Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay .. from swimming, to horseback riding , to fishing … Jane is wonderful and Heathrow the horse trainer is awesome. You cannot ask for a better location. We will absolutely 100 percent be back. Cannot wait 😊

Everything about this property was amazing. I read the reviews and was excited to meet Mrs.Jane. Well she went WAY ABOVE my expectations! She was a pleasant host and made our stay much more enjoyable. Some of our family did horseback riding and she rode the others around the property to do some sight seeing and give us some history of the property. The farm was a hit for our family! We will be back in the future. This is our new home away from home.

Hi, not only Jane was a AWESOME host but the property itself was cleand, comfortable and it felt like we were at home. Christmas 2022 was the best for our Family if i have the opportunity to come back i will DEFINITELY make sure to book once again.

Very comfortable, great space for a group. Private country setting. Owners were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our family Tennessee Football game weekend. 10-15 minutes to Stadium very convenient. Will stay again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. Not too far from town and a nice quiet place to rest.

We were in town for a UT game. The house is just a short drive from campus. We really enjoyed walking around the farm and meeting the animals. The property manager was great and so friendly. We hope to stay here again next year!

We needed someplace close to Knoxville to take a little vacation. I found this cabin on the internet and it was perfect. We all had a great time and have already talked about going back next year.

We had a wonderful time here!!! The property is beautiful! The pool was so nice and we spent a great deal of time in it!!! Jane was wonderful to deal with and so very sweet!! Heathrow took us trail riding and was a great guide!! I was a little disappointed that we didn’t catch any fish for the little ones to see but it was really hot so I’m not surprised they weren’t biting! I’d love to stay here again!!!

Seriously, one of the best experiences on Vrbo I’ve had! Jane was so accommodating and welcoming! The kids just loved her, We all did! We were celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday we had family in town visiting. They came by to join in on some fun for the day! The pool was perfect for the hot weather, we enjoyed some fishing and visiting the animals! Thank you for being such a wonderful host Jane and also for creating some great memories the kids will NEVER forget! This is a rare find, just enough out of the city to be far out. Complete privacy. Nice country setting, you feel as if you are out in the middle of no where. I’m born and raised in this area, now reside in the city, so this brought back so many memories of my childhood and being able to explore the woods and just be a kid again without device distractions. BTW None of the kids were on their devices the whole time!! True southern hospitality right here! It won’t get any better than this!

A charming house in a great location. Close the Knoxville yet in the country. The kids will love the seeing the horses, goats and chickens. The biggest surprise, a great pool in the back. A relaxing stay indeed.

This was an absolutely phenomenal stay. The place is extremely clean and so beautiful. A farm in the middle of the city is just a dream. Jane is the best host and will check in on you and make sure you have everything you need!

This was my second time in a year renting this property. It has quickly become our go-to vacation spot. You can count on us renting again. The host, Jane, is amazing and accommodating. The animals are especially a treat, the scenery is peaceful and relaxing.

We had the most wonderful stay at Cas and Jane’s gorgeous property. Located in a perfect location - very close to downtown Knoxville, yet felt as if we were in the middle of the mountains - the cabin was spacious but cozy and offered everything we could have wanted. Jane offered to grocery shop for us and Cas drove us around the property! The views from front and back porches were so relaxing and beautiful. The pool was such fun and provided lovely views down to the pond and woods. There’s nothing like enjoying morning coffee while horses graze a few feet away! Cas and Jane made us feel like family immediately, and introduced our sons (ages 5 and 1) to the wonderful animals on the property / our oldest loved feeding the goats each morning! We can’t wait to come back someday in the future! Thank you, Cas and Jane!

Perfect experience for my daughters college graduation. Really made it more of a special event staying in the cabin. Much fun in the pool. Property owners were fantastic. Pleasure to have met them. Thank you.

My family of six had such a great time at staying at the farm! Cas and Jane are the sweetest! My kids loved staying here. There was plenty of room for everyone. Close to Knoxville, with more than enough to do if you want. We loved exploring the property, feeding the goats, and fishing. The kids had a great time at their horse back riding lesson (right on the property and arranged with Heath after we arrived, information is on the fridge). My littlest one would get up every morning and run to the window to see the horses in the front yard. We had a lovely time just relaxing and being together.
