I love staying at Windsor Hills this was our second stay there. The unit we chose was exactly as described which was nice that we had enough space however there were things that could have been better by the property manager. Had to email for the door code when the contract said it would be provided after final payment. Two days before arrival didn’t have the code until I sent an email to inquire about it. Confusion on listing guests staying at the house vs those with cars. My daughter got dropped off in an Uber and waited 30 minutes while i was on the airplane with no service just to be allowed in the gate. Ridiculous when her name was on the list of guests staying in the unit. She never had or drove a car. If you’re listed as a guest why would I need to list you as a driver when you’re not going to be driving during the stay? The unit was not clean. There was hair in the kitchen, on bed sheets, towels etc. The sinks were not clean neither were the showers. There was a problem with bugs and I was Never notified if anyone came for pest control. I received an email stating someone was coming but no follow up no card showing someone came no phone call or anything. Two days before arrival didn’t have the code until I sent The email. Confusion pizza pan or cutter. Baby stroller was dirty and had stains all over it. Broken kitchen drawer. The beds were not very comfortable. Two beds had permanent indents so they was hard to sleep in. Overall I would Not stay at this unit again.

We were in town for a dance competition and being able to stay in the condo made the trip very comfortable. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location.

We stayed for a week while we went to Disney. It was way less expensive than staying on site and we found it was easier to drive to the parks verse the buses.

This condo was gorgeous. The moment we went in, my husband and I both agreed that we had made a mistake only booking for 2 nights instead of more. My kids loved the Star Wars bedroom. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the Death Star light, but even without it, it was so cool! Coming in, we found that the toilet paper and paper towel rolls were sealed and it was so pretty and professional looking! It almost felt like a shame to use it. There was a box filled with dish detergent, dishwasher and washer tablets and trashbags. The kitchen had everything we could need for cooking. We will definitely book again and for longer this time!

Condo was very nice. Very clean. It has NO carpet which is a plus when I travel. I have horrible allergies so this was a bonus. Nicely decorated and the Star Wars room was a fun addition. Would definitely stay again.

This property was just as expected. The kids loved the pool and the location was great.

3 of the 4 beds in this unit were hard as a rock. We even purchased a mattress topper for the king size bed because it was so uncomfortable. There was a huge hump in the middle causing my husband to “hang on” to his side of the bed. There was no info about internet codes anywhere. We reached out and got a quick response with the asked for password and told there “should” be info on the unit. There was no info found. No info about trash removal either. We asked a neighbor in the elevator one day. The neighborhood pool was nice but people claim a chair early and keep it with there stuff even if they never actually use it. The location of the property is perfect for going to all the Disney parks. We have stayed at Windsor Hills 3 times now… in different homes each time.

Everything was very good.

We had a great stay with Magical Vacation Homes. The space was wonderful, ample parking outside, and it helpfully included a washer/dryer system to help with laundry during our stay! I will note that the property didn’t provide a ton of essentials (i.e., extra toilet paper, more than one dishwashing pod) but overall, a great stay for the price.

Enjoyed staying here! Great pool, lots of space inside the unit. Lots of emails and details to read. If staying longer than a couple days...you have to buy your own toilet paper. If cooking, you need to buy salt/pepper, cooking oil. They have all the pans + dish ware you need. Really close to Walmart. Drove early to rope drop...never any trouble getting there. Pool was great. Loved being able to prep our own food and have a dining and living room to hangout compared to having separate hotel rooms.

It was just my husband and me except for a few days where our daughter and family came. It was awesome to have enough room to share this wonderful place with family. Clean, quiet and close to everything.

Process booking and departing was easy. Apt was nice and enough room for 6-8 people. Close to Disney Parks, Restaurants, other entertainment venues. Definitely recommend!

Nice and convenient place to stay. Great pool and clean accommodations. Only 2 suggestions to help future guests. First the key pad did not work as instructed. Called to get assistance and didn’t appreciate being told we should have watched the video especially when we did and our keypad had been upgraded and didn’t match the video. Also would recommend a cheat sheet for the tv in family room. All other TVs worked fine but unable to get that one to work. Called to have it addressed but no one showed up. Have stayed in 3 other condos in the resort and feel all are pretty comparable.

Great resort with lots of things to do without having to leave the property. Good security. Pool, splash pad, and hot tub at main entrance are amazing and heated. All hardwood floors in the condo easy to clean, but a good mopping before arrival would be greatly appreciated. The bottoms of our feet were getting dirty walking around in the unit. A few light bulbs were burned out. Light over kitchen table would not stay on. Light switch needs checked. A drawer in double bedroom dresser is askew. A few small abnormalities that are easily fixed. We really enjoyed our overall experience and would definitely consider staying at Windsor Hills again next year. My family and I really enjoyed our time here! Very spacious, comfy clean beds, and very close to Disney world. Will return in the future!

