather end of May we could spend all the time outside, in the garden, on the terrace or on the large balcony (also on 2nd floor). From there it's a phantastic view over the town (Yenifoca) and the bay. It's oriented to the south, so lots of sun are guaranteed (but we never had to use the A/C.) Also on the 2nd floor there is the well outfitted kitchen. The garden is large and nice with a small pool that is really great for refreshing. It's of course not intended for swimming championships, but you can swim some laps. Especially for children it's perfect for playing - under supervision. There were lots of funny inflatable toys available in the house. We usually spent most of the day on the (shaded) terrasse directly besides the pool. There is plenty of parking space on the backside of the house. The road passing by there is very quiet. It's approximately a 1 hour drive to Izmir and to Bergama for sightseeing. The coast and some towns surrounding Yenifoca (Foca, ...) are really nice, the market in Kozbeli is just wonderful. Also Yenifoca itself is a very nice little town with a market (and of course supermarket) and seaside restaurants. From the house it's just a 5-10 minute walk down. The information provided by the owners was extremely nice, friendly and helpful, the local caretaker (for check-in, cleaning and also for the daily watering of the garden, cleaning the pool etc.) was also very nice.
