Kim & Dennis have a really nice retreat in New River. Very close to so many things to do , Hunting, hiking, trail riding , fishing , swimming to name a few.The pool was perfectly heated even when it was cold out & our family really enjoyed the swimming even at night in the 50’s.. We celebrated my father in laws 80 th bday of the Thanksgiving holiday & locked away a memory of a lifetime.

This property was perfect for a family of all ages. We traveled with our two littles, Grandma and Grandpa, and Auntie and Uncle. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own accommodations. The outdoor space provided a wonderful place to gather and hang out together. The property was clean and beautiful. We would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect! The inside was welcoming and well stocked. The outdoor area was perfect. The pool and spa were heated and though we didn’t use it, the outdoor kitchen was amazing. There were other families that rented VRBOs in the same area and this property was far superior than theirs. We were there for my nieces wedding. Kim was the perfect host responding to emails and text messages immediately! Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was wonderful and relaxing. There is a lot to do within short driving distances, and the house itself is warm and welcoming. The host is quick to respond to any email! We had an excellent vacation!

We enjoyed the beautiful decor; the comfortable furnishings and all the outdoor activities in the backyard. The area was perfect for walking, biking and hiking; views were great!!! Our family made good use of the games provided; enough lspace for a group to play cards, games and trivia!! Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space for family to contribute their skills with meals. We will consider this location on our next visit!!

This property is fantastic. It met all of our needs and so much more. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We all agreed that we would love to live in such a wonderful house with a terrific backyard pool complex.

Loved this house! Very clean & comfortable! Kitchen was very well stocked! Pool heater had went out just before we arrived but the homeowner had someone out early the next morning to fix it (we didn’t need it anyway this time of the year). Great communication & response time from the homeowner. We would love to stay here again!

The house and property are very well maintained and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy for us to cook together as a family and grill outside. The large number of beach towels and pool toys were a nice bonus as well. We had a small issue with the pool but the owners were extremely responsive and acted as quickly as possible to fix the issue, couldn't have asked for more! I would highly recommend this property for families and larger friend groups. The house feels very spacious and is laid out perfectly so that everyone has their own area while still being all together in one place.

When we arrived, everything was just as it was pictured online. It is a beautiful and roomy home! The pool and spa are amazing. At night, the backyard/pool are all lit ...very pretty! The pool table was fun to use as well! It was very relaxing to hang out in the pool while listening to the water features. Very clean. Great neighborhood for walks/jogs in the morning. It is about 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again! Very comfortable and felt like home! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

The Home was just perfect, it had everything you could ever need to stay a life time. The decor was super homey, the pool was so fun and heated to the perfect temperature with toys to keep kids entertained and floats for the adults. We stayed in Kim’s rental for our Spring Break. We used to live in Anthem and were here visiting family and friends. We loved their home and will definitely be back. The home had everything that we could possibly need and the beds were so comfortable! It was such a fun and relaxing week!

We have stayed in probably a dozen VRBO properties including several in Phoenix area and this was by far the best experience. Everything was simply perfect. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle and the trails close by. The pool and hot tub and outdoor area were amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very well stocked home with great amenities. Excellent communication. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation! We hope to be back!

This property was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The house is so well decorated and truly cared for which makes it immediately warm and inviting. My husband and I traveled with our 7 year old and another couple with a 7 year old and 5 year old. The location and neighborhood was quiet, somewhat secluded and felt extremely safe - which was a huge plus for the two ladies of the group who were able to go for morning runs! The pool was a great size for our kiddos and the water temp was extremely warm which was a huge plus and really the only requirement we had when looking for a house for this time of year. The house was extremely clean and kitchen items were abundant (plates, bowls for eating as well as pots and pans, bakeware, Tupperware, etc.). We also found the house to be very well stocked with basics like garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, ziploc bags and cleaning supplies - something we have not encountered with other rentals. Check in and check out process was very easy. Kim was very responsive during our entire stay with questions that came up from time to time. There was a Walmart about 10 minutes away which is where we ordered groceries for pickup. We also used the Walmart instant delivery option to order a few items which were delivered to us within 2 hours. There are some restaurants available for delivering food through doordash which we took advantage of. There is a Starbucks about 10 minutes away for morning coffee runs if needed although there is a coffee pot at the house which works wonderful as well! The master griller of our group enjoyed using the grill to cook steaks for our group on the last evening! We also enjoyed the fire pit outside every evening while the kids continued swimming - again the water temp of the pool allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space all day and into the evening. Coming from a blizzard that had just dumped 24+ inches of snow on Denver - this was just what our group needed! I really cannot say enough about how amazing and perfect this house was! We were looking for a place we could gather our adult children and granddaughter that had a large enough table we could all sit around. It was a well stocked kitchen, great for preparing meals. We spent almost every afternoon in the pool and most evenings playing board games around the table. It was the perfect spot to gather. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walks or runs. The neighborhood playground was also nice for our granddaughter. We all would recommend this place.

First time staying in the Anthem area. This location is the perfect way to avoid the crowds of Phoenix metro. (We typically stay at resorts, but didn’t want to risk the exposure to crowded elevators etc.) I’ve rented with VRBO in the past, but never encountered a more responsive owner. Property is as lovely as pictures indicate. Highly recommend any time, but during Covid 19, hard to find a better place.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim and Dennis’ home very much. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The owners were extremely responsive when we had a small snag. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and the pool a few times. We enjoyed the various spaces and the pool table as well. We cooked two full meals and all the kitchen tools and dishes we needed were available. Thank you very much, Kim and Dennis!

We were blown away by Kim's place! The layout of the house made it perfect for our two families to spread out and the private pool provided hours of family fun! Everything was very clean and well appointed! We can't wait to come back again!

We loved this house! It was spacious and just the right size for our group of 8. The backyard was a little paradise with the relaxing fountains, fire pit and comfy chairs. Kim was a delight to work with.

Best home rental we ever had. First, the pictures really does not do justice because the home was more beautiful in person the moment you walked through the front door. The home decor looked as though it was professionally decorated, each room had its own color scheme that amazed everyone in our family. The attention to the details of the home was everything. They thought of everything you would need to cook like spices, oils, cookware, Tupperware, storage bags and enough cleaning products to choose from. There were things they provided like shampoo/conditioner, qtips, etc that most rental properties do not provide. The swimming pool was very clean and the spa was enjoyable to get in at night. Even though we brought our own pool toys they provided some as well. The markets were close by to grab some coffee and we even took the 1.5 hr drive to sedona for the red rock climbing trails. The beds were amazing and we slept like we were on a cloud. You can feel that this home was very well loved and very well taken care of and we treated it like it was our own home. We loved staying at this home very much and we hope to come back every summer.

We loved our visit and everyone wanted to stay longer. 2 families in town for a birthday party. Perfect setup, lots of room and good spaces for the teenagers. Loved the pool and the amazing outdoor seating areas. The kids played a lot of pool and we didn’t feel crowded even with a rainy day spent mostly indoors. Owner responds promptly to any questions and the kitchen is one of the best stocked/easiest to cook in that we’ve seen. I would give this property a 10 and we hope to be able to stay again in the future.

The house was the perfect fit for our family! The kids loved the pool, we all had comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. We were greeted with a plate of homemade cookies, and a bottle of wine! Highly recommend this house- wonderful stay!!!

The pictures do not do this home justice! Spacious with high ceilings, cleam and fully stocked for your families needs. This home was perfect for our family getaway! Our boys loved the pool and pool table as well as getting their own rooms, beds & tv! WE absolutely loved our stay!
