We had a great stay at the condo on the 22nd floor! Wonderful view. Comfortable condo. Very clean. Hand soap, dishwashing lotion, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper and trash bags provided. There were also some spices in the kitchen, but we didn’t cook. And some coffee, and sweetener which we didn’t use, because we brought our own coffee. The reserved parking was a real plus, and the location perfect! Walking distance to World of Coke, the Civil Rights Museum, and many other attractions. Also within walking distance of many restaurants. The host, James, was very responsive. He answered my many questions promptly and pleasantly. He checked in the morning after we checked in to make sure everything went OK. And he even told us to take our time leaving on check out day - I’m assuming that nobody was checking in that afternoon. All in all, a great stay. I will add, though, as others have said, the place is a little dated and worn, but that didn’t detract much from the stay. It almost felt like we were staying at a friends house.

As advertised, the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything needed for our stay. well-located with spectacular views of the Atlanta skyline. Would stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Great parking. Easy check in. Well appointed living space. And the balcony and views to die for!!! Will certainly revisit if I have the opportunity!

Location is excellent. It's near highest access and easy walking distance to many places of interest and also the Streetcar and train stations. As for the unit, I recommend cleaning the dust buildup from the exhaust vents and removing and painting the vent covers. Also the bed needs a new mattress (sink hole in the middle) and the sleeper couch head end drops a good six inches when it's pulled out. It's really only functional for short people or kids.

I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta. We even showed up an hour early and our host made sure we got in with no problems. Highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in downtown Atlanta area.

We came into town for a concert. James was very good to deal with. The area around where we stayed was clean and safe. Room was just as pictured. We would stay here again.

Nice room. Only minor issue was the living room t.v. had no cable connection. The last guest changed the settings and never set them back. The t.v. in the bedroom worked perfectly however. May reserve again.

Great place to stay! Check in was super easy. James even reached out to make sure we were able to check in and that everything was good with the condo. The condo itself was perfect for us. It was within walking distance to so much and the view was amazing! As three younger females staying there we never felt unsafe. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

The overall process went smoothly- property owner was great making sure that we didn't have any issues - only negative was the checking in , this wasn't due to the owner - seems like the front counter lady had to call someone to confirm the reservations, which took alot of time - we had 2 others ahead of us and we probably waited 30 min

We visited Atlanta for first time. This was an excellent location for visiting anything downtown Atlanta (World of Coca Cola, aquarium, College HOF, museum of civil and human rights, and Olympic Park. All within walking distance easily.

We were in Atlanta on business and condo met our needs. Good Indian food just a few blocks away as well as fast foods. Easy parking and close to highways.

My husband and I were in town for the Atlanta marathon. We flew into Atlanta early Friday morning and James let us check-in early. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to all the major attractions in downtown Atlanta. It’s super close to the start/finish of the Atlanta marathon too! Wonderful place to stay!

Stay was great, but what made the difference was James being ultra-responsive and flexible with checking in and out. I forgot a bag and he shipped it back to me! I'll be back.

Chosen mostly for the location, the unit could use a few minor upgrades such as heat and air (space heater provided kept us warm enough) it could use a paint job and the floor was pretty worn. Communication with the owner was excellent and he offered late check out, which we were unable to take advantage of, but the offer was still appreciated. We would gladly stay here again.

The Toomes where very accommodating!!! We were allowed to check out later without any pressure to rush out. The apartment is very nice! They thought of everything!!! Seasoning for food, plates, tons of paper towels and other items at your disposal.

Everything was perfect! My wife and I stayed here for the Keith Urban concert. Bed was comfy and furniture was too. We had Everything we needed. Great communication and front counter was extremely nice. The view at night was better than we expected. Overall a great experience

James was great. Communication was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed to check in swiftly. Everything was clean and secured. I would definitely recommend to couples... no children ..only because of the patio being high. I will book again.
