We are five people, two couples and one single. We stayed for a couple of weeks in this accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jaime's condo. It was bright, roomy, comfortable, clean, with a fantastic view, large pool, comfortable beds, air conditioning, amazing gardens, and well-supplied kitchen. The owner went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. It is the perfect place for a group with no mobility issues. It is located in an area with hills and in a complex with many steps. This of course is why the view is so great. We used taxis when we felt the need and they were not expensive. The pleasant maid, Dulce, was available upon request and helped make our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Overall great experience Dulce is great cooked a couple times. Very big and clean. Would like cable for longer stays. Internet was ok cut out a few times. Close to beach but a fair amount of stairs.

This condo was perfect - the space, furnishings, fully-equipped kitchen, incredible view, and the best pool we've ever experienced in Zih. The owner provided impeccable customer service, and his manager (Dulce) proved to be as sweet as her name. The trek to the beach is a physical challenge, but short, and we love the built-in exercise that Zih provides in general. Plus, Punta Marina's steps are easier easier to navigate than the steep road we walked when renting other properties. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I were joined by our three adult children here for Christmas in Zihuatanejo. This three-bedroom unit was perfect for the five of us. When we were in the condo, we spent most of our time on the beautiful private patio. The patio had plenty of room for eating, drinking, lounging, and playing games. The condo complex has a shared pool that was very pretty and clean, but entirely too cold and shaded for use in December. The walk down to the beach was an easy 5 minutes or so. The walk back was pretty strenuous. The kids in their 20s and 30s didn’t seem to mind, but my wife and I took a cab up each day. We considered that 70 pesos well spent! Dulce is available for cooking and cleaning. We had her cook breakfast every day and enjoyed her tremendously. She was friendly and funny, and she is a great cook! She was attentive to our needs, but she stayed out of our way so we could enjoy our vacation. Dulce doesn’t speak English, but we speak enough Spanish between us to make it work. The leasing agent was also very helpful in making sure we had the information we needed for a trouble-free stay.

We stayed here for a week(two adults and three small kids). Location was great, short walk to Playa la ropa and more than enough room for everyone. The kids had fun playing in the pool and waking up in the morning to that view was exceptional. The outdoor living space was a highlight of the stay. Dulce was fantastic, she had groceries waiting for us upon our arrival and we were able to book her to cook dinner for us one night. Well worth it! The hosts were very helpful and provided a great booking experience. We WILL be back!

Perched just high enough to afford the most beautiful views and the best ocean breezes, the position of this condo is outstanding. It is spacious, very well cared for and has all of the amenities. Focal point for us was the great outdoor living space……a very large terrace with comfortable lounging, basket swings, spa pool, TV (did not use much) and the most spectacular views. The owner and his assistant made it easy right from the beginning...very responsive and genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. His suggestions for restaurants were excellent as well as other information in his welcome packet. We especially enjoyed Bistro del Mar, went there twice. Zihua was a seafood haven....excellent and beautifully prepared everywhere we ate. Dulce, the housekeeper, welcomed us and gave us the tour of the condo, generally made herself available to us. And her husband, Fernando, drove us where we needed to go. Do have Dulce make you a dinner or two and a breakfast as well……all were terrific. We did not need a rental car; cabs were plentiful and inexpensive. We had a fantastic, relaxing couple of weeks and would happily return to this condo.

There are incredible views of the bay from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing a gorgeous beach in front of you! We were very impressed with the impecable cleanliness of the condo and the tasteful decor. It is very spacious and the outdoor balcony (overlooking the bay) is one of the best features. It is the perfect place to lounge, eat, play games, read, etc... Both times we were travelling with children and they loved the pool, the hammocks and the beach. The condo is stocked with all the amenities you will need and the washing machine is a great asset, especially when you have young children. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The den with the futon has now been turned into a lovely third bedroom. The owner Jamie is a pleasure to deal with, was incredibly helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat, and really took the time to meet our needs and make us feel at home. Dulce is amazing. She kept the condo super clean, her cooking is delicious- well worth retaining her services. We definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I came to this beautiful condo on La Ropa Beach back in March and loved it so much we decided to bring our brother and sister-in-law back with us for another vacation. Luckily we were able to stay10 days this time and loved every minute of it! There is no way to describe the view from the condo of the beach, the pool, the town of Zihuatanejo and the lush greenery - you must see it for yourself!! With the extra days we were there this time, we had a chance to revisit each of the beaches we went to back in March and go to some of our favorite restaurants in town and also try some new restaurants. We enjoyed having breakfasts each morning on the open air patio and then took time to have drinks in the evening - it was all very relaxing and enjoyable! We had Dulce come several times to make us breakfast and also dinners and she was a treasure! We also had her come several times to clean the condo. Everything we needed was provided in the condo just like a five-star resort. You could not ask for a more lovely place to spend a relaxing vacation! Many, many thanks to the owner of the condo - it is such a treasure! We will definitely be back again!