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids - 10 & 4) stayed for 8 nights and the apartment was fantastic for us. We got in late, just after midnight, and unfortunately the code we were given had timed out. We rang the number we had and left a message and within five minutes we were called back, the code was reset and we were in the apartment. So 5 stars for customer service. Also had an issue with the A/C during our stay which was fixed in a few hours on a Sunday. The apartment was perfect for us, lots of room and all the facilities we needed. Overall the complex was quiet and parking was easy, the pool was great too. Apartment was as advertised, beds were comfy, A/C was cold, washing machine was very convenient and the kitchen had great utensils. The only small issue was that the surfaces in the apartment could have been cleaned a little better and I would have liked a little information on restaurants and food stores in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

We just returned from a wonderful Disney vacation and stay here. We stayed at a deluxe Disney resort on our last Disney vacation and personally thought this was better! We loved the space, décor, privacy, quiet, laundry, pool, and convenience to the parks (so much better than waiting for a bus, plus it is a short, easy drive to the parks and you don't have a long walk to your room when you return). The place is beautiful and clean (except for one of the comforters). We didn't have any issues at all! The guards at the secured gate were easy to get along with, we had simple entry to the condo, and were pleasantly surprised by the place. It rained during our trip most days, but was finally sunny and warm enough to swim on our last night. The heated pool was great, as was the shop where we ordered a pizza and refreshments. There is a Walmart right down the road, where we picked up snacks, toilet paper, paper towels and detergent, etc. There are also some decent restaurants right around the corner which we utilized 3 or 4 times on the way to or from the parks. Super convenient and a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo last week for Spring Break and it was a perfect fit for us! It's rare to find a spacious place that has everything we need including privacy for everyone. The guard gated neighborhood is nice and this unit is on the 3rd floor in a quiet building. The pool looks incredible although we didn't get a chance to use it. The pictures of the condo are perfectly accurate - well decorated and very cozy for a condo. Almost everything you need is provided but bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters if you drink coffee. If you don't have something there's a nice Walmart about a mile away. We all slept well in the comfortable beds after longs days at Disney & Universal which are both easy to get to and not far away. We had a little trouble at first with the entry keypad but once we figured it out it was fine. And I mistakenly thought checkout was at 11 not 10 so we were all out of sorts and it took longer for us to vacate than expected. These 2 issues (door pad & unscheduled late check-out) were easily handled with customer service from Magical Vacations. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed this condo very much!

It was a beautiful condo, well decorated, and smelled clean. However, the guards the first night we arrived (which was late) were very rude, gave us the wrong room number and we attempted to enter someone else’s room. Yikes! After we went back to get correct room number from the rude guards we could not get in the condo due to a digital lock. Which they should communicate during check in how to use it. So had to call and sit on hold for 15 minutes outside in a dark parking lot waiting to get instructions on how to use lock. There were NO LIGHTS in front of the condo. It was located in the very back and was not lit at all. With us being 3 women traveling alone, it made us feel uncomfortable. There was also trash left from previous guest and wet towels in washer and dryer. The dryer would not turn on. We communicated this with the place we booked with and the complex and they both responded quickly and offered a late check out of 1pm for troubles. The part that was frustrating is that both parties fail to take responsibility and/or do anything about the light situation or anything eles we communicated. We were there a week and it was still dark returning back to condo our last night. It’s a light bulb goodness sakes and from conversation from staff we are not the only ones who have complained about it. They both seem to pointed fingers at the other instead of just handling it. The dryer was never addressed or fixed which was a bummer because we had to hang dry some of our clothes and hope they would dry by the morning. They did come get trash and address guards. We didn’t see guards the rest of our stay. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay. However, non of these items were handled by the time we left so good luck to the next person.

The condo was exactly as the pictures looked and was very nice. It was in a good location, 10-15 minute drive of the Disney parks, and accommodated the adults we had. One downfall was the floors were very dirty. We felt we needed to wash our feet before getting into bed each night, as they were white sheets. Also, we were told there would be one roll of toilet paper, and when arriving there was none (unfortunately after a full day of travel that was a bummer). Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Condo was nicely furnished and spacious just enough for two adults and 4 teenagers. Gate keepers/ security could be a little more friendlier to guest. Overall, great stay!

Our family just stayed at this condo the week of Aug 11-16th. The unit was very bright, spotless, and very well maintained. The unit is exactly as the pictures show and exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home and we will definitely stay here again. The pool are area was very clean and fun, and the water was nice and warm. We fully recommend this unit, you will not be disappointed.

Really nice place to stay. Close to Disney. I would definitely recommend this condo. Owner responded quickly to questions. Other places we have stayed have been "short" on dishes, etc., but this property had a well equipped kitchen.
