Das Inventar ist mangelhaft.
Es fehlt an Geschirr, defekte Artikel im Haus, Beleuchtung sehr schlecht oder nicht funktionsfähig, abgenutzte Fassade wegen Feuchtigkeit, die Reinigung sehr schlecht, Heisswasser nur für kurze Zeit vorhanden, das Sofa könnte mal gereinigt werden.
Die Villa ist wirklich im schlechten Zustand.
Die Übernachtung in der Villa ist keine günstige Sache aber es wäre ok wenn alle Dienste und das Inventar in einem guten Zustand.
Ihr solltet nicht nur gewinn generieren, eine kleine Investition wäre schon sinnvoll.
Ah Poolheizung gegen Gebühr sollte man gut beachten.
Die angenehme Temperatur wurde erst nach 5 Tage erreicht.

Amazing family holiday from start to finish great communication with hosts Eva and Rosanne who went above and beyond for us, great hospitality, villa was spotless clean and had everyting for a home away from home comfortable beds big heated pool loads of room for kids to play very big villa for family comfy sofa and netflicks for movie in the evenings, will be back again next year for sure could not fault a thing everything's catered for.

Pool was great. Villa was very spacious and clean. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Would stay here again.
Air conditioning would have been nice, but multiple fans were provided.
Villa is quite far from the centre of town, so you really need to book a car if you plan to travel into town regularly.
However, there is a small supermarket and various restaurants only 5mins walk away.

spacious, easy to find and everything you need was onsite. My daughter loved the pool. Easy walking distance to Faro park and bus stops.
Wouldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like.

Villa was spot on roomy, clean and tidy
Master bedroom beds are two singles attached making them very difficult to sleep in.
More tv Chanel’s would be good

The villas are situated in the quieter more distant part of Playa Blanca which was perfect for us. We stayed in villa #28 which is a bit closer toward the main entrance. Although they are all quite close to each other we never heard a thing and very rarely saw some of the neighbors. The neighborhood looks beautiful, serene and well taken care of, the villa and the surrounding area all impeccable too. Nothing special interior-wise but all quite modern and comfortable and well thought thru. The ocean is very close and perfect for those who like to run: you'll meet lots of runners along the sea every morning. Centre of Playa Blanca with all the supermarkets and busy life is about 10 mins drive, and there are some shops a short walk away which is convenient too.
The swimming pool, once heated during the day, is quite ok to swim in, not too warm though, so may not be suitable for all.
