1. bidet and lav faucet too tight, can use some WD-40 2. bfast area by the pool not comfy in this hot weather, and with flies

The location - immediate beach front.

The location - right next to an open storm water drain, that stank, making it uncomfortable to sit on the beach in front of the hotel.

Always great food and service.

Room 412 very noisy with kitchen upstairs. Banging and clanging while they cleaned kitchen. When they flushed the water it sounded like a flood was coming down. Singer could be heard throughout the room like it was almost next door. A hotel should be quiet for a good nights sleep. Didn't happen. Really need to better insulate that room. Dogs next door (north) barking all night long, but that's not your fault. All in all, good service, but that kitchen noise. Last time I had room on the south side, I will ALWAYS ask for a south side room on the third floor so it's quieter.

The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom and shower were excellent

The fact that they didn't have all the things on the menu like halo and they served an expensive brandy with ice without asking if ice was wanted in the drink

The place is along the highway and there are many shops and restaurants outside the hotel. Rooms and facilities are clean and staffs are friendly.

WiFi connection is weak, and we can't use it inside the room. The pool is very cold but it's aesthetic and clean so it's still fine.

We liked the resort the staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms very nice and the food and choice was good

The beach wasn't great and the running drain at the side of hotel didn't help

Everything's great, the staff the rooms and ambience. The hotel is very clean, great service and facility. Perfect for staycation
