The house was well furnished and very clean. Poor weather did not allow us to use the pool or outdoor facilities, but the kids and grand kids had a great time in spite of that. There was plenty of room for the six of us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully furnished and the beds were comfortable. Very happy to have spices available for cooking.

I will say this: the homeowner was a joy to work with. The house was very nice and very comfortable. Down side, the pool is a bit misleading. It is VERYsmall and the palm trees overhead needed trimming and were dropping pods daily, so in order to swim, we had to skim the pool. Needless to say, we didn't swim or get in the pool due to all the mess and it was not what I wanted to do on vacation / baseball tournament trip. Tree trimmers came 3 days before we departed and then the pool was just too dirty to use even with skimming. We were there for a baseball tournament and pool was a must. Kind of a disappointment. Would have liked to have known about that issue before arriving or booking. Other than that, house was perfect for our needs, bonus room upstairs is fantastic for teenage kids. The house literally has more than what you will need, very stocked with dishes, etc. If I didn't desire a pool, I would definitely book again. Game room was fun as well!

We loved our stay in this house. The outdoor space was perfect, nice clean pool, garden, bbq and patio area. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood was quiet and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this house for your holiday or a long term rental. The owners were easily contactable and responded quickly to our questions. We would happily stay here again.

This home was AMAZING!!! we rented this home for 3 nights for our daughters graduation. Hi Randy, we just wanted to thank you so much for letting us rent your home we loved it and had an amazing time there. The pool was great and so clean and the house was so wonderful there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and not be in each others hair. We will be down in 2 more years for our other daughters graduation and I hope we can rent it again. It was everything we were hoping for!!!! The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of room. Rooms were very spacious especially master, with the deck!!! 2 huge living rooms was awesome I could go off and read and relax away from the kids. This is the house to stay!!! Very well taken care of, very clean and there was no questions on how to use anything, everything had notes and explanations on how to use everything, SOOO helpful. Décor was so pretty!!! I loved it here not 1 bad thing to say about this GEM!!!!!

The property met or exceeded the on line description. The property was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of supplies, (linens, towels, paper products, games, puzzles, kitchen supplies, etc.) to make our stay most enjoyable. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had and gave us great service. We would definitely recommend this property.

We were down for 6 days for the Barrett Jackson Auction and a bit of a holiday and absolutely loved our stay. The house is gorgeous and spacious. Everything was spotless and of high quality. It more than exceeded our expectations. There were only 4 of us (2 couples) staying here, but the house could easily accommodate 4 couples or a large family without feeling crowded. With 2 living areas, you can really spread out. The location is close to the I-10 and I-101 so it was very easy to get to our daily activities. The owner, Randy couldn't be better to deal with. From before booking to after our stay, all concerns and questions were answered promptly. I will definitely stay here for all our future visits to Phoenix/Goodyear.

Randy, just returned to Marcell MN from our golf vacation in Goodyear. A 90 degree change! Your place was perfect for us. Great layout, comfortable and in super condition. Looking forward to our next year trip. Will be in touch for a 2016 rerun.

I rented this property to get my family together for Christmas most of whom flew in from England . Loved the house pool was great all the family loved the place. Randy the owner was great to deal with was very prompt answering any questions I had . Would certainly rent again

Cindy, thank you so much for a wonderful holiday in your lovely home, the pictures do not do the house justice. It is far more spacious than it appears, extremely comfortable and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including provisions - which meant we did not immediately have to dash out for groceries! We came to the US to have a holiday with our son who is training at nearby Goodyear Airport, The house is perfect for relaxing in the beautiful garden by the pool, or to use as a base for travelling further afield. During our stay we visited Montezuma's Castle, Meteor Crater, The Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and Hollywood. Coming back to the house from our road trip felt like coming home! The house is in a quiet, well cared for area, and there are shops and excellent restaurants nearby. We even managed to take in a baseball game in the Stadium about 20 minutes away. We have rented many house and villas but this one is the most outstanding, and we would love to return in the future

Cindy Just want you to know that we found your home very clean, and well appointed. Nice furnishings. It was better that I had anticipated. It was close to the stores, we didnt have to go far for anything. I have rented homes before, and its always somewhat of a dissppointment. Because you really dont know how it will be until you arrive, and you paid it all upfront... but yours was excellent, it was super. Thank you Cindy for allowing us to stay at your fabulous home. We only had 2 nights but they were fantastic. The place was awesome for our family of 9. The house was incredibly clean & the kitchen had everything from dozens of spices to several different types of tea!! Plus we loved not having to buy all the small things like dish detergents!! Cindy, Thank you so much for all of your help in setting our family and the Georges up in your beautiful house. The two 16 year old boys had a baseball tournament at the Reds/Indians baseball complexs at Goodyear Sports Complex over the Christmas break and we wanted something more than a Hotel for the amount of space we got in your house compared to what a hotel gives we rent a house every time. Your house was 10mins. away and it worked out great for getting back to the house for lunches anddinners which made the stay very easy. The pool and Barbecue got a lot of use and the weather was great. The two families had so much room and the kids enjoyed your house very much. We look forward to another stay in the future. I have just came back from a 2 week holiday in this fantastic villa. To begin with Cindy was very helpful and easy to deal with, offering advice and guidance before our stay, The villa is much bigger than it looks on the pictures and when returning home and looked at the pictures you don't get a true picture of how big the rooms are. There is everything you need for a stay and more. This villa is very much home from home, in fact I did not want to return home it was that good. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 small children, the children also did not want to leave, they loved playing in the pool and on the grass. We used the BBQ quite allot everything was immaculate and clean, I have stayed in some good hotels and i think that this villa is on par with hotels and a great price. The villa is in a great location and we drove to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Sedona and the Hoover dam, Los Angeles is also a similar drive away however didn't go. If anyone is considering a villa in this area, then I would recommend this villa it is well worth a stay. I have recommended this villa to others already. I must say thank you to Cindy and the others for allowing us to stay in your great villa.
