Kelly is a wonderful host! I can’t say enough good things about Kelly. She was very reassuring and able to quickly resolve a double booking/cancellation issue. Her kind, calm, efficient personality made the stay great. Well. The. Condo did too! Again, everything is great and as described. Especially if you have a large group.

Beautiful property! Beautiful Condo, spacious with all the amenities ❤️ Very quiet neighborhood, close to the water and short walk to wine tasting and dining…The pool was closed for the season but the Hottub was open and we enjoyed that Would love to come back again soon! Highly recommend

Five of us are in a book club. We needed an escape and the handiness of wine tasting venues in downtown Manson sounded perfect. The Marina’s Edge is just off the main drag. We walked all the way to the Rio Vista cabin—and then downtown Saturday working our way back, stopping at wine tastings and lunch and the fabulous kiddies parade and costume and pet costume event. The views from our deck were spectacular.

This property is on block off the main road in Manson. It is extremely easy to walk to town or the little park across the street that has a roped off swimming area with life guards. Three bedrooms were perfect for our group. There is a sectional couch that is really comfortable, the outdoor balcony is large and has a great view of the lake. The kitchen has the basic items, so if you need something specific, bring your own. The property was very clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property - Excellent Location
This was our first time staying in Manson and it did not disappoint. This property is just at the edge of town and within walking distance to 5-6 wineries, restaurants, and recreation. Kelly was an excellent host, the check-in process was super easy and the unit itself was spotless, well-appointed, and just really nice. We liked the property so much that we shared it with our friends and family and plan on taking a larger group trip in the future. Would highly recommend this property for families looking for a good jump off to explore Chelan.

Very clean condo with access to a pool and hot tub. Great location close to Manson and Chelan. Owners were great and easy to get ahold of if you had questions needed anything.

Beautiful location
I loved the location and area. The experience was really good. I however did not like the check in time. For the amount of money to stay there it should have earlier check in time. 4:30, was super late in the day.

Great property! The pool and hottub were very nice and family friendly. The lounge chairs are nice and the property was well maintained. Each unit is an entire floor of the building so the patio was great and felt private. Well appointed with the necessities, although I would have appreciated more hangers in the closet. Will certainly recommend to friends

Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the lake
There was originally 6 of us but because id the covid there were only 3. The beds were all comfortable and we could walk to the grocery store or restaurants. We will stay again!!!!!!!

We loved this condo and would definitely stay again. It was very clean and comfortable for six people. The proximity to the lake and the quiet town of Manson was perfect. It was easy to get a hold of management and they were very helpful! We loved staying at Marina’s Edge!

Family vacation
We brought the whole family including grandkids for a week getaway. The place was clean and spacious and had an excellent view of the lake . It was close to the lake and the pool was great for the kids. Kelly was very helpful and responsive if we had questions. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

This is great Rental!
We loved staying at Marinas edge. The property was clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable. Deck large and very clean, with plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy the view.

We enjoyed our weekend vacation.
The place is nice, downtown manson is just a few steps away. Boat rental is just across the street. Theres also a beach and a small park. A few minutes drive to the famous blueberry hills farm . We will be back next year for sure.

Perfect Group Getaway
I loved staying at this location! Each condo has a beautiful view and it’s the perfect walking distance from the town! The only thing we weren’t sure of was which unit was ours - but there’s always the possibility I missed it in one of the emails. Thank you Debbie!!

Perfect girls weekend getaway!
We really enjoyed this property at Marinas Edge! The pool temperature was lovely and the hot tub fit plenty of people with room. Kelly, one of the co-owners even help us problem solve as our friend forgot her drivers license!! The unit its self was clean and fits nine girls very well. The only real problem we had was that the outlets in the bedroom with the bunkbeds only work if the lights are on. Within walking distance to downtown Manson which allowed some of us to sing karaoke Saturday night!! Overall we would definitely stay here again lovely view of the lake looking out the front.

Clean, comfortable, and beautiful views!
We enjoyed this property very much for the Labor Day long weekend. It was comfortable and well equipped- beautiful views of the lake, convenient access to the dock, public swimming areas and the pool. We found the parking to be limited and the entry points somewhat awkward, and we were unable to connect to the building wifi, we also found the guests above us quite noisy... but we still had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come here again. Our hosts were gracious and friendly and quick to respond when needed. I think this is one of the best vacation rentals, by far, that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

I love this property- perfect location to walk to lake and restaurants! Kids can swim in the pool for hours. The owners/property managers and friendly and very responsive. We had a couple problems ( slow drain in tub, broken lamp, broken washer) but they worked on these things quickly and respectfully. I suspect many vacation renters don’t report things as diligently so I don’t blame ownership for not knowing about this maintenance issues before our arrival! If I had the chance, I’d own one of these condos...that’s how great they are! We recommend Wapato Point Cellars, Lake Chelan Brewing Co., Rootwood Cider Taproom and Blueberry Hills Farm.
