It was as described. Our favorite rental so far. It felt like a resort. The management was always ready to help if we had issues. We wished the pool was heated before we came but other than that it was such an amazing staycation for the entire family. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing stay with our group. The side yard was perfect for our dinners. The backyard had fantastic views. There was a small mosquito issue, but we got some candles and sprays and it went away pretty quickly. The master bedroom was amazing. The other 2 bedrooms were very nice, their bathrooms do share a wall so you can hear if someone is in the other bathroom - which, if you're with friends or family, its no big deal. The living room and family areas were perfect to relax in and the fire pit was one the best features on a cool night. Definitely will stay again! Only real downside was that cell service was a bit off.

The house was lovely, clean, and as described. We enjoyed all of the various outdoor spaces, and the large and sunny indoors as well. Great location and great rental.
We got a bit of a run-around when one member of our party needed to check in before I arrived, but it was, eventually, sorted out, and we were accommodated.
Overall, wonderful stay.

Wonderful, elegant home with everything you need, and then some.
We are a family of five with three kids (11, 8 and 6). We used to live in LA, so we still come back a couple of times a year, and this is one of the nicest and most convenient homes we have rented. The kids loved the pool table and foosball table, and of course the pool and hot tub. My husband and I loved that we were in a place that felt as nice as our everyday home, but with much better views and weather. The decor and furniture were first class, and even the appliances and pots and pans were excellent. I loved the outdoor kitchen, and the fabulous outdoor dining area. Such a departure from Boston in November! Fantastic shopping, restaurants and groceries stores were all nearby, and the home was very well maintained. The few glitches we had were quickly responded to and taken care of. Truly a conceierge experience. We would love to come back.

Met some old friends in Malibu and this house was the perfect anchor to our stay. Lots of room to spread out. Nicely equipped kitchen. Great hot tub/pool area. Enjoyed the poolside grill and bar area. Cool room to shoot pool, with fun, contemporary art throughout. Not far from the beaches. Would highly recommend.

Slice of Paradise
The home was beyond perfect! The accommodations beat our expectations for sure. The beautifully landscaped backyard was just superb after daily trips to zuma and broad beaches - gorgeous views, perfect-sized swimming pool with a hot tub, gas fire pit, portable ping pong table and more fun activities for the children and adults to simply relax. Although, the most spectacular outdoor space was the side dining garden / outdoor dining room strung beautifully with small lights that left you felling like you escaped the real world and were in paradise. The space had an another outdoor fireplace, a pizza oven, a table that never ends so family and friends can eat, sit and not be bothered by the everyday noises.
Can’t wait to return soon!

Property was great. We booked for the weekend at the last minute and the property manager made everything seamless. We were met upon arrival, shown around the house and the property manager checked on us throughout the stay.
