We had a great experience staying over the long weekend. We typically cook when we vacation so having updated appliances and a nice dining area was a huge plus. Plenty of places to sleep with three bathrooms. This condo is great for large families. The clubhouse amenities also made this trip worthwhile. The kids loved being able to just walk to the pool. Lastly, the communication from the MVT and the owners were clear and concise. Everyone made sure we were taken care of and questions were answered. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Great location in Fraser and easy access to place. Quick communications with owners regarding entry. Well stocked everywhere kitchen games movies blankets and pillows. We love Fraser and would stay again. Pool was not available during our stay but we did enjoy the hottub and basketball court.

Love this condo! Everything was clean and well cared for. It’s super convenient and gave 9 people plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. They had everything you needed for day to day life like dishwashing pods and shampoo and conditioner. I thought the price was reasonable for spring break and I’d stay there again!

Loved the location and enjoyed this cozy condo for a family vacation! We were especially happy the kitchen was so well provisioned! And plenty of beds for everyone to sleep!

It worked well for us. 3 couples each had their own space. Kitchen had everything expected. The 2 fans provided did not work.

Well equipped condo
Great condo. Accommodated our 2 family group of 7 comfortably. Could easily fit more.
Condo is well equipped with extras in kitchen etc. You can tell that the owners must use it- does not have the full time rental feel where there is the bare minimum. Has much more!

Colorado get away
This was a great trip. Kids loved hanging out at the clubhouse every morning and night. Grand Lake is a short drive away with lots of stuff for the kids to do (swimming, paddle boats, canoeing, and boating) and some great ice cream.

Great place to stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the gym and pools. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Spring Skiing!!
There were 4 guys in my party and the property served us quite well. Ample space and each had their own bed. Location was pretty convenient getting to/from Winter Park. We enjoyed using the Rec Center for hot tub and sauna. All in all, we were very happy with the lodging. And Rich was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and so recommend it. Bryan S.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were a great bonus.

Nice place to stay with very clean rec center and friendly staff. Fraser/Winter Park area is a great place for family gatherings.

Perfect!
When looking for a place in Colorado there were so many to choose from I didn't know where to start but so glad we chose Fraser. The condo was peferct for my Family of 4 and my Sister's family of 3. Very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool and indoor basketball court. Had a great vacation!

Lovely condo
This property is very nice, clean and roomy. We had plenty of space for the 10 of us. I would like to see an updated washer/dryer but other than that it was just perfect.

Great location
The property was awesome and it was so close to a tubing slide that was a success for the kids. It's close to town and the grocery store was a short drive away. I recommend this property

Excellent property and location!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as advertised. The property was a short distance from the grocery store and on the transportation route to Winter Park and Winter Park Resort. The owner was responsive when we needed to speak with with him. We really appreciated the contact and attention to our needs. We would definitely love returning to Fraser and to this property.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay we all had our own bathrooms and plenty of space for all 8 of us. The only problem we had we could not fry our food. Other than that, everyone enjoyed the place

We had a great time!
Really clear instructions and a very clean property. Conveniently close to many things. Appreciated the owners letting us know details ahead of time concerning COVID. Liked the fact that this one was at the end of the condo unit. The kids wished there were more hide and seek spots though! :)

Great family stay
We have enjoyed everything that the condo has to offer: great location (short drive to many hikes, we also went water rafting about an hour away), we played pickle ball and tennis, and enjoyed the swimming pool and hot water tubs. We love Colorado, so hope to go back!

Great ski condo
Plenty of room in a great Fraser location. We used the shuttle bus to get to the mountain. Owner checked in to make sure all was good and was very responsive when I had a question. Unit is stocked with games and cooking utensils. Great place for 2 families to stay and ring in the New Year! Tons of parking. The pool and sauna were a quick walk and great. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Summer vacation in Fraser
The location was handy to many activities in the area. Loved the pool and laundry room. There is lots of room in the townhouse.

Good Time
Property was good. The price and facilities, pool, gym and hot pool were greatly enjoyed. Overhead light with fan was confusing to adjust and turn off.

Great View of Continental Divide.
View from balcony was great. Everything else about the condo was great as well. No negative issues at all.

Quaint, Nice access
This location was very good for the cost. We were able to get to local shops easily for renting bikes and hiking on trails. This area was not heavily crowded, so we were able to enjoy the mountain views and relax. The size of the unit was great; we had four adults and two children and it was comfortable for all of us. The clubhouse was convenient; the staff was friendly and there was access to a pool, gym and laundry facilities as needed.

Clean, comfortable, and fun
We really enjoyed staying in Rich’s condo. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of dishes, blankets, etc. Rich was very responsive by email and provided excellent suggestions on local restaurants.

We loved the condo, very accommodating!
We enjoyed our stay in CO at Meadow Ridge! I can say it met our expectations, except for one thing, my washcloth tore , and we had one washcloth a piece, then upon washing in washer, it tore a little more!
Would've been nice to at least have 2 washcloths a piece!
