Great place close to Dunsborough townsite and beaches

A great place for a small family or group of friends. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a holiday stay. Check in was seamless and communication from the host Des was very clear. The location is ideal with the beach a 5 minute walk away and Dunsborough village nearby. We will be back!

We spent a couple of days including Christmas here .. fantastic in every way - a well equipped house with everything you would need for a vacation. The property was clean and so close to the beach . You do need to bring your own linen and towels though . I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Dunsborough close to the bay .

The house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was lovely to have a little garden for our little one to run around. Location was great, close to town and the beach. We’ll definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here, the house was great. Had all the amenities we needed plus more. However the house did not seem it had been cleaned, we had to vacuum and wipe benches and having a 4 year old who plays on the floor a lot was an issue. The hot water also ran out very quickly. Having paid a cleaning fee, I feel we should not have had to pay.

The photos do not do this house justice. It is really lovely and looks a lot newer and fresher than in the pictures (I think anyway :) Such a fantastic location for a really beautiful kid friendly beach.

This b property is ideal for small family group with kids. Everything is offered: excellent t wifi and Netflix, toys,board games, mini table and chairs and bunk beds. There are even kid friendly plates, bowls and cutlery. A great spot and very close to the beach

The house is in a great location. Very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Clean and tidy. We were very happy with this accomodation for our stay in Dunsborough.

Our stay was great, the house was clean. The location was great! We left the property exactly how it was when we arrived. One week later I received a very unprofessional call from the owner. We had left one blanket that was used and put onto the bed, on top of another blanket. We forgot to fold it. When I got the call from the owner, he wasn’t nice at all. He started yelling and accusing us of using the blanket instead of using our sheets, and was going to charge us $40. Well, We did use our sheets. I thought we were allowed to use the blankets in the house! Obviously not. Very disappointed because I was going to book a few more stays and so were the girls. But you lost our respect. All 5 of us. He really needs to learn how to speak to people. So yeah, don’t use their blankets.

My husband and I had a magic time in Dunsborough and this property was the perfect base! Great location and clean and comfortable accommodation. Would 100% stay again.

My partner and I stayed at this property as an early Valentines Day present to each other. We were not disappointed. The property itself is ideally located just a 10 minute walk from the Dunsborough town centre and 2 minutes by car. The property was very clean, the gardens beautiful and has all the mod cons for a relaxing holiday. The house is in a very quiet street and the neighbours were extremely friendly, with a real feel of community in that part of town. The property was large but not so big that two people would get lost in it. We spent most nights out but we also enjoyed Netflix in with a couple of drinks in what was an extremely peaceful environment. Something really unusual happened when we left. Desmond the owner reached out to us to thank us for keeping the property in order. I thought that it was fabulous for the guest to give that feedback and well done Des on that count. Human kindness and acknowledgement never goes unnoticed. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending this property, tremendous value for money. G and J

Loved loved this gorgeous house it had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms were an added bonus.. Location was perfect as it was so quiet & peaceful ..Desmond charged us a VERY reasonable Price Truly value for money..We would be very happyto recommend this accommodation & look forward to Staying there again Thanks heaps Darren & Sue Holm & Chris & Kath Palmer..

Exactly what we needed, right near a beautiful beach and close to the centre of Dunsborough.

Great place to stay

We had a pleasant time staying here and Desmond was very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by what they house had on offer. Reverse cycle air con ducted and fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen, and was pretty clean.

The property is so lovely and Desmond is amazing. Will definitely recommend it.

Close to the beach , very family friendly with great facilities.. nice surprise was the toys for the kids (under 3yrs)!

Great location, great time!

The whole experience from start to finish was faultless, the house was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant, awesome location in a quiet neighbourhood, i recommend to house to anyone who wants to get away from the rat race.

This home has everything a family could need. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, safe backyard, Netflix and even toys and a high chair.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Desmond's house. It was immaculately kept and with all of the amenities we could need. It was a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and will be coming back next time we are in the South West.

Our family had a great stay in Quindalup. Prefect location to see all the nearby caves and perfect beaches. The house had everything we needed which made the trip relaxing and stress free. Would stay again for sure. Thanks Des.
