Doug and Angie thank you for welcoming us to stay at your property in Avon. It was a short stay but we found everything to be good. The kitchen seemed well stocked. The only thing I would suggest Doug and Angie to focus on in the future is more storage. I really didn’t see much storage there, if my husband and I had stayed there for a week instead of 2 days we would have had to live out of our suitcase which isn’t ideal. Perhaps a dresser only for guest use in the bedroom? The ski locker in the garage took some getting use to but once you figure it out it is all good. The gondola is like one minute away which is super awesome. Adding a bench into the ski locker room would be nice to have, but I’m sure that’s not within Doug and Angie’s control. We appreciated the amenities provided included bord games to play. Thank you Doug and Angie for a comfortable stay, I look forward to potentially returning next year!

The location is perfect, the property is very well maintained, and the hosts provide very nice amenities. Just a wonderful place and experience.

We loved staying here. It was right next to the mountain, the hosts were amazing, and great at communicating. The space was so clean, nice, and comfortable. We were only able to stay one night, next time I will book longer. We loved it!

Couldn't have asked a better 3 night ski getaway for our family of 4! We stay at many vacation rentals and sometimes feel like second class citizens, but Doug and Angie go the extra mile to make you feel like you're home and most importantly - WELCOME. A basket of snacks, waters, upgraded soaps, and setting up the air mattress prior to arrival are just a few of the things that made this stay extra special. The unit was plenty comfortable for the 4 of us and the proximity to the Riverfront Gondola at Beaver Creek for skiing made it the perfect location! 5 * all the way!

The location was perfect. Communication with the owners was great and they were very helpful with advice and recommendations we were looking for.

We had a very pleasant time at this location. I had a random question when we got there and was able to immediately speak with the host on the phone! Ski shuttle is very conveniently located directly outside!!

This was an extremely clean place with lots of nice little amenities and a great kitchen. It’s a place I realistically could’ve stayed awake and been comfortable. You can walk everywhere from this location or take the local shuttle.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Restaurants and walking trails were within walking distance and the view was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Clean, comfortable and convenient condo. Close to gondola and short walk to grocery store and many restaurants. This made renting a car unnecessary. Would stay here again and I'm picky.

Loved being able to walk to great restaurants and the gondola for ski access . The condo was very comfortable, with nice attention to detail (games! Videos! Snacks!) and so great to have easy parking. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was well equipped with great amenities. The view from the window looking at Beaver Creek ski hill was lovely.

This is an excellent location and condo. Walking distance to gondola with under ground parking. Second year we stayed at this location . I recommend it to anyone.

Property is in The Seasons, with shuttle stop just out front door to take you to BC to ski and all around Avon. Everything in Avon is accessible via walking. Property was exactly as described, and owners were quick to respond with answers to questions.

Unit was nice and as advertised. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Downside was age and condition of the overall complex. It is 25 years dated and there were several complex cleaning issues that did not quickly get addressed (ie very poor condition/cleanliness of elevators)

We had a good stay here and the property owners were very easy to communicate with. The check in process is a bit laborious - know that you need one code for garage, one for ski storage door, combo for ski locker, code to get in the outside door if not entering through the garage, code to take the elevator up to the condo floor, and code for the touch pad door entry to the unit. I wish I would have written these all in one place instead of having to scroll to all the different paragraphs to find them when our arms were all full. :) The condo was great, well maintained, well stocked and very clean and inviting. Had a few games on site which were a fun surprise. For skiing, it was a quick and easy walk to the Gondola and the ski lockers were a good size for our 4 sets of skis/poles. Enjoyed some local restaurants that were a short 5 minute walk from the unit. Was a brief stay for us, only 2 nights, so we didn't utilize all the amenities, but all that we needed was there and we would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Everything was incredible. Only 2-3 minute walk to Westin gondola. Place was perfect, clean and comfortable. All amenities and could not have asked for more! Really loved staying there and will again next time we go to Beaver Creek.

This was probably the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. We loved the layout and the proximity to the gondola. Also, we didn't use the car the whole weekend because we were walking-distance to so many great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Excellent location,5 minute walk to gondola at Avon,tied for first for the best condo I have stay at. Very clean well stocked kitchen with cooking tools and the bathroom well appointed.We liked the under ground parking close to the elevator. I would highly recommend this unit for any trip to Beaver Creek.

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas and ski. Had an issue at check-in re: cleaning the unit, but the owners were in communication and resolved it quickly. The unit is really spacious, updated, and super cute! The sofa bed is very comfortable and you could hear a pin drop at night - it was surprisingly quiet! Amazing location and would definitely stay here again! Loved it.

The location and its proximity to both the Riverfront Gondola and all the necessary shops in Avon was absolutely perfect. Sub-2 minute walk to the gondola, Ticino restaurant for great pizza, liquor store, bakery, etc....we only used our car on the days we drove to Vail.Very spacious unit with lots of upgrades and very well laid-out. For a 1BR, the living area is significantly larger than many 2+ BR units we've stayed in. You can tell the owners are detail-oriented as every light switch, remote control and shelf are labelled to make things easy to find and operate. Lots of extra towels, sheets, etc. and the wine fridge really helped to make room for food in the refrigerator. The extension of the kitchen counter to make an integrated table that seats six was great and a really smart use of space....tons of table space while taking up very little living space. We will 100% be back and HIGHLY recommend this unit - the pictures don't do it justice and the value is amazing. You get A LOT for the nightly rate.

I really like the location for skiing vacation. Condo has been upgraded recently. Granite countertops. The wine fridge is a nice addition. This is our second time staying in this condo. Will always keep it in mind when going to Avon CO
