The place was very clean and it had many appliances which made it super easy for us to stay.

The mattresses and sofas are a bit old, so they’re not that comfortable.

The appartement was very clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location. The host was extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay, can recommend.

The location was great, the apartment was spacious, the owner is friendly and check-in/out went smoothly, and the apartment had everything we needed (cutlery, toiletries, towels, etc.). Overall it was a great value!

Confortable and cosy. Location is at the center of Dinant, walking diatance from the shops, bar and restaurants.

Parking in front of the appartment is difficult but it is not a big deal the pay parking is just few steps away and it is only 50cents per hour.

A very nice apartment in a great location.

The beer shop (Dinant Night Shop) on Rue Grande and the ice cream place around the corner (Boulangerie Patisseire Vander Cammen on Av. Winston Churchill). The host was proactive with pre-arrival arrangements.

The apartment seemed to be a low-budget refurb of an old apartment and access was only possible by walking through some creepy unfinished works area on either side of the corridor downstairs. Very basic provisions, I am glad we did not plan to stay for longer. The price paid was disproportionate to the offerings. The location isn't far from the town centre but the surroundings weren't too family friendly during the evening hours. We had even eyewitnessed some pity crimes on the street...! The town was flooded with aggressive wasps everywhere, making it impossible to enjoy any food or drink anything outside (in early August). This has nothing to do with the accommodation but probably good to know before visiting.

location of the bathroom. The small bedroom connects through the master bedroom to the bathroom and to get to the bedrooms from the sitting room you have to go through the bathroom first

Warm welcome and the location of apartment

TV connection was not working, it was on and off due to faulty switch, kitchen is not tidy , it has barely any usable utensils for cooking. Managed for one day, definitely not for more .

Location: very near to almost all must-seen attraction spots with walk in distance. Nice boutique around the corner, you can enjoy the fresh crossion and pastry in the morning from the local pastry, different kinds of restaurants alone the river side, just out of the door. Parking is for free on the street next to the apartment. Host: Thomas is very friendly and easy going. Facilities: very spacious apartment with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two bedrooms are suitable for family and friends stay. TV with Netflix account access. Value for money: good
