Deb and Curts beach house was perfect for us! Very close to both the beach and bay as well as near all things you need (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc). Fit our family perfectly and Deb and Curt were very responsive and provided recommendations. Would highly recommend this house.

This house is wonderful! Great location, lots of room for large family gathering. Stocked with everything one could need for the beach and home is stocked everything you can think of. Owners are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure guest have a good time

Curt and Deb were unbelievable hosts! The house is located close to the beach, great patio and outdoor space and has everything you would need. Perfect home to bring family or friends - very comfortable and clean! Couldn’t recommend it enough, can’t wait to come back.

This house has everything you’ll ever need for a beach vacation. You can literally go there and bring nothing but clothing and suntan lotion and not need anything. Curt and Deb are the nicest people ever and we’re so helpful with everything and really truly wanted us to enjoy our vacation. We’ve already booked again for next year with them.

Plenty of room for our family and friends. We had lots of laughs and memories we will cherish. Curt and Deb were very attentive and available if needed. This was our first time in LBI and Curt and Deb gave us information as to where to eat and what to do. We even left some items behind and Curt was kind enough to mail them back to us. They are the BEST hosts that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and made our trip enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this home.

Got to this beautiful home, fully stocked with towels, beach towels, full kitchen, beds and bedding. We had family stopping in through out the week and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was awesome. Also, all the beach equipment was provided with cruiser bikes. Our family loved it. Curt and Deb were very attentive. This house made our vacation to LBI wonderful. The owners have perfectly curated a wonderful vacation rental home. All of the amenities are fantastic, especially that they include 10 beach passes! Some of our other relatives rented a different house and even though it was on the beach they had to find and purchase beach passes, what a pain! The table in the kitchen was the perfect place for everyone to gather for meals. The kitchen and everything you needed to cook great meals! The knives were even sharp!!!! It was so unexpected I nearly cut myself. One thing to note is the stairs are kind of steep so people with bad knees will need to stay in one the first floor bedrooms. Overall Curt and Deb Went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful occasion.Enjoy your stay at this wonderful home, we definitely did.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this house. We were originally supposed to stay here for a full weekend in May for a wedding, but it was postponed due to COVID. Curt and Deb were THE MOST ACCOMMODATING HOSTS. They seamlessly changed our reservation to a later date and were extremely open and available for communications the entire time. With the wedding being the same day as check-in, Curt and Deb kept us in the loop with the previous renters check out and the clean up process so we were able to get in a full hour early and had plenty of time to get ready before the wedding. When it came to the actual house, it was beautiful, clean and perfect for our weekend. We wish we had more time to stay there. The house was big enough to fit 13 adults and there were 5 bathrooms so we were all able to get ready at the same time. Next time we head to LBI we will 1000% look for this house because it was simply perfect. Thanks again!

It was a perfect house stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation. We had a fabulous time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to LBI and Curt and Deb's home. Our group consisted of both adults and young children. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and walking to see the sunsets over the bay during the evening. The adults enjoyed eating meals outside on the deck. We walked to the beach each day and loved that there were lots of beach equipment and toys we could use at the house. The house is also very close to a large grocery store which was very convenient. We were worried about our trip with COVID but the house was very clean upon our arrival. Everything met our expectations and Curt and Deb we're very responsive to our questions both prior to and during our trip.

The house was absolutely great and the location was perfect. There was nothing we needed. There was 14 of us and there was plenty of space. The walk to the beach and bay was quick. The beach was gorgeous. The house was spotless. The owners were so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this house.

This beach house was the perfect choice for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is beyond amazing! And even with 14 people, it never felt crowded. Nice, quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The owners thought of everything and could not have been more accommodating! Overall, we were very pleased with this rental!

Curt and Deb’s house is absolutely beautiful! Everything you could need when you are heading to the beach is provided, which made traveling to LBI for the weekend very easy! Would recommend and stay again.

We arrived at Curt and Deb's house early and they allowed us to use the outside area until the maids were finished which was a real treat because it is very busy there on a Saturday. Also, Curt and Deb were very nice and showed us around the inside of the house when it was ready and gave us some tips on the surrounding area. One suggestion we took was to go to Nardi's on Monday evening to the children's karaoke which my granddaughter loved and where we all had fun watching. The house is very well equipped and every time we thought of something we needed it was there for us. Also, the surrounding neighborhood is very beautiful. We walked to the bay one evening and brought ice cream and made ice cream cones while we watched the sunset. We didn't mind the walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded with plenty of space for a volley ball game which some of us played. Having three full baths, two half baths and an outside shower really helped our party of seven adults and five children when we all returned from the beach. Also, the hose was great for rinsing off the sand. We are looking forward to returning next year to our new home away from home.
