Very clean and comfortable house. Perfect for our stay with 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely rent here again

It felt like a miracle to stay at this luxury home with our dog this year! It is right at the beach with a gorgeous walk through the dune. The whole house, especially the kitchen is stocked with top-of-the-line objects for use, the bedrooms are private and gorgeous, and there is a full washer/dryer for use. I was particularly impressed with all the details of accommodation, especially people with young children. Having a backyard (and front) was just beyond. My favorite feature was the upstairs deck. Communication was prompt and helpful. A rare feature was a thermostat that we could actually control. I would love to rent every year and would pay more for what we got!

Our family just loved the house . There was a high chair and pack and play for our two grandchildren. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 babies. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable. We were thankful to have our family senior dog with us for the week.Backyard games and an end of the week patio crab boil with our family next door made our vacation one we will always remember. We had fast response communicating with the owners. We Would love to return next year. Thank you to the Santangelo’s for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location and nice kitchen. Nice small yard, but fencing is only partial. No beach tags. Have to bring own blankets, not just sheets. The closet that backs up to the shower smelled of mildew -- not a surprise as there is no exhaust fan. Overall decent.

Always a pleasure to stay at this nice property close to a priceless stretch of bird habitat near the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay! Tom & Jessica provided a safe, clean, and larger than in looks in photos house for our family & dogs to stay at for the weekend. They were extremely kind, generous, and easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. It’s a short walk to the beach through the dunes and it’s a nice quiet street. Loved having a spacious backyard. We are landscapers and look forward to a nice beach trip at the end of the season. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean. We are looking forward to rebooking for next year!

This house was perfect! It was a couple houses from the beach, close to AC, and the backyard was perfect for games!

The property was excellent, very close to the beach. It was clean and neat! The hosts (Jessica and Tom) were very easy to contact and communicate with throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had an amazing time during our stay at Tom and Jessica's in Brigantine. Check in was smooth. Communication was perfect. Location was incredible, right at the beach. Small yard and grill came in very handy. Jessica answered my questions promptly and was a great host. Already looking forward to coming back again soon hopefully! Highly recommend!

We had a great week’s vacation at this very accommodating well stocked house. All the rooms were clean and comfortable to make you feel at home away from home. Easy walk to the beach and to the township recreation fields and tennis courts. Dog park and miniature golf too. Very nice neighbors on the street. Communication with the owners was easy and timely. Very smooth rental process. We made great vacation memories here and would rent again for sure!

This was our second time staying at this property. We love that their is a yard for our dog. Easy check in and house is in wonderful condition.

This house gave my family the space they needed to enjoy our time at the beach. My four year old loves the outdoor shower and said it was her favorite part of the trip!!!

Super clean and tastefully decorated beach house. Had all of the amenities we needed for our toddler - high chair, pack n play and even a nice selection of toys/books. Also Really appreciated that pets were allowed and we could bring our dog. Location is great if you like a nice quiet street and beach. Beach is really wide and in September - empty. Owner will remind you, but make sure to byo pillows, sheets, towels and blankets.

Very nice house, clean and beautiful. Next time I will ask owner to specify how many steps to beach, it was a bit of a walk but all in all a wonderful stay!

The house was great! Clean and had all that you needed to grill or make a simple breakfast. We had our dog and the backyard is a perfect compliment to an already comfortable and easy space for Layla! Jessica was very responsive to our questions. The house is steps away from the beach on a quiet street. Very enjoyable week at he shore!

Very nice property, newly renovated to perfection. Great outdoor space, we spent a lot of time outback on the patio and grass back yard. We also enjoyed the deck on the 2nd floor, watching beach goers walking by in the morning, and enjoying the sunset in the evening. Nice location one property up from the beach entrance, then a walk through the dunes to get to the ocean. This is normal for the south end of the island, which we prefer. Can also walk to Aunt B’s for ice cream, or Acme/Wawa just 0.6 mile walk. Owner was very responsive but also left us alone. You can stop looking and book this one before someone beats you to it.

We had a relaxing trip. This house was very clean and spacious, updated bathrooms and kitchen. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Location is great - few minutes from the ocean and restaurants. We would love to stay again!

Charming house, nicely decorated (the owners have good taste!) and well-appointed. 4 bedrooms plus open living room, dining room, and 3 outdoor seating areas. Location can't be beat - block ends at the beach entrance. You then walk a good stretch through an enchanting dune landscape to Brigantine's amazing beach. We're early risers and enjoyed several stunning sunrises plus birdwatching. Also walkable to Aunt B's and Aversa's. Owner Jessica was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. High marks all around!

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at the house! The kitchen was awesome to cook all of our shared meals in. The outdoor shower was divine after a full day at the beach! We truly had a lovely time!

Good family home and great backyard to hang out in after the beach

The home was lovely and just the perfect size for our large family. It was very clean and tidy. The backyard is amazing! We grilled on the patio and the kids had space to kick a soccer ball around. It also provided great storage space for our multitude of bikes, scooters, surf boards, paddle boards and other equipment. The outside shower and hose were a great bonus for cleaning off sand after a long day at the beach. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the beautiful beach and a great spot if you like to be away from the larger crowds. The dead end street was also nice for letting our kids ride their bikes and scooters. The skate park, min-golf and community facilities are just a block away, and the downtown area with shops and restaurants is only a short bike ride. The hosts were very responsive and I highly recommend this house to anyone thinking of visiting Brigantine.
