It was much spacier than I thought it would be. Rooms were great sizes as were the bathrooms. I didn’t hear any noise from the other units during our stay, which was a plus. There were minor things I would change, such as the shower curtain in the minions restroom. It needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was very clean, which I’m super picky about. I would stay again.

They had a high chair and baby equipment how ever it was all dirty so I didn’t even bother using it. The couches has veggies chips inside I’m assuming from the prior people who hadn’t cleaned it ! The bathrooms to me are a big pet peeve and they weren’t cleaned well !

This place was great. The apartment was spacious with a netted patio. Rooms were great size with plenty of closet space if needed, large bathrooms. No complaints. The location was excellent! Wal Mart was one traffic light away, along with all the fast food spots, restaurants, gas stations .. my grands loved the pool and slides, we spent Quite a bit of time there. They have a cafe too, pizza was good.. The Game room was adequate. The property was immaculate. Great home away from home.

The location is super close to Disney, very close to convenient shopping and restaurants (very easy to hit up Walmart for groceries and necessities - go in the morning for less crowd), pool area is great with fun slides for my kiddo, the condo provides plenty of space to spread out and the price point is superb! The company is very responsive to my questions and they sent check in info right on time. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a perfect home base for our trip.

Just a few items I think the Property Manager can do which I will contact privately soon, but all in all, very nice and comfortable. I would for sure recommend this place for long-term stays as we did, which was for 18 days. It is a gated property so we felt very safe and comfortable and the amenities were nice to have such as the washer and dryer.

The location was perfect for traveling to the Disney parks, ESPN, as well as east and west coast beaches. The restart was safe and beautiful. Will be staying again!

Lovely modernised property in the wonderful Windsor Hills resort. We were a little light on some utensils which was rectified immediately by the management company once contacted. Otherwise the condo was spacious, modern and clean.

It’s very close to Disney (about as quick to drive there as staying on property), with Walmart right down the street for groceries. It felt modern and updated, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen well-equipped for meals, spacious rooms and huge walk in closets. The resort pool was great too, and had a nice snack bar and convenience store with the basics. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week, the property was clean, well-maintained and well-equipped for a family. Close proximity to restaurants and Walmart, easy drive to Disney parks. It was perfect for our family. The resort has many amenities to enjoy on down days . Would definitely stay again.

There was a large stain on the bed in the minions room, and multiple drawers were broken in the large bathroom and minion room. The patio hadn’t been swept at all. Our 2022 trip was after a 4-year long break based on our children's high school and church commitments. I had hoped Windsor Hills was still operating well and it was just as lovely if not more so. The property was well maintained. The staff was attentive and kept things in order. Our condo was clean and updated with new furniture, granite countertops, and updated decor. Our family played golf, stopped at the hotels via the monorail to see the Christmas decorations, and picked up some gingerbread at the Floridan. We toured Bush Gardens in Tampa and our big excursion was to the Kennedy Space Center in Cocoa Beach. We toured Kennedy for 2 days and drove about an hour from Windsor Hills. We even sat out poolside and read while taking in the sunny rays, as much as we could. We opted to not go into the Walt Disney Parks this year due to the high cost. But we did get to see the new Disney Springs and it was very nice, with the awesome Lego Store and Walt Disney store. Windsor Hills is like a home away from home, with easy access to the highway, theme parks, churches, and grocery stores. Walmart is a 5-minute drive from Windsor Hills and Publix is 10 minutes away or less. I walked the complex in the early morning and it was so pretty with palm trees and flowers. It was also very quiet and spotlessly clean. Loved being at Windsor Hills and hated to leave. Will be back again.

Such as , I was chilled one night and there were no extra blankets and the next day there were 2 brand new blankets . One burner on the stove did not work and next day it was working !!

Property was just as advertised. Great location close to shopping and Disney parks. Amenities were great for all ages and staff was friendly. Would use this location again in the future.

The property manager was amazing! We arrived after midnight and our gps was taking us to the wrong building. When I called Ana, she was very nice and quickly helped us find out condo. The unit was very nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like was we only revised one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one trash bag in each trash can. Our trash was only picked up one day. When I called Ana and asked her about the trash bags and toilet paper, she said it was in the rental agreement that extra we’re not provided. When on vacation, I don’t want to have to worry about essentials.

Will most definitely stay again if available.

Condo is a nice size and being a party of 5 we don't feel like we are on top of each other. The condo is also stocked with cooking supplies so we can save money on breakfast by cooking and bringing food to the parks.

It was an apartment about 4 miles from any Disney park. The wall were thin but over a great place. Not any louder then being at a hotel. The playground and swimming pool,slides,splash pad were awesome for the kids!!

This property is ideally located (10-15 minutes to everything in WDW). It’s very clean, very updated, and super family-friendly. We’ll be staying here again soon!

Windsor Hills is less than two miles from any of the Disney Parks, further from Universal and other attractions. Security is great, no one enters the property without business there. The pool is most relaxing ever, just note this is not a pool remotely designed for lap swimming, it’s for relaxing. The condo I stayed in had the standard layout, 3 bedrooms, double and twin beds in one, a king in master, and small room with a queen.. Overall very nice, but needs a bit of attention to some details, the kitchen has a can opener that doesn’t work, two of the stove burners appeared to be not working, other issues with dresser in one bedroom, though none of these issues are a big deal and overall it’s a great value for family travel. Called verbo to report and they immediately offered to send a handyman over, but who wants to spend their vacation waiting around for someone to make repairs? If the basic plumbing or electrical didn’t work maybe, but all the basics were in order, just minor details.