He was full of information about the condo & the area & gave us wonderful tips about what to do while we were there. His pictures of the condo & the view were exactly as they appeared – gorgeous, meticulously clean and very relaxing. We were blown away by not only the views from the condo but also the warm, kind & helpful people we met while there, the wonderful restaurants and the gorgeous beaches. From the moment we opened the door to the condo we knew we were “home” for the week & could hardly tear ourselves away from the gorgeous view from the open-air balcony & the master bedroom. Dulce was a wonderful asset to the condo as she had stocked the fridge with everything we needed before our arrival (at our request) and then came in during the week to clean. We didn’t have her cook any meals for us but she was available if we wanted her to–we’ve never had service like that at any other places we’ve stayed. We also had all the amenities we needed from the fully stocked state-of-the-art kitchen to the laundry facilities inside the condo to beach chairs & beach towels. There is air conditioning in the condo but we never turned it on as we kept all the doors and windows open & were quite comfortable. We rented a car while we were there upon Jaime’s recommendation & were so glad we did. Every day we went to a different beach and loved every one of them. Funny story, on our walk down to La Ropa beach one day, we met a woman who is an ex-pat & has lived there for 30 years & she told us how to get to Las Gatas beach which she said “you have to be part goat to get there”….yes, you did, as we had to scurry over rocks & a narrow path along the water but what a fun adventure it was! It was a beautiful, peaceful beach with some wonderful restaurants & well worth the walk. Another favorite beach was in Ixtapa on Isla Ixtapa where you had to take a short 5 minute boat ride over to the island where there were 4 different beaches each with their own restaurants to choose from. Also, upon Jaime’s recommendation, we went to a beach by the airport called Barra de Potosi which was heavenly. The restaurant had the most amazing bar-b-que fish lunch and so inexpensive too. The restaurants in town were also very good – we had excellent, inexpensive meals at each one we went to. I highly recommend this beautiful condo!

My partner and i have rented condos in many places. THis place was wonderful and the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. you feel like you are staying in someone's well appointed home, not a stripped down investment property. While not really walking distance to town, the area is very quite and the walk down to the beach did not take long ( a lot of steps, though). Dulce did a nice job and she even did some food shopping before we got there, and was waiting for us when we arrived.....ON CHRISTMAS DAY. The place was super clean and the photos were indeed very accurate.The view was truly spectacular and we can't wait to return.

I couldn't have been more pleased with this condo for our stay in Zihuatanejo. The spacious rooms are light, airy and tastefully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. The view of the bay and the beach from the terrace is not only spectacular during the day, but at night the lights from the town across the bay are equally breathtaking. We [I, my daughter, her husband and my grandchildren] are looking forward to staying in this condo again next year.

My girlfriend and I just returned from a week's stay in Zihuatanejo. It was my first trip, but my girlfriend has been several times. When we began our search for lodging she insisted on staying on La Ropa beach, as opposed to Downtown Zihuatanejo. I was very pleased by the decision to do this. While we weren't walking distance into town, we were just a short walk to the best bathing beach, which had plenty of restaurants and several little markets. Downtown is just a short ride, maybe 5 minutes, but we only went into town a few times for groceries and shopping. We preferred the peacefulness and tranquility of the condo and La Ropa beach. The condo itself is really nice and new. It looks exactly as it does in the photos and was impeccably clean upon our arrival. We were impressed by the tasteful blend of modern and traditional Mexican decorations and furnishings, which looked classy and clean. We also LOVED the open air balcony overlooking the bay, and spent many many hours lounging on the sofa with our books. The showers were also a favorite feature. They are big walk-ins decorated with pebbles. There are new a/c units in each room, but we opted to keep the huge balcony sliding doors and every window open instead. The kitchen is also fully stocked with utensils and appliances, and there is a washing machine in the back room. We are looking forward to coming back with several our close friends.
